Manchester City always do that. They scored 2 goals and left it there. Usually people play over 2.5 goals for Manchester City matches and they occasionally finish matches like that and everybody lose their bets. About the game, they were the only side that can produce goals. Sheffield United was behind the ball even in 2-0 score. They know they don't get anything from this match so they tried to concede as less goals as possible. As a result Manchester City won comfortably and chased Arsenal.

This match was indeed a boring spectacle, even the shoot on target was only created in the 33rd minute. The creativity of both teams looks monotonous but in this case, I see that Nottingham Forest is slightly better than Man United, where the efforts made by Dominguez and Elanga were quite troublesome for Man United's defense.

In 70 minutes Manchester United players made only 4 shots. I don't understand why they play so defensively. Since the opponent is weak, Manchester United should play attacking strategy. In the 64th minute of the match, Morgan's goal gave Nottingham Forest a 1-0 lead. Now probably Nottingham Forest players will play defensively. According to the commentators, Hojlund is ill and the most appropriate cause they gave was that he has too much to drink after that win against Aston Villa where he scored his first premier league goal. Man Utd have already conceded a goal and it's looking like they will lose their last match of the year. What a disappointing way to end their 2023 premier league campaign.

In fact, Manchester United has conceded 1 goal to Nottingham Forest through Nicolas Dominguez's goal in the 64th minute, and so far Manchester United has not had a good attack and does not seem to have a reliable striker. Why Hojlund is not in the squad for this match.

I expected the home side to get a goal this second half but my problem still is about Garnacho, this kid isn't playing like he is for a very big club. He's making the whole attacking force of UTD to always go in vain, to me I would like ETH to always start him from the bench because it seems like he always plays well when he's been introduced from the bench. What happen to the Red Devils? They already levelled the scores and few minutes after, they conceded another goal to make the difference on the scoresheet, that was one of the big mistakes made by the club, it couldn't have become a struggling match.  Nottingham Forest are defending with everything they have and it's  injury time already, no how Manchester United would be able to level the scores. I really cannot believe United is losing against Nottingham after such a great comeback against Aston Villa. At this point , I cannot understand this club vision of how to manage a football club and as a fan it hurts me to see my club wondering in darkness for so many years already.

The game is finished, Manchester United lose the game. There were 10 minutes of overtime, but it didnt change anything. In minute 5 there was a good chance to make it 2-2, but Turner saved it for Nottingham. A result that few would have bet on before the game, and now Nottingham are on 16th place and 5 points in front of the last 3 places in the league. United are currently struggling to pick up points away from home.

Manchester City finally won again at home. But if they hadnt won against Sheffield United it would have been a big surprise. Arsenal slipped yet to 4th place.

What do you expect in the match? Manchester City played against a weak team, a team in relegation zone, so I expected the match to be an easy win for Manchester City even without Haaland and De Bruyne. The Manchester City squad is not really bad, even though there has been a drop in their performance recently. They played well in today's match. I am beginning to see improvement in Manchester City, even as they are still playing against weak clubs. Let's wait till Manchester City bounces back. Manchester City are now in 3rd place with 40 points, and they still have one outstanding match to play. I still have confidence in Manchester City to take back first place soon.

I am not shocked by the result of the match. Nottingham Forest is not supposed to be a difficult club for Manchester United to win, but unfortunately they couldn't win the match. A team like Nottingham Forest is winning Manchester United. I don't really know the problem of Manchester United currently, and I don't think Manchester United are ready to sack ten hag, and I don't even think sacking their coach will be a solution to their current problem.

 A very impressive game from Nottingham Forest, they played like a wounded lion, I believe they have been transformed by Nuno Espirito. The coach of the side didn't panic when the club's top striker (Awoniyi) got injured, he still got the team to be in shape.
 This is the first time Nottingham Forest are getting a win against Manchester since Dec. 1994, 29yrs, this is going to be a better way to end 2023.
 Manchester United need to work on their wingers because if you're a striker for Man UTD I don't think you're getting a goal or even a shot on target, it was a very poor display from man UTD.

Chelsea barely won against luton, and yes it's three points no matter what but we are talking about something that should not be really all that difficult for them to win but it ended 3-2 barely a win for them. I think they should not be happy with this, they are still 10th, and they are still doing badly, and they are still getting a win barely, which is a big issue.

I hope that they can recover from these and become a good team that deserves all that pay, and they have been doing decently on the recent games so there is a potential even if not for this year. They need to take it more seriously, they need a manager that's almost like a general, to make them all take every game seriously and not really just entertainment and fun, which is what they are doing right now.

I've always complained about the fact that i don't understand the style of play of Eric Ten Hag, it's as if Manchester United team doesn't have a playing pattern, Because is there no way Ten hag can instruct them to be either defensive or attacking, at least be known for something. Looking at how Nottingham forest were defensive at some point and where always at the back, it was easy for Manchester United to at least score more goals but that wasn't forthcoming.

I did not expect Manchester United to lose this match either, they were very good last week as they did a great comeback against Aston Villa that has been playing great this season. Betting on Man United is not profitable anymore because of their inconsistency, I am hoping they get consistency next year so that they can fight for Top four since Aston Villa is not too good away.
I am also expecting Manchester United to sign more players this January transfer window and Ten Hag to put more effort in putting the players together so as to help the team with good performance in the second phase of the season.

Manchester united has done it once again, I mean the inconsistency of this team is just something else and to think that they magically did a surprising comeback on one of the league most deadliest players. They kept everyone on high expectations but as you know it the more you expect from them the less they perform and they have shown that once again. I think it's high time the management does something to sort it out.
