The defeat was a disappointing one,because Arsenal were actually expecting a win at him.

Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta will now realise that he needs an attacker to lead their attack,and he should try fixing it now that the transfer window is on.

Although Arsenal are stable as a team, they still have enough problems to score. They have scored 33 goals in 20 matches, with Manchester City and Liverpool scoring more than 50 goals. At the same time, if we compare Arsenal with strong teams, then their defense needs to be stabilized a bit. They also need experienced defenders. Arsenal's team has fewer star players. They are able to play well because of the good tactics of coach Arteta, at the same time the players have excellent bonding with each other. Exactly I was expecting him to be resting after hime got eliminated from Afcon and haven’t had any time to rest. How can Arteta play someone who has had only seven hours of rest since his return flight from Africa. The amount of desperation is unimaginable. And to make it worst, he was disappointed and frustrated with Ghana exit in Africa cup. Thomas Partey flew back to get sent off. He would have been better off returning to Ghana. We need to bolster the midfield. Absolutely and get a striker in. Also some professional experience, not experience that’s abit dodgy to help the young lads. The midfield was very poor. Arsenal has no discipline. Lukonga is not a good midfielder. Too many back passes and less chances created. Each time you field him expect disaster.

Next week Chelsea will meet Liverpool again in the EFL Cup after Liverpool managed to lock up victory from Arsenal with a score of 2-0 and a goal difference of 2 after Liverpool's first meeting only drew with Arsenal. Chelsea first managed to advance to the EFL Cup final after successfully beating Tottenham Hotspur 3-0 on aggregate when Chelsea won the first leg 2-0 and the second leg successfully locked the win with a score of 1-0. The final is quite interesting because both teams want to win their first title this year and still have a chance in the Premier League and also the FA Cup.

I think in the final the game will end in a draw just like in the Premier League but here the draw will make teams go to extra time and most likely the final of the EFL will be decided by penalties.It will be a gamble if the teams go into penalties but that is the most likely result I expect.Chelsea has somewhat more experience in the finals but Liverpool is Liverpool and they may very well win this game without extra time or penalties if they play in their best form.

A big Congratulations to Liverpool. Although, I was expecting Arsenal to resist Liverpool to the end and probably win in the penalty kicks. But, Jota performance was impressive, and he scored the 2 goals. Liverpool will have to play Chelsea in the finals on the 27 of Feb. However, I think Arsenal needs a good attacker, and also build their defense system. Nevertheless, Arsenal's focus should now mainly be on how to secure a space in the top 4 in the Premier League standings.

Today there will be a match between Watford and Norwich, both of whom are struggling to avoid the relegation zone. But it looks like Norwich are in a good moment too, because in the previous match Norwich managed to beat Everton which of course their morale is good because only by beating Watford at least Norwich will succeed to get out of the relegation zone. But if we look at the head to head, then we will get where Watford really dominates with the victory. With that comparison, I personally feel the game will end in a draw or Watford might be able to maintain their dominance.

Yea me too was expecting arsenal to play much better than they did, without Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane you expect arsenal to match their (Liverpool) performance but reverse is the case, Liverpool play better dominant from start to finish and won by 2 goals to nothing.i think signing Jota from wolves is the best piece of business Liverpool did that transfer is better than bringing in thiago alcantara from Bayern Munich.

Ronaldo or the coach or his teammates would want to play in the Europa league so if they really want to play champions league football next season, they should 100% clinical From now till the end of the season because I am sure teams like arsenal, Westham, Chelsea or even Tottenham after we saw what they did against Leicester are going to slow down, so it is up to United’s team and the manager to up their game for the remaining matches of this season.

Winning 3 - 1 is a normal thing and even then the win is not with a great club but with an ordinary club so this is not extraordinary because if Manchester United can't win in that match it will be very embarrassing in the EPL League, but if in the future Manchester United can win with an even greater club, then it is clear as you say that Manchester United has returned to its true nature.

Yes you are right , normally Manchester United is supposed to handle Brentford,  it would have looked disgraceful if Brentford which is a small team won Manchester United. If they can be able to handle teams like Liverpool,  Manchester city that's when one can say they are back to their normal way of performance.

First of all, I congratulate Arsenal for getting a red card in each leg of the EFL Cup draw.    But this time, it came in the 90th minute and Liverpool already were 2-0 ahead then. Alexander-Arnold and Diogo Jota did a great job in this game. Alexander-Arnold got 2 assists and Jota scored 2 goals. They got a decent 2-0 win in Emirates and have advanced to the next round which is the finale. We are going to see a Chelsea - Liverpool finale which would be really delightful hopefully.

It's hard to say in one-off games, especially against a really good tactical manager like Tuchel. If the game was tomorrow with full teams, I'd say Liverpool would be favorites for sure - Chelsea is in a bit of a slump in form.

However - the game is in 1 month and especially with Covid uncertainty it is impossible to say. I'm glad we are in a final again and am optimistic - we are a better team than Chelsea. I hope we prove it on Wembley.

That's very clear in my opinion because there are many great clubs in the English Premier League so the comparison of their prowess must be compared with those that are already really great like the clubs you mentioned, otherwise Manchester United's performance still hasn't improved, according to my opinion.
