I also didn't think Tottenham would lose against the Blues, judging by the current performance of the Blues who are ranked lower than Tottenham made me surprised by the results of the match, maybe because of the Blues' confident performance so they could beat Tottenham.

Romero's absence will probably provide difficulties for Tottenham themselves, but the manager will certainly do his best for the next match despite the absence of their players. Really, I'm not surprised, because I predicted it beforehand. It's just that, I think Poche will rotate some of his players, especially their center forward. because, previously I have referred to many references that Chelsea will make changes. but in fact, Poche still plays Nicolas Jackson as the main starter. As the match progressed, Spurs took the lead in the 8th minute and I already suspected that this would happen.

On the Spurs side, this defeat was very detrimental to them. apart from 2 players being injured. the other two had to be absent due to red cards. Now, Spurs are in 2nd place. and it seems that Ange Postecoglou has to be prepared for a decline in his team's performance in the next few matches. Let's see, can Spurs come back or vice versa.

Yes even though Spurs are ranked above it turns out that the Blues found their luck, of course what the Blues are experiencing is great luck as you said. They can beat the team that is ranked above even though the Blues are ranked below. This is really a big luck that is very favorable for the Blues.

Injuries and absences are a big loss for the Spurs at the moment and will be homework for Ange, because with injuries to their players and absences due to red cards of course this is not a good thing, this is not a small problem, with the absence of some of their players who cannot participate in the next match due to two injuries and two red card absences will make it difficult for the Spurs in the future and as you said it looks like they will experience a decline in performance because even though there are reserves who can replace it, it will not necessarily be better than the players who are absent and injured, but surely Ange will do his best for the next game so that the game can still be maximized and can stay in its ranking position even to pursue the first rank which is certainly desired by all football teams.

Agree. Although Newcastle is still difficult to maintain their consistency in playing. But no team can underestimate them anymore. They can beat any top teams in EPL now, Arsenal is only one of the examples. In UCL matches, they also defeated PSG with 4 goals. It is something great, Newcastle can destroy even a big team like PSG. Sure, we should give a big respect to Newcastle, they are trying to improve their quality and they showed people that they are no longer a mediocre team. I think if Newcastle can sign more top players, they can be stronger and may perform much better in the next season.

Even though Newcastle looks strong, they can beat Arsenal in the Premier League and beat PSG in the Champions League, but in my opinion, Newcastle is still not completely consistent, just look at last season comparison. Newcastle only had 5 defeat in the number of matches in the Premier League, whereas currently Newcastle has had 3. defeat with only 11 matches so it can be concluded that this season Newcastle is not much better than before.

Meanwhile, in the Champions League, Newcastle has suffered 2 defeats from 4 matches, even though they gave an amazing performance against PSG, but in reality Newcastle failed to maintain its consistency.
If in the end Newcastle doesn't qualify for the last 16 of the Champions League, I doubt whether next season Newcastle will be able to take part in the UCL competition again because currently Newcastle is still in 6th place in the Premier League.

Nicolas Jackson is capable but slow or maybe he hasn’t find the right partnership. Should we say Chris Nkunku will be a better partner for the front man when ge returns or will we still see the slow Jackson? I think Poch should do something real quick about the situation because top 4 hopes might look dim but could be brought alive if the team is in good shape and form.

I think its a great news for Chelsea as they do need a good striker to score goals and Nkunku is really someone that Chelsea needs right now. It will be tough for manager to manage between Nkunku and Jackson but I feel Nkunku is the better choice and has good finishing as compared to Jackson. I don't think that Pochettino will roll both out in the starting lineup when he joins the squad back from injury, it will be either one of them. Nkunku is also a better team player and can really drop down a bit to assist on the wings, kinda like what Kane used to do at Spurs. Secondly he is very much adaptable to other positions so Pochettino can really find it helpful while switching to some other tactics inside the game.

There is no doubt in this meeting, because Manchester city will never allow what happened to Tottenham Hotspur to happen to them in this match because they will be very careful with Chelsea in this match so that they will be able to defeat them 4-1 like the way they did it to their opponent last match. Even though Chelsea has improved in this season, I don't think it will stop mighty Manchester city not to achieve three points from Chelsea, because Erling Haaland and other strikers are very ready to score more goals to maintain the top position in the premier league competition. Using Chelsea's last win as a standard to measure the club's improvement is not proper. A team who have been inconsistent and constantly lost against lowly rated side managed to win nine-men Tottenham and we call that improvement. The Blues have not improved and Nicolas Jackson can't be trusted with the attack of the club. The real test of Chelsea's strength will be the game against Manchester City.  The current EPL champions won Young Boys in the UCL and will be preparing for the game with Chelsea at Stamford Bridge. Chelsea has always failed to utilize its absence in European football competition to improve its performance but as I mentioned Sunday match will be my ideal performance test for the Blues.

Newcastle is the underdog in Champions League Group F and, sadly, they are now at the bottom of the group after yesterday's loss to Dortmund. I doubt if they will qualify from that group to the next round because more experienced clubs like PSG and Milan are jousting for the second position. Maybe the Europa League will be ideal for them but I am just speculating because anything can happen. If they can win more in their next games, they will qualify for the next round.

Chelsea are in a long crisis that lasts since the past season and they are trying to end their crisis. They bought many young star players and I believe it is their plan very long term growth of the club. They want to build up a competitive squad for their club in next several seasons. A biggest problem in Chelsea latest season is they don't have stability for their coach position that causes of lot of chaos in the club.

It began with the invasion of Russia into Ukraine but even years before that war as their previous President and owner, Abramovich, was under radar of UK. government and even got some restrictions before the war. The war only makes things worse and worse for Chelsea and a sudden change of ownership results in some big changes in their clubs. Their poor performances in the last two seasons are from many factors, not only players themselves.

Nkunku and Jackson looks to be promising players for Chelsea next two or three seasons but they must help the club to end the crisis in this season. It will be better for Chelsea to start a next season with better sentiment, less stress and pressure.

Abrahimovich has always been disliked for his success and glory with Chelsea. For him to be removed around them the war between Russia Ukraine was the perfect opportunity.  Timing is everything in life and they made good use of it to chase him  The Chelsea manage by Abrahimovich  will not be in this position for too long he knows what to do to get the best. Todd Boehly has done well and this players brought in will win tittle in the long term and future. Nkuku looks promising not Jackson,not sterling. Cole Palmer and Mudryk are wonderful talents they will go far in their various football careers.

If I was informed earlier before the match that Chelsea will win that match, I will argue it to the stupor. There have been no reports or investigations that connected Roman Abramovich to the war in Russia. His only offence was that he communicated or had a close relationship with Vladimir Putin. And I don't see that as a genuine reason for England and her allies to seize his assets. After all every businessman will have political connections. Almost all global business owners have close relationships with many world leaders. They do this to expand their businesses and protect their investments. Almost all Fortune 500 company owners have political connections even in the UK. I am not among the people who disliked the young Russian billionaire who transformed Chelsea from a relatively unknown club and made it one of the best in the world. Roman had a vision and passion for Chelsea and he will ever be remembered.

Chelsea and its fans are still celebrating the convincing win on Monday against one of the best sides in the EPL. But the main test will be on Sunday in their home ground when they will meet the best team in Europe and face some of the most feared strikers in the world. However, I think that the victory achieved by Chelsea does not mean the beginning of their revival. In the next 4 consecutive matches, Chelsea will face other strong Premier League teams. The possibility of Chelsea winning and causing a surprise like they did at home to Tottenham is very likely. but the percentage is very small.
