This is not even debatable. Arteta is a very good and intelligent manager. It's just my guess, at his age that can be said closes retirement he needs a club that can make him set other records in the rest of his career and it's very unlikely he will do it at Man United which still looks like an ordinary team especially this season Man United has not played at UCL which is the most prestigious European competition.
