Liverpool completing the contract extension of one of their keyplayers.  Curtis Jones sign a new long term contract with the reds until June 2027. He's consider a key part for both the present and future projects which will be executed by Jurgen Klopp. Jones is one of the finest player in liverpool, one of the major reason behind his poor state was as a result of long term injuries sustain during games. Let's watch out for his better form after the world cup.

Complete mess, what really has he offered to Liverpool this season, has he win any game as the manof the match where you see him as the most outstanding player in that game? No will be the response, he needs to be laid off the club once he gets done with that one year contract. Curtis Jones is from Liverpool academy but until this season he hasn't gets any places to Liverpool lineup for each matches because he lost to compete with other players such as Matic or Tiago which is more experience even for young players Klopp has more trust to played Harvey Elliott or Fabio Carvalho for midfield position but apparently Liverpool still giving chances to prove himself that he deserved to gets long duration contract and indeed i didn't see any impressive performance from Jones even i was remember this season he was into Liverpool lineup while against Nottingham Forest but unfortunately Liverpool ended up with lost result on that match but he is young talented player and extended his contract could be good investment for Liverpool

I have been wondering how and why Jones is getting this kind of hype as one of the key players of Liverpool. The people in this thread almost confused me to begin think why I have not been watching Liverpool football.

Jones is simply a Youngster of Liverpool who has a future in the club, was given an extension because he is a product of Liverpool there is nothing more than this

Jones is one good and talented youngster no doubt but he is still very young and still developing. I won't rate him as one of the key players for Liverpool because he hardly even gets playing time and if you want to rate by performance the first 10 he won't even be on that list so I won't acknowledge him as one of the key players for Liverpool. At the time there is nothing special about Jones.

Everything is going well for Arsenal for now. Whether they become the champions or finish the season at the second position, the expectation level by their supporters will increase highly. In fact, their game has not changed much, rather some new tactics. This season they are strong, but the competition is not so far away, they can still lose this season(finishing not in first place). I think if they don't win the championship a lot of people will be disappointed, because even now a lot of fans are building expectations, and 2nd place = disappointment

Arsenal is the most complete team this season striker and strong defense that's all evidenced by the 33 goals scored and 11 conceded one of the best records so far
We don't find any weakness in Arsenal, the only way this could mess up their plans for the title is player injuries if this happens they cannot do much because the substitutes are unable to take on a role.

There is something very significant that Liverpool is doing right now, and that is securing its future. In terms of his age, Curtis Jones is one of the most promising players in the league. The young man is only 21 years of age and it appears that he has some really bright potential, despite his young age. He is a talented player who can become even better in the future if he continues to work hard.

My belief is that if he can stay healthy and not get injured often, I think he will be able to have a prosperous career in the EPL. In my opinion, this guy needs to gain some weight, and I think he should put on some muscle as well.

Manchester city in serious pursuit to meetup arsenal who are barely losing games, they want to lift the premier league title this season, and who knows what might be the outcome of the the two rivals. Pep Guardiola main focus is to lift the champions league and he's doing every he got at his end to make sure he take his team to finals this season. City are one of the best team in UEFEA which are very good with dominating game but so unlucky in the race to lift the UEFEA title.

I believe he even spoke the minds of some other players and some other members of the staff and hierachy. Graham Potter coached Chelsea with players abandoned by previous coaches and looking at the form so far it's not that bad even though they haven't been consistent but they are slowly improving.

I don't think it's wise to raise such an issue publicly just because you wanted to be treated differently than other players, which is very wrong as a player of his caliber.
I was initially blaming the Manchester United coach for keeping him off the peach, but after realizing that he is only interested in his personal success, not the success of the team, I stopped blaming the management, and now this has happened. Man City should return with big ambitions to win the Premier League after the world championship break. Man City have a squad with very good depth, they are also doing smart business in the transfer market by bringing in Haaland, Guardiola has a big chance of winning his fifth Premier League trophy at the end of the 2022/2023 season.

You're right, and this season we're going to see something far more capable of Arsenal and Newcastle. I don't know why looking at Newcastle's performance they are really 100% making a lot of quite drastic changes. Newcastle owners are targeting to still be able to qualify for the Champions League. If they can be consistent amid the inconsistencies of Liverpool and Man City, maybe the potential will be quite promising. Securing a position in the 3rd standings for Newcastle is clearly a good achievement until temporarily after the World Cup break they locked the difference with Man City by only 2 points. At least not too far to apply pressure.

Arsenal who used to be their own worst enemy in their previous seasons had made a remarkable improvement this season in sharp contrast to their previous seasons when they are inconsistent in the league, injury prone players like Thomas Partey who is an influencial player in their midfield is fully fit and plays well, William Saliba is complementing Gabriel in the central defence a perfect replacement for calamitous Holding as well as Zenchenko at their left back doing the job of Tierney while their workaholic striker Gabriel Jesus had been a top performer for the team despite his goal drought he always assist the team defensively which other previous strikers don't.
