I have heard that Chelsea have made their offer for Sevilla centre-back Jules Kounde already. It is 47 million pounds according to news. Barcelona have also been targeting to sign him actually so I'm wondering whether they will also make an offer soon. I don't know whether they are in a solid condition to be able to fight against Chelsea for this deal. But they have seemed very comfortable about spending a big amount of money so far. I assume that they would enter this race also.

given that sevilla took advantage of this opportunity by raising prices. so chelsea's offer they declined easily. because for them really still need Jules Kunde. so it is impossible for sevilla to take it off except at the highest price they offer.

and i don't have high hopes for chelsea when it comes to high prices. because before this also chelsea failed to bring Nathan Ake and Matthijs de Ligt, because chelsea save too much money in the transfer market this season. so the deal always fails. in contrast to Barcelona who are always ready to pay a high price to get the players they need. I think, Chelsea managements are well prepared to use any amount of money to sign in new young talented players that will have something good to offer to the team in next season. Based on what the Chelsea managements has achieved so far in this season, showed that Chelsea will definitely increase higher in the areas of performance with the help of the new talented players. I don't think, Barcelona have such amount of money to sign him into the team, because their managements are looking for a way to sell some of their players to have a huge amount of money to buy potential players next season.

Tottenham hotspurs have really done good trying to improve the squad. It's not so easy getting up to five talented players in one window and Tottenham have gone against odds to pull some deals their way this summer. Djed Spence to Tottenham is a good deal, he is young, physical, has a fantastic successful tackle rate and will be a signing for Spurs on the right side of the defense. Arsenal also had interest in the player but Spurs were able to get him to sign so it's good news for them. Hopefully,he will bring the kind of quality they have been seeking for in that position.

I know Antonio Conte will do a whole lot more strengthening before the window closes and he is known to want his top targets in before the start of the season. And now he has just added a very good one. It’s  a very good business for Tottenham. Adding another young talent to the wingback position. At least he will compete with Matt Doherty and Emerson Royal to be the right wing-back under Antonio Conte. Spence was one of the standout players in the Championship last season at Nottingham Forest and helped the club achieve promotion after 23 years in the lower divisions. I expect him to replicate that form in Tottenham.

Although Chelsea is a rich club in the Premier League, Todd Boehly's transfer policy as the new Chelsea owner, of course different from the transfer

You might be right. As a manager, Tuchel is able to improve a team rather than focusing on one player. Everyone at Chelsea plays for him. The performance of Koulibaly will be excellent. The Serie A matches are less intense and revolve more around tactics than the Premier League, so it is possible for Koulibaly to adapt quite quickly to the fast-paced nature of the Premier League. As with Koulibaly, Raheem Sterling from City is also a nice addition, and his addition will have a big impact on Chelsea.

Maybe this is also Todd Boehly's expertise in negotiating with them, so his target player can really accept an offer to join Chelsea. If Todd Boehly can also land Kounde then that would be great, whereas Cheslea and Barcelona do have good offers for Kounde. then all the choices will come back to the player himself, because from what little I knew before Kounde did want to play for Barcelona. But yes, with a more attractive offer, maybe Kounde will forget his desire to play at Barcelona and choose Chelsea, I personally don't have any expectations because Kounde is being demanded by a big team that is already a big achievement.

Arsenal have finalised a deal for for Olexandr Zinchenko from Manchester city,and he has left Mancity camp to join up with his new team mates at Olando,where he will undergo a medical and become an Arsenal player.It seems Manchester city and Arsenal are very good when it comes to business because of the relationship between Arteta and Pep Guardiola,it is very obvious that Arteta is copying Guardiola's pattern which is obviously working for him.

Tottenham have a well plan budget for players this season and also the transfer window. The Spurs don't basically spend excessive of their earnings and only go for what the team wants. Like Ivan Perisic who got into the team as a free agent. While Fraser Forster also on free transfer, then Yves Bissouma  got sign for fee of £25m, Richardlison for £60m. Clement Lenglet is on loan to the club then this newly signed player they got from middlebrough Djed Spence. Contracts have been signed and this is Anthonio Conte 6th signing in the transfer window. Compete for all four titles is a bit exaggerating I think, but I do agree that the signing of Sterling completed the squad puzzle, Chelsea has been struggling with striker, werner and and lukaku has poor performance last season, and Sterling will be perfect as the main striker. However, Champions League will be harder I think, with barcelona, real madrid and bayern munich, any premiere league team will find it hard to beat them.

Both Chelsea and Arsenal will use that match to test and assess their new signings thus it's not going to be a competitive match, new players will be tested and possibly start reserve players, I won't take such a risk to stake some money with those low odds, both club will make changes and substitutions that might involves the whole first eleven in both halves of the match, I will rather keep my funds for the new season which is coming up in some couple of days where many betting opportunities will be available across all the European major leagues.

This was also welcomed by Chelsea fans, it seems they really expected Kounde to be a part of them. Chelsea are going to be ready to sell Azpilicueta to Barcelona when they find an alternative for him. Chelsea are going to have only Reece James left in the team otherwise. Barcelona have only Dest on the right wing now so they need to make this transfer. Actually they could have found a better right-back also but maybe they don't want to spend so much money from now on. They have spent more than €100m already so far.
