Your terms:
Total and handicap bets on the rounds in respect to Counter-Strike are accepted including all possible overtimes.
Should any player (or team) drop out of a match (for any reason), they are deemed to be defeated in all remaining rounds/maps. Bets on Live markets will be settled at odds of "1", unless the outcome had already been determined at the time the match was stopped.
If a match is postponed for more than 24 hours, the company has the right to settle bets at odds of "1".
No bet will be canceled due to a misprint in the username of a player or a team, even if they use smurf accounts. In this event, bets will stand. No substitution of a team member, even if the same occurs during the match, will affect bets.
If the administrator stops a match and sets a replay, the result of the match so interrupted will not count.
Handicaps and totals are counted in maps, except when totals or handicaps are given in respect to a specific map or a match is held on a best-of-one basis.
“Map Ends In Daytime”. This market is based on the game’s day and night cycle. The first day starts at minute 0 and alternates with night every four minutes. Instant nighttime as summoned by the character Night Stalker due to his special ability is still regarded as day.
In Dota 2 and League of Legends the winner of a map or a match is declared after the throne or the nexus of either team has fallen.
Bets on individual totals in Rainbow Six are accepted excluding overtime. If teams play overtime, then all bets will be settled according to the score of 6-6.

Yeah and thats where those newbie accounts posting their complaints here coming , They are the victims from outside forum that has desperately looking for place where to put their claims and they found Bitcointalk.org.

There are a other places in top search results where you can leave your complaint and get an answer, choosing this forum to post doesn't always make a newbie account legit.

I do not have the screenshots, but I can assure you that all my bets won 100% fair.
I asked them 4 times to post the btting history on the forum but they ignore my request.

We can't post it public, this info is stored by the security team and can be shared by them only. Blogab's case was an exception.
That was a technical side of the issue, yet there is another one:

I see now, I haven't that conversation log, but it was basically a screenshot of the market itself (the counter strike match market) that was open and to show it didn't offer any Draw option or Overtime Included option)

Hey mate,

I am a victim of their scam and for some reason I am still logged into the account. I can see my balance, my earlier bets and all the transactions :-) They as such haven't voided my bets, just that I cant do anything with the account. They not voiding my bets also proves that I didn't bet on any suspicious games, just that they refused to pay me because I went on a hot streak.

But I wasted too much time getting my issue resolved but yes, if this will help the community I am up for it. Let me know what all you need from me?

How about yourself try it on 1xbit? Deposit your money on here, place a bet in any match you want, then after you won, your money will be manually processed but it never will be processed. What should the community to judge anymore? Can't you see how bad their reputation on their main account?
