I have placed a bet with 1xbit, went to withdraw my btc and then found this. Now I cannot withdraw my btc, anyone have any advice? https://ibb.co/km03gVr (sorry, cannot post images as I am a newbie) Hello djbdfpqizr, We have asked our security team to check what happened to the account 313490411 (correct?), the answer will be posted soon. If anybody wants to take the owners of 1xbit to Court what name and address should the Court summons be posted to?
The answer was already provided. Is there a reason you want to take 1xBit to a Court, or you are acting on someone's behalf, who had troubles with 1xBit and can prove his innocence and can't post it yourself? If so, you can always post your issue here in public. Otherwise, it may sound like your trying to catch 1xBit in the only seeable for you way, because there is no other options. It's pretty obvious that the number of complaints regarding this site continue to rise on a regular basis
The number of complaints is quite the same with other bookmakers, we have already explained why it could be increased in this and this posts. But still, all other bookmakers are receiving complaints regularly. Sincerely, 1xBit team

If anybody wants to take the owners of 1xbit to Court what name and address should the Court summons be posted to? The answer was already provided. Where? Give the link Is there a reason you want to take 1xBit to a Court, or you are acting on someone's behalf, who had troubles with 1xBit and can prove his innocence and can't post it yourself? The reason I asked is because that information should be stated on the Terms and Conditions on the website but is is deliberately missing, just like you are deliberately not answering the question. If so, you can always post your issue here in public. Just like you are not posting the legally required information on the 1xbit website or here? Otherwise, it may sound like your trying to catch 1xBit in the only seeable for you way, because there is no other options. That comment from you is trying to deflect away from the fact you have deliberately avoided answering the question again, you are not posting the name and address of the owner of the 1xbit website and the Terms and Conditions have deliberately not stated it either. What is the reason the owners of the 1xbit website want to remain anonymous?

What is the reason the owners of the 1xbit website want to remain anonymous?
All the required information to start playing and don't get any troubles is available on the site (nothing extraordinary here, play fair - be safe). When you look for an anonymous casino, you might not want anything else but anonymity. If that's not something you want to be part of - you are always free to find a better suit. Anonymity is not the only feature of 1xBIt, and to help making your decision, we provide exclusive promotions and reviews on this forum. Now users are free to try 1xBit and get a reward for it - which guarantees no losses. Sincerely, 1xBit team

Anonymity is not the only feature of 1xBIt...
Quite a bold statement considering the information from your T&C: The company collects and keeps the passport or other ID of the User, and reports on all changes made in the account; The company monitors any suspicious activity on the User's account, as well as operations carried out under special conditions; The company has the right to ban the User at any time, if the Company has grounds for supposing that this operation has any relation to money laundering and criminal activity. In accordance with international law the Company is not obliged to inform the User about his suspicious activity and let him know that it has been passed to relevant authorities. In accordance with the internal AML procedures the Company performs initial and ongoing personal identity verification procedures as provided by the level of risk of each User. - The company will ask you to provide the minimal information to confirm your identity.
- The company will record and preserve all data and ID, as well as which methods of confirmation have been used and the results of verification procedures.
- The company will check your personal data to match the list of persons suspected of terrorism, which is formed by the authorized state and independent authorities. A minimum set of identification data includes: the User's full name; date of birth (for individuals); residential address or registered address of the User;
- sources of funds that you plan to Deposit into the account.
To verify and confirm the authenticity of the above-mentioned data, the Company may require the following documents: passport or identification card, or other document equivalent that meets the following requirements: - passport or identification card, or other document equivalent that meets the following requirements: contains the name, date of birth and a photograph of the document holder;
- issued by the national public authorities, a recently obtained receipt for the payment of utility bills (not older than 3 months) or other documents confirming the address of the User.
The company may also require other additional information, confirmed by relevant documents. In certain cases, the Company may also require notarised copies of documents from the User. source: https://1xbit.com/information/rules/Care to explain that? Or you are not allowed to do that either?

Care to explain that?
Sure. You have copied the statements from "ANTI-MONEY LAUNDERING/COMBATING THE FINANCING OF TERRORISM" section of the rules. It's quite hard for a user to get under those restrictions, especially when it comes to cryptocurrency, and we doubt that you've heard a single story about such terms being applied to a specific user. But despite of this, the company collects the only information that a user provided itself, to start playing on 1xBit and withdrawal you don't need any info at all. And this applies to big amounts as well, as it seen from reviews and resolved complaints on this forum. In addition, the identity can be confirmed not only by your ID, there are other ways to show your funds' background. AML policy could be applied when it comes to enormous sums, and still funds will be restored once your identity wouldn't be found in public terrorist lists. Sincerely, 1xBit team

Anonymity is not a feature of the 1xbit scammers, it is the only thing they have that they think will keep themselves safe from prosecution. That is why you are not posting the name and address of the owner of the 1xbit website. What is the reason the owners of the 1xbit website want to remain anonymous?

Oh, I've read too many such stories. It would be impossible to quote them all here. But if you want, I can give you a few examples. The one thing I would like to know, and it is impossible to find information on your website, is: Who pays out winnings? Is it 1XBET or some other company that you don't want to reveal?

We are not sure what you are trying to know here, when receiving a withdrawal it is seen who is the sender. For some coins like usdttrx withdrawal minimum is ~$1. Sincerely, 1xBit team

You will not get a straight answer from them. The 1xbit scammers will type any nonsense about anonymity but will never post the name and address of the company that owns and operates the scam. There is no detail on their website who owns and operates them but they have a joke footer display stating "protect by law" even though website users have not been told who they are entering in to a contract with and who they can sue if they get scammed When I asked which country litigation would take place the 1xbit representative gave a nonsense answer but deliberately did not mention which country the 1xbit scammers are based and what the name and address of the owner operator is. While I understand your point of view and feel the same, but I try to remain objective here and give them a fair chance to be honest and open to this community, as they claimed they wanted to be. They will only get my support if they come out of this honest and willing to work with the community. If not, I will be the first one to say what I feel is wrong.

Who makes the payments? Who controls the wallets? Is 1XBET in control of these wallets or are you*?
We appreciate that you are giving us a chance before making your conclusions. As a marketing team, we don't own such information. What we own is that 1xBit consists of a few departments, including security department. This department is separated in order to maximize safety, and it controls all the payments made. 1xBet is not a part of 1xBit, or vice-versa, some of our software is made by the same developing company BetB2B (Curacao license No. 8048/JAZ2017-066), and we believe this is the only connection we have with 1xBet. Sincerely, 1xBit team

They claim they are not part of the 1xbet scammers. They claim they are not part of Kawbet scammers. On their website or this forum, their representative has still not stated the name and address of the person or company that owns and operates 1xbit. It is very difficult to believe anything their representative here posts. There are 115 pages in this thread and nine pages in this thread where they claim they are trying to sort out problems but they have not really done much. Just a few newbies claiming to have been wronged have then claimed they have received their funds so no surprise there: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5266815.0You will not get a straight answer from them.

Their goals are pretty clear to be honest. They simply want to lure more and more gamblers in order to earn long-term profits through their signature and review campaigns. They keep providing excuses for various complaints in this thread in order to make gamblers believe that they are trying their best to fix their mistakes which is pretty obvious. They will never change in my opinion.

they lied since the beginning so what's new if they will stay lying today? and this whole thread runs to lie and not to resolve issues. and if they are really willing to be truthful , they have already have the chance by answering and complying all the claims here but no action at all but lying.

After all, in the past, entries with complaints appeared almost every day. Now I don't see any new issues. Is that a bad thing or a good thing for you?
There are still lot of unsolved problem with 1xbit until now https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5266815.0 Maybe you can make the progress faster by list all people's problem on that thread and give that list to 1xbit to solve it After all, you yourself provided a link to a thread that is created by 1xbit support to resolve the issues. I know that not all issues have been resolved yet. I also know that many of them have already been resolved. I repeat what I wrote again, because you probably did not understand: Now I don't see any new issues. Is that a bad thing or a good thing for you?
