The bookmakers are suddenly generous and giving odds on Chelsea's win over Brighton around 1.9... Although in recent games between these clubs there has been a draw very often, or rather in the last five games there have been four draws... It seems to me that Chelsea should win today to pick up points...

The odds is now down in the range of 1.75-1.78, if you took the chance to place a bet on them when it was 1.9, it is an early luck for you.
Chelsea is indeed not really doing great in their last matches but I think Tuchel will do everything today to get 3 points.
For me, I'll wait for the official lineups first before deciding what to bet or maybe I'll do live bet when the game is on.

I'm feeling positive for Chelsea about their game against Brighton today. I strongly believe that Chelsea will destroy their opponent one way or another. And they must do so if they want to start to recover in the league. I was thinking very positively for them in terms of their title chance this season. Because they were doing great those times. But suddenly, they have started a bad form and here we are. They are far away from the leader and they don't have a chance for the title logically. But at least, they can do their best by starting from here having a good result against Brighton.

Brighton is certainly not standing still they will try to repeat last month's result 1-1 because to win is difficult.

It was kinda a lucky last minute goal from Brighton although they were holding up against Chelsea throughout 90 minutes. History might repeat but considering that Chelsea havent won in the last 3 games means that they are going all out today against Brighton but with the record of not losing in the last 4 games, Brighton is not a pushover either

Taking Brighton +1 seems to be a much better option in this case rather than Chelsea to win though. Probably not going to be both team to score either

Brighton will be a test for chelsea today to bounce back from the defeat in the previous match, chelsea who failed to win in the match against manchester city will certainly make this match their revival, but of course it is not an easy thing for chelsea to win at brighton according to me, especially brighton are in quite a state on fire right now after they have played five matches without losing, with three wins and two draws in all competitions, I think today it looks like the match will be quite fierce and it is likely whoever wins later will win by slim score.

It's hard enough to predict this match as it's possible that Chelsea are demoralized by being knocked out of the title race by a direct competitor (not that they played badly - they were just less fortunate). Chelsea's odds are 1.83 in terms of bookies, but I wouldn't risk it - I'm not sure Chelsea can win this match even with a 50% chance.

I think so betting market indicates each team has a 50% chance but I'm not interested in placing bets there either I'm more focused on the goal side

As you can see, Brighton's chances are estimated to be three times worse than Chelsea, but I still won't bet on them. And I have no thoughts about the total or BTTS, here it can be either 0-0 or 2-2. I'll just watch the match, no betting.

Chelsea defended Manchester City really well in their last game and prevented Manchester City from defeating themselves by a bigger goal difference. Because of that, Brighton might have a hard time scoring a goal against them. But even if they do, I think that Chelsea would still win by 2-1 or so.

Why are you sure it's a draw? didn't Chelsea just lose and drop points so if they drew they would lose more points which means Chelsea are out of the title race
I actually think Chelsea will use all the remaining games to win in order to cover last loss only in this way can Chelsea get back on track or at least getting closer to Liverpool

I'm not sure of a draw actually.    It was just a feeling but I still indicated at the end of my post that I was expecting Chelsea to win by a one-goal difference. Chelsea shouldn't draw with Brighton in this game if they are determined to have a decent season. They are normally strong enough to get past Liverpool in the standings too. But it is too hard for them to get near Manchester City from now on as the point difference between them is 13 now. I hope Chelsea win this game.

Pep Guardiola as smart head coach and he can manage how to be consistent performance not only on one match but also Manchester City as consistent team on every season. Almost three year become the king of Primer League just get once dominance by Liverpool and now City as bigger candidate to get primer league trophy again. Until week 22, City is currently still leading the temporary standings with a difference of 13 points from Liverpool, of course, it could be 8 points if Liverpool manage to win in one remaining match. However, if City are able to perform consistently, they can win successive titles in two seasons.

Pep is a marvelous and amazing manager there is no denying that. Dude has been amazing wherever he goes and he has achieved so much, it is not even a discussion. By the time he retires, he could be the best manager with the most titles that matter, I mean surely there could be some managers that have some many titles and cups but most of them would be useless stuff. Here we are talking about titles that actually matter.

Right now, for me at least, Sir Alex Ferguson is the greatest manager to ever lived, but Pep is not really that behind him so far. However, with this roster we also have to accept the fact that they have spent a good amount of money to build it, so not like Pep is fighting with the roster of other teams, his team spent probably more money than 99% of the world right? So he should not be really given 100% of the achievement, management that spent this much money should be congratulated as well.

I think you are over confidence with your prediction, now the situation is in a draw with 1-1. Less than 10 minutes before referee stop the game, will Chelsea able to score more goals and win the match eventually or the opposite will happen or it will be ended with the draw like what happened in their last meeting? As usual, Chelsea is dominating the game but not too effective with their attack. If you bet on Lukaku not to score, so far so good and you may win it, how much was the odds for it?

Manchester United are going to play one of their missing matches tomorrow night. Their next opponent is Brentford in an away match. In case Manchester United win this match, they will leave Arsenal behind and capture the sixth place in the standings. Taking this into account, they should play with all they have got I think. Something is still odd about them and we saw it in the Aston Villa match too. They couldn't protect their big goal advantage. This time, they should be able to finish the job successfully.

I think a lot of people are guessing Man United won. But their previous match experience almost lost after going 0-2 up.  They couldn't keep their lead with less than ten minutes remaining. Brentford are a team that often makes surprises. United have to be careful when they lose tomorrow. The unstable performance makes me a little doubtful with Man United tomorrow. Rangnick has not managed to get Man United to move effectively to win.

Chelsea must beat Brighton, because Chelsea really need to win. Because Chelsea are eager to catch Liverpool's points, I believe with
the quality of the players that Chelsea have, they should be able to beat Brighton. Although I know Brighton are playing pretty well in
the last 4 games unbeaten, So Brighton also want to get points against Chelsea. Finally Brighton vs Chelsea match ended in a draw,
this is a very detrimental result for Chelsea, because the difference in points with Liverpool will be even more distant. I don't know

One of the teams that you never like to face on home or abroad. Brighton are a tough and highly respected team apart from results, and there is certainly a major reason for that being head coach Graham Potter.
 Brighton with Graham Potter is one of the teams you love to follow this season in the Premier League, and he deserves a special article in the near future.
As for Chelsea, it is nothing new. The league is lost and I think that the team will play in the Champions League like last season, but it needs great development in all lines, frankly, not just the attack and Lukaku, as many have been talking about recently.

Brighton isn't just one the mediocre teams we have in the premier league. I think Chelsea actually gave in what they could offer. A single point is  not too bad but they are far away from Manchester city. Liverpool has replaced their position on the table. Just hope the secure full points against Tottenham which would not be an easy one either but Tuchel has so much work to make this a reality

I don't think it's Lukaku's fault though. He was doing pretty well in Seria A where the gameplay isn't as hectic as the premier and then he got to Chelsea and everyone had high hopes for him. What I like to see is a player that wasn't talked about much and then they break the limelight and shine. The same is happening to other big names like:

• C.Ronaldo
• Jack Grealish

As for Chelsea, can't really talk much about the team since they looked real solid at the start of the season but beginning to look like a top 4 team rather than a title contender with each passing game.

Chelsea aint playing really good latwly and they are currently quite bad they leaded 0-1 and managed to concede a goal and this caused them to lose more points. Things need to change for them soon they arent showing any progress ingame so they can win it

Yes, it seems that Brighton could really match Chelsea's performance. Even we can see from their ball possession that they are not too far away. Chelsea this time did not play optimally. And on the other hand, Brighton played better even though the final result was a 1-1 draw.
Whereas we know that the rank between Chelsea and Brighton is very far, compared with the line-up of their players also, Chelsea has better players. But that's it. everything can happen in the field when the match is played.

To be honest, it is not very realistic. I'm just hoping for Liverpool to achieve the unexpected that's all. But while Manchester City are like unstoppable, Liverpool will not have any chance to even get close to them in the standings. But Liverpool still should do their best to prevent the gap from increasing more than this. They can make it eight when they win their absent game. And after that, they will have nothing rather than waiting for Manchester City to have a bad period of time for at least a few weeks.
