Its not easy to sign Leipzig players especially their superstar. Even tho they got Werner before and have a good friendship with Leipzig i dont think they can get him thay easily. Your point is very sensible and I was also one of the people who wanted to see Tuchel staying until the end of the season. But the reason why Chelsea sacked him was not their bad form actually. The board was expecting Tuchel to use the money they gave to him for making transfers in the way they wanted. But Tuchel didn't do this so it resulted in his being sacked. As far as I know the full scenario was like that. But this is still too much for a reason to sack a successful manager in my opinion.

Because Tuchel had amazing times with the team. They won even the Champions League title. He was sacked so easily despite these great things. They didn't need to enter a changing phase with a new manager. Now it is hard to tell how their performance in the rest of the season will be.

I don't sure with Victor Osimhen will replace position leaving by Gabriel Jesus because he has great potential playing on top level team, ever rejected with Manchester United offering and Arsenal is not the priority for Napoli's center forward.
