I remember watching them creating many chances but can't convert them into goals, or going 2-0 up then the opponent score 2 goals in the last 10 minutes such as against Arsenal. I think it should be expected, most of their players are young with a new coach. I'll wait and see at least a full season before judging whether Poccetino is the right man for the job or not.
