It is very difficult to determine from now on. Last season there were many favorites for Tottenham to win but it was a mistake they died on the way. Map of strength this season is not yet clear. The player transfer market will still be running, it will add to the list of favorite teams to win. But I think the title will not be separated from the domination of the top 4 clubs in the last 5 years. Man City, Man United, Chelsea and Liverpool will be betting options that have the opportunity to earn. But if I had to choose, I would choose my favorite club in the EPL to win the title, which is Manchester United.

Meanwhile, Manchester city as defending champion is still favorite because the team formation hasn't changed much, but if they don't take the new player possible the formation may be less than solid because 2 player sterling and Aquero has gone. While MU has a good opportunity this session, possible harry Kane will landing in old Trafford if have a good deal of 200 M Pound with Tottenham.

The latest news, Tottenham says that Harry Kane will not leave they assured that Kane would stay at Tottenham, on the other hand, Man City still has options, one of which is signing Lewandowski of course Kane is the main target because he is younger and has a future. For me these two players have the same potential.

Kane's decision will play a really big role on this. Some time ago, Kane stated clearly that he wanted to leave. I wonder if he is still very decisive about it. If it's the situation, Tottenham can't keep him at the team this summer. It could even affect Kane's performance badly in the new season if Tottenham don't let him go.
If City don't sign him, there are some top strikers like Haaland and Lewandowski also. I guess they will reach an agreement with one of these 3 players in this summer.

There is information that Kane has already decided to leave Tottenham and has already agreed a personal contract with Manchester City. Also before that, there was information that Kane told his colleagues in the national team that he would boycott Tottenham's training sessions if the club did not release the player.

Forcing through a move is the only thing Harry Kane can do in this kind of situation because he is Totteham's best player,and they won't want him to go to any of their premier league rival like City.So obviously letting him go will be hard for them,except he forces through a move.

According to Report, Arsenal have agreed to sign the Brighton defender, Ben White for £50m. They have previously offer £40m, which was rejected by Brighton, Arsenal later increased the offer to £47m, but was also rejected. However, the both teams have now agree on a £50m deal for the player. Although, the player is still on holiday, the  deal won't be done until his returns.  

The player was transfered on a free transfer to Brighton  from Southampton in 2014. He has been transferred on loan to Newport country in 2017, Peterborough in January 2019, and Leeds in July 2019.

Ben White is 23 years old and a good defender. Brighton will make good money if they make the transfer for €50M. Ben White is worth 28 M€ according to Transfermarkt data. It looks like Arsenal want to make a long term transfer. White could play Arsenal defence for a long time if nothing goes wrong.

The deal to sign Gray from Bayer Leverkusen is not yet certain while the duo of Begovic and Andros Townsend signing is very close both players from Bournemouth and Crystal palace respectively according to report by Liverpool echo is very imminent but not yet these are major signing of Benitez of course they might be much anticipated signing but they are experienced player and goalkeeper could be a good addition to their squad although probably Everton might not have a big budget for any record signing next season at least they can still maintain their present squad with the new players.

I read news that they still need Haaland for 1 more season. Has dortmund changed their mind?

Many clubs wanted him because of his good performances. But for Chelsea's class I think they can afford it even without selling other players.

And he has been playing for Tottenham for a long time. If a player stays in the same club for a long time, it is normal for other players in the club to become somewhat dependent on him.

This can be changed only if they bring in a better attacker than him which for me is very difficult to happen.Tottenham has always been a good team in the Premier League but was never a team that has fought really hard for the title.They simply are not consistent and during these last years this has been the problem with the Tottenham team.Unless they start working toward fixing this things will remain the same for them and nothing different will ever happen to them.

it does seem as team is depending on him, but that would change if he leaves, and it does not mean that it is change for worse necessarily
when someone is not happy, usually is the best solution to change, then to be there and make a situation worse

nevertheless, Tottenham was far from great last season and all players want to be in a position to compete for trophies, not playing somewhere in the middle, and there are better alternatives for winning the title, than Tottenham

Moving from tottenham is the only way for harry kane to be able to get the championship trophy, as long as he is a tottenham player harry kane has given everything for the club but the club is not able to promise a trophy in every competition season, the championship trophy is the one thing that is most coveted by players world football player like kane, I think if tottenham continues to hold him of course kane can take the method that bale used when he wanted to move to real madrid which was a training strike and also did not participate in Tottenham pre-season tour this year, and that could be an attempt to force Tottenham to release him to another.

I do understand that players may want to leave but there is a contract in place and I do not think that players forcing their way out of their clubs to find a better club is not really a good thing to do, that would make it harder for smaller clubs to keep their players in the future, what happens if Grealish does the same, what if all the good players in the lower teams end up doing it? We are going to see high level clubs keep getting players and smaller clubs having nobody.

Bale situation was fine because Real was a good team and he went to a lower team instead, that was a personal reason, but if we start to see every good player to move towards bigger clubs then we will have just 2-3 teams to watch and every other team will be horrible and it would leave zero fun to watch the games. So Kane should be finding a proper team to get himself transferred for a good fee.

We've seen and read a lot of speculation regarding Kane while there is no certainty on the other hand I haven't heard of Tottenham's new signing targets
If we assume Tottenham let Kane go then who will replace him? is it possible for Tottenham without new players this season? or we can assume if Tottenham can really hold Kane
