I have to give Manchester United the credit this time, they are really improving, the team plays better football than what we saw last season. This season it looks like Tottenham are looking to make something big at their club especially with their re-entry into the Champions League so they are constantly adding to the quality of their current players.
This is a step that is actually brave and might be reckless in my opinion considering that no matter how hard they are, it will still be difficult to be at a higher level, unless they still want to be in the big 4.

This will only be a wasted offer in my opinion because Sevilla will definitely refuse this especially when they say that Sevilla will only sell Kunde for 80 million euros.

Chelsea already has 6 center-backs right now (Thiago Silva, Koulibaly, Chalobah, Ampadu, Malang Sarr, and Miazga). I think Chelsea doesn't need a new center-back right now. Every other team is trying to improve their squad but they are the only team among the top clubs that have more players in than out. Kudos to them but lets' not give too much credit to their ability to sign new players. I think the champions or any of the contenders could have competed against Spurs and signed them if they really pushed for it.
