I started regretting my vote since Chelsea got Lukaku and ManU getting Varane while knocking Leeds with 5 goals, but today was fantastically awful to see City losing vs Spurs which played without Kane mind you
They didn't even score a goal. What a disappointing start of the season. I still think they might get a chance to get the title again although my confidence dropped from +90% to like 50%...

 I agree that they did well in the first round by beating Leeds with a good score but its just first round and there are 37 rounds more. Anything can happen in the middle of the PL campaign like squad hit with injuries or crucial players hit with bad performance and that could drag a team down whether it be United or Chelsea or any other big clubs. Leeds never had a good defence and United did well to punish them. Biesla wouldn't be happy about that and would take notes to make changes.

United are up against Southampton next week and against Wolves at the end of the month and I expect a perfect 9 points from the Reds. Closest good opponent to face right now is West Ham and that is a match that would be a good initial test for the Reds but until then I expect United to be "flawless".

You can not conclude the title after one match or the first match of a season. In the 2020- 2021 season, Tottenham had big wins against Manchester United and an excellent first half of season but at the end, they even could not complete it in the top four.

I agree with you. At least we need the first half of season to have better view on all candidates for the titles. Moreover, the marathon in winter season in Premier League is very tough and strongest candidate will break out from it.

I wouldn't bet at the very beginning of the season that they could win the Champions League. In the English Championship, they may be able to compete for gold, with grief in half...
