The reason we can realize that and indeed some players who want to join is that their goal is to be able to play in the UCL and Manchester United is difficult to get players who are as good as what they want, to be better this season Ten Hag must be able to finish 4th in order to be able to recruit some players which is desired.

Juventus did sell him to United after the season started, so he needs to do something like that, but I am not entirely sure if he could do that.

It means that he has to suck it up and just have a season in Europa and hope that United could finally be top 4, which I doubt they even could.

I think this is a direct insult on Manchester united. This is a typical example of a packaged insult. A big challenge on Ten Hag. Lets forget the fact Thomas Frank said he didn't mean to disrespect united but the fact is his comment is already a disrespect on its own

That match for me was an experimental design by Ten Hag, He was unimpressed with Mac Tominay and Fred during that fixture.

I expect a better team play and a lot of precision in the final third of our attack. And also, Both Bruno Fernandez and Erikson should be used as a double ten and Garner for me in the Away game against Brentford.

I think it is normal for a smaller team to sometimes make jest of bigger teams after defeating them. Manchester United on the other hand are expected to do much better than their current performance.  You say the game was an experimental design for Ten Hag, I think every game and every point should be important especially for a team that is struggling to win games and maintain top position. Until now no spectacular signings in the team and they are still struggling to win games, the expression on Erik Ten Hag's face when he was 2 goals down against Brighton showed how disappointed he was with the teams performance and match result. Truely, all hands from the top hierarchy to the players need to work together to change the situation at the club.

Their game against Chelsea would be tough because the two sides understand each other and the managers are very good when it comes to tactical football. It surprises me that Manchester United Cristiano Ronaldo is in the short list for the Ballon D’or and Messi and Neymar isn’t on the list. Although I don’t think Ronaldo would be amongst the top ten but really I think if Messi and Neymar can’t make the list the. Cristiano Ronaldo shouldn’t be in it either. I have watched several analysis behind why Manchester united isn't performing as expected, and the reason lies behind the owners of the club who are believed to be taking more money out than they are investing into the club which has left a huge void of efficiency and performance and not that the players aren't giving in their best... So it's really not that Ronaldo is not happy or whatever reason..

I think Matt Doherty should play ahead of Emerson Royal in their next game against Chelsea this weekend. Doherty will give more balance to the defense line than Emerson would plus he is not prone to mistakes unlike Emerson so its a better choice playing Doherty ahead of Emerson Royal. I'm having the feeling the game will end in a draw and both sides leaving with a point each but we shall see how it ends.

Actually, when they lost to Brighton, it was also inseparable from how Ten Hag acted by trying a new scheme for them and leaving Ronaldo behind and including Maguire as a starter there.
I think if he had Maguire on the bench like in pre-season maybe things like this would have been minimized a bit and the possibility of a different result would have been there.

Obviously, the defense will always be weak as long as Harry Maguire starts every game. Manchester united needs to do an overhaul and change a lot of their players from their starting eleven as most of them are not good enough to even wear that shirt and I don't see this performance changing anytime soon with these same players.

I don't think they are selfish but they are a little confused about this because they have a little difficulty in implementing the scheme from the coach there.

Chelsea will have to play extra football in their Sunday game against Tottenham as their opponent is also a strong club with years of premier league experience and they will not be an easy nut to crack that easily by Chelsea. But whatever it will take Chelsea needs to win this match to make the right statement on the premier league table and since this is their first match this season Chelsea will have to make it a win-win situation anything other than winning will affect the club's points negatively going forward.
