Arsenal can still maintain to remain first in the league if they continue in the form the team was playing before the world cup break because five points ahead from Manchester City is a good gap but will they  be able to keep on winning ? Transfer of players will also make some clubs to perform better. Manchester city will finish up at top four this season since they will not want to disappoint their fans this season.

Nobody is contesting Manchester city's spot on the top four position, it is the other three spots that is in contest. I am very worried for Arsenal, Injuries can pose a problem to us, Gabriel Jesus who has a good influence on the team has a slight knee injury concern, and may likely not play with us on our first game after the World cup, Partey who is injury prone as well has survived injuries in the world cup, hoping our other key players like Martinelli, Saka, Xhaka, Tomiyasu etc. will not pick up injuries.

Everyone, including myself, knows that Manchester City is one of the best clubs in the Premier League. Their performance is much better than other clubs in comparison. We have seen their performance before the FIFA World Cup quite well, but are a bit worried about how they will perform after the World Cup.

The gap from Arsenal to Manchester City is secretly already 5 points. I actually like it quite a lot. Newcastle is also only 2 points behind, but they have played a game more. I don't think Newcastle can hold on to this 3rd place. And whether Arsenal can continue to maintain the high level is also the question. Brighton in particular would not be thought to be in 7th place after 14/15 rounds. United 11 points behind Arsenal, it's almost impossible to close that gap. Arsenal's next game is at home against fellow townsman West Ham United. We shouldn't expect miracles from this either.

If arsenal have been very consistent with their performance from the beginning of the season till this time with no struggling I'm very it is still possible with them to maintain their performance. The premier league is between arsenal and Manchester City,  that's the only team that can take arsenal position.

You shouldn't underestimate Newcastle because this team continues to improve even from last season, so that Newcastle's achievement of being in third place in the Premiere League standings is proof of the consistency that is still very well maintained. With this great achievement, I personally will not doubt Newcastle and I believe that Newcastle this season will be a team full of surprises.

Newcastle are not actually a small team. They just have an average squad now so we can count them as one of the balanced teams in the league. But of course this doesn't show the work they have done so far as easy. It has been a really challenging road for them until now. But they have dealt with their opponents in a really effective way. I would have said it as manager difference maybe but they weren't this much good in the previous season either. Eddie Howe managed the team in 26 matches and they won only the half of them and lost a lot of them also.

Actually they have won the half of their matches in this season also but they lost only once. They have been really successful against their biggest opponents also. This is a huge improvement truthfully but let's see if this improvement will help them bring better players in January.

The premier league after the world can be different from how it used to be. Many players performance performance can can change from better to worst,  so am not very sure if arsenal can remain the same form like  the way they used to be to be before the world cup game. Their will be change in performance in some teams.

The stable finances that they currently have will really help them to make this team one of the big teams in the Premier League. I don't believe they will be able to continue this positive trend in the second half of the season, so it is very likely that they will drop out of the top 4.

Yeah that's a big blow for us especially when he was the main man in our attack. Jesus is expected to return in January so it will be like 2-4 games without him. Nketiah will start in his absence but he was the guy who created a lot of pressure on opponents for us. Well have to work it out somehow and just keep the lead intact throught these games. Martinelli and Saka are playing WC too so hope we don't have to hear some more bad news on top of this now.
