Chelsea are on the right track, but to say that they are improving is not right. the result against Tottenham Hotspurs can be deceiving for their players, it could be a good boost for their mental, but also could trigger complacency in the squad. I think poch knows that they than that to win their next games which are getting harder and harder because other teams pay attention towards Chelsea's progression.

Game against Mancity is the biggest test for Poch and Chelsea as a team to know if have they found their character as a team or just still raw. I think the result will show how far they have become.

Chelsea will suffer if they do not change their game pattern, they should be able to reinforce their styles when it comes to scoring goals. Rating Chelsea performance in previous matches is quite easy but when it comes to elite teams, I believe they do not stand a chance because they're still building, Mauricio Pochettino have a whole lot of work to put in for the team, facing Manchester City on Sunday, that's his main test and not some random average team or winning an elite team that has two red cards. Winning Tottenham Hotspur with two man down doesn't mean they're right back on track, the Blues are yet to prove themselves to the supporters this season.

I think this is not the right moment to talk about the suffering of Chelsea because what are we all here going to say when they beat Manchester City in the next game after they beat Tottenham in the last game? 

I know this is utopian, but maybe not entirely. Manchester City isn't the same team as last season in terms of their strength and if Chelsea has a great day, what if they beat that team and get the next 3 points from the title defender? That could be what all Chelsea supporters have been eagerly waiting for.

I agree with you the result against Tottenham may be much of a deception than doing them good because considering the circumstances around they game, they wouldn't have won if all those didn't happen, and so they shouldn't expect same to happen with them playing other teams.

Manchester city is really going to be a really tough test for them because Manchester city is in their perfect form and can at this point play against any team as proven in the UCL and premier league aswell, but Chelsea don't seem to be in such form that is well enough to challenge Manchester city, after Manchester city, they will be facing Newcastle so it's going to be more like a series of drill, let's see how well they can survive this.

The truth is that,  even though I have more confidence in Tottenham more than I have in wolve it still remains that I will not risk my bet on any of the two clubs so for that I will go for a Tottenham winning or draw,  reason being that Harry can't have left the club to buyarn Munich which may be lowering the clubs chances of winning the match,  and although,  their opponent may be seen as a more weaker team but checking they performances also in the last few games,  you will discover that the club have been performing up to date and also making efforts to pursuit a more stable outcome within the next few matches.

You are right and I have seen games that could still be won by a team that was one man down, but I can't remember that I saw a team on that level that was two men down and still won the game. And I mean as you said counter attacks were of course impossible for Tottenham and since this is one of their strongest tactics, it was quite over for them when the second player was sent off. The result in the end was quite high for Chelsea and it could have ended with a goal less than that, but still the win was quite safe for them.

Tottenham has been outstanding since the beginning of the season. They have tested the waters and still found their way top of the league in some games now. But when giving some analysis about this Tottenham side, I felt like they’re yet to come across the inevitables like injuries and suspensions. Because your ability to withstand these inevitables in the face of the title charge makes you a serious contender.

Wolves is going to prove very stubborn for this Tottenham side as they’re without some keys players; Maddison, Christian Romero, Van de Ven, Richarlison and Udogie.
The big misses will be James Maddison and Van De Ven. Maddison has been perfect and contributes to Totteham performance since the starting of the season and I don’t know if Brennan Johnson can give them what Maddison has been displaying. But I think the major worries for Tottenham now should be at the back line and not just Maddison. They’re going to miss Van de Ven more than Maddison and the reason I say so is their entire style of play with the high line is reliant on Van de Ven's ridiculous pace.  We will see how they fare with these absentees against Wolves.

They're so damn good that they occupied the top for a while now. It has also lead to their manager winning back to back to back Manager of the month award in the Premier League. ( August, September and October ).
Losing to London rivals Chelsea was sad to see, because prior to the game, they have been the better team to win. Losing Harry Kane hasn't affected them alot because they have played as a team and not put all hopes on a single man for goal.

Wolverampton have been able to take points from good sides in the Premier League, amongst them was Manchester City as they went on to beat them with two goals to one.
Tommorow, without Injured players and suspended players, Wolverampton should grab a point from this game, I don't see Tottenham Hotspur winning the game. There should be a drop in form after that emotional lose to Chelsea on Monday night football.

Chelsea proceeding to forward position on the EPL table this season. They are my favorite club and I'm solemnly behind every game they've played and the forthcoming games to be play. Mauricio Pochettino is in Stamford Bridge to do his job as headcoach, alot of things will go smoothly for the Blues if they're able to fixed the problems they're facing. The news I'm keen on hearing is finally here. I was passing through my Twitter page and I noticed Roméo Lavia and Christopher Nkunku trending with 17.6k retweet posts, both players are expected to be in training with the full team after the international break, they're making quite speedy recovery, it's definitely good news for Chelsea fans. I can't wait to watch these players in action on the pitch.

Completely agree with you bud, like I think I mentioned in my last comment on this thread, I wasn't opportuned to watch the match between Chelsea and Tottenham, and I did was very surprised when I learnt that they (Chelsea) beat Tottenham, I was like, how can this be true? What really happened? I had a lot of questions running through my mind.

Later learnt that Tottenham played with just 9 players as two of their players unfortunately got suspended from the match due to them being awarded a red card, I must say that it was a very unfortunate match for spurs, and Chelsea I believe can not boost of deserving the win they got from that match, it is just luck that decided to smile on them that day, and Chelsea fans who are truly sensible should know this already and not boost.

No doubt, it's ever shocking to learn that Chelsea with their form right now as a team could win Tottenham because twas more like the whole world expected Tottenham too triumph.
Indeed they were lucky because the players' suspension that Tottenham had to go through was enough to destabilize the team completely.

1 card call affect a team greatly not to mention of two card calls in a game, Chelsea played a destabized Tottenham team and only capitalized on the opportunity they had before them and converted their chances, it was just a narrow win for Chelsea, sadly I'd have to say that Chelsea cannot confidently surprise us and win genuinely in a more balanced game.

I was very disappointed with the performance of Tottenham's players against Chelsea. Because I was not at all prepared to see such a poor performance from Tottenham at home. Tottenham were in great form. So we had high expectations from Tottenham in this match as well. But Chelsea's players dominated this match. Chelsea had 63% ball possession as well as attacking a lot. And perhaps this is why Tottenham's performance was quite poor. While Chelsea's players made a total of 17 shots, Tottenham's players made only 8. Let's hope we don't see such a poor performance from Tottenham against Wolves. Players need to be more confident.

However, this victory was a victory where luck played a bigger role, yes, that's the red card I mean. On the other hand, Pochettino squad latest victory will not mean much if in their other matches they will fail, they will again sink at the hands of Man City.

On paper, I don't doubt the quality of Pep Guardiola squad at all, and I also can't underestimate Chelsea. Who would have thought that a surprise would happen again, and we would all be surprised again by the results.

But whatever the scenario, I think betting on City winning is still very safe, because we know the risk is smaller. Chelsea only benefited from playing at home, on the other hand I saw many things that made Pep's squad worthy of being superior.

It is obvious that Chelsea is doing alright and might get better too but that doesn't mean that City will lose, we are talking about City here and they are much better team. I mean this doesn't mean that we are talking about Chelsea getting better or worse, it is just simply that City ends up beating everyone at all times, they are the best team in the world right now. It's not all of totenham players were performing so poorly, in fact udogie and romero have been destroying the gameplay that has already build since the first half. The first goal was making chelsea lost its hope but after romero got a red card and everything changed. Totenham just needs to learn from its mistakes. The players shall be able to control their emotion properly.
Udogia and romero were the main problems and let's move on. Chelsea will be going to face city in upcoming game. Chelsea will be playing at home and my guess that if chelsea will suffer another lose for sure.

Manchester United lost all ground. Everything has been wasted, time and effort, but I don’t understand why! Rather, it’s all a waste of time and energy for the fans.

The reason for Tottenham's transformation is that The Manager Ange change the environment in the team. He creates the spirit of togetherness among the players that never exists before in Tottenham squad. They are not dependent on Kane anymore to boost up their performance, and it's well-known that Kane's leadership is not the best for team's mentality.

Tottenham will miss some of their players due to injuries and suspensions, but seeing how good they perform this season, I dont think they will struggle to beat the wolves remembering wolves losed some players this season. even I think the game will show some goals will be scored.

Yes, Manchester United's defense is poor although I think Harry Maguire has gotten better this season. Injury problems are to blame for their weak defense and it gets worse when their midfielders look selfish.

If Maguire's performance looks a bit better, that may be caused he rarely played. If he played more often, I doubt if he can perform better.
Regarding the injury problem, I can agree with this. Since Varane and Martinez often got injury problem, Man United defense looks decreasing a lot their strength. Moreover, Casemiro also got injury, he can't help Man United defense as well. I think these 3 players (Varane, Martinez, Casemiro) are the key players of Man United defense.

Manchester United also appear inconsistent in the Premier League and it is increasingly worrying that they will be able to secure a place in the Champions League zone next season.

In EPL matches, Man United is getting worse. They are only in 8th place, it is very surprising that Man United looks like a weak team. Before the season started, I assume everyone expects that Man United will join the race of the title this season. Tottenham had lost Maddison to injury he is one of their key player and a creative midfielder who had been pivotal to the team successive winning streak in the league this season unfortunately he would be out till January thus a big blow to Tottenham, in a related news report his other teammates like Cristian Romero and Micky van de Ven are also out due to injury thus  leaving Tottenham squad against Wolverhampton Wanderers with a depleted squad therefore the team wouldn't be formidable enough to win the match I am predicting a draw game because Wolves who is playing at home will avoid a back to back defeat after losing to Sheff Utd last weekend.

When a team get two red cards, it will play poorly, even if it is playing at its home stadium. I would say that this match should be considered an exception, since Chelsea are in bad shape and this victory was more unexpected than natural.

Tomorrow Tottenham will have to play Wolves away, and I think that this match will be just as difficult for them, because Wolves have already taken points from teams like City, Newcastle and Aston Villa at home.
