I also believe that Arteta should be gone and I believe that nobody sees Arsenal as a top team anymore at all, not in the big four, not even in the big six at this point. I believe City, Liverpool, United, Chelsea are the big four right now and I can put west ham and Leicester above Arsenal as well, and let's not forget Spurs too, they had a bad year last year but they are still better than Arsenal for sure.

So, that makes 7 teams that are easily better than Arsenal right now and that would put them at 8th place if you ask me. Of course there could be some miracle and they may end up above one of those teams but it looks like that is not going to happen at all. So that puts Arsenal to a mid table level team at the very best and not any "big" team level at all.
Don't confuse big club with not performing well in recent years. Arsenal absolutely is a big club, and is one of the biggest in the UK, and world football. Although, they are definitely under performing recently, and have also under achieved in the last few years. However, that doesn't take away from their reputation as a big club. They were one of the biggest spenders, and they have a fantastic history. All big clubs have gone through a period of not being at their best, but it didn't change their status from a big club to a small one.

Liverpool, Manchester United, and Chelsea have all had periods semi recently where they have been lackluster, but they've always remained a big club. I judge a club based on its supporters, and even if Manchester United or Liverpool were relegated it would still have one of the largest fan bases in the world.

Achievement and business should be something that must be balanced, because if their performance continues to decline how can their business be successful. So indeed, Arteta should have been sacked and in fact, I personally don't think Arsenal is a big team after Wenger left Arsenal. The only way out for Arsenal is to find the right coach who is more experienced, not about finding new players to be placed in the defense or attackers because if the coach can't implement a good strategy then buying players will still be useless.

Why are you all attached to Arteta? The championship has just begun and it is worth Arsenal, led by Arteta, to win a couple or three victories, as conversations will immediately subside. Why are you all attached to Arteta? The championship has just begun and it is worth Arsenal, led by Arteta, to win a couple or three victories, as conversations will immediately subside. Arteta was given more time and chances, and if he can't take advantage of these chances, then of course he will leave. At least, Wenger rejected the option of returning to Arsenal, saying that the club is in good condition and it has potential. Wenger said that he is now a simple fan and expressed the hope that Arsenal will fix the situation.

Well that should have been done from the start but unfortunately Arsenal wasn't like that like i said Arsenal take 2 chances in every signing of a player
60% buy because of investment and 40% buy because of team needs, this is my opinion when looking at the list of new Arsenal players.
We don't know if the decision was based on management's request or Arteta own request.
I totally agree with what you said, in my opinion in the last three years the strategy of buying arsenal players is quite bad and not at all effective in being able to strengthen their team for the better, you can see how arsenal spent quite a lot of money this season to bring players, but none of those players can make a difference to the arsenal squad and it looks like they only spend money on players who do have an unclear style of play, and of course in this case Arteta is in charge of the players they recruit because  can It is said that Arteta is the one who knows the needs of the team better.
I think if Arsenal want to improve again, they have to follow the transfer strategy of Manchester United and Liverpool, which buy players according to their needs and also have good quality in their respective positions.

I am very confused by Arteta's decision in choosing players to buy, with Arsenal's current budget. It seems the players bought by Arteta can't make
the desired contribution, why don't Arsenal learn from other EPL clubs. Buying effective players and according to the club's needs, if this continues
Arsenal will get worse. I don't see Arsenal having any hope as long as Arteta is the coach, because almost all of his decisions are bad. For me the only
way to save Arsenal right now is to replace Areta with a much experienced coach.

well if they keep that performance for decades i think its safe to say that they are on its way to downgrded.

i wont say arsenal now isnt the big six anymore , but they are struggling for years nearly ten years lack of good performance and trophies .. that what makes a club called big club .
but still yeah their history cant be erased for just a ten years lack of achievements.

The reason Arsenal are in a mess is because the players are not playing with a happy mind, they simply want to loose so that Arteta will get sacked. They are not okay with his decisions most atimes,Arsenal spent more than any other club in the EPL this season, but Arsenal are still seated right at the bottom of the table.Arsenal need change of coach for them to do well in the EPL.

So in this case it's not about signing the wrong players, but the coach's lack of experience in forming a team. Because basically the players who were recruited were good players at the previous club, so Arsenal were willing to pour funds to get the targeted player. I can compare with more experienced coaches there, for example about Tuchel coming to Chelsea in a bad team situation because of a lot of pressure but a coach like Tuchel can change it quickly and only take advantage of the players who are there at the time. So in the case of Arsenal it's only about the coach and not about the players, because since the era of changing coaches after Arsene Wenger the fact is Arsenal still haven't got the right coach.

Arteta is a good player in Everton and Arsenal but he did not have experience as a coach in any club. Arsenal is his first club as a coach. He only worked with Pep in Manchester City as an assistant coach.

Assistant coach and main coach is different and Arteta so far does not show that he is capable of being a good coach. He might need more time to get success.

When results are bad, all negative things will be reflected and many conflicts will appear. Players want to leave, players have conflict with coach. Coach has conflict with club's president or director board.

It happens in any club and not only in Arsenal or with Arteta. I think the clock is ticking and Arteta will face with huge pressure when the Premier League returns.

Maybe he starts this game on the bench. Or do you think he will be starting soon?
He won't spend much time training with the team. It's not that it's necessary for him, but it's always good.

It is possible that he might start on bench but I feel like he is gonna start because United right now needs a proper striker and someone in form and I think they are gonna right out start with Ronaldo in starting line up. Could be that Ole is gonna start like Martial or Greenwood at strike and later is gonna substitute him for Ronaldo. Still I think he is definitely gonna start in first team in 1-2 weeks.

It’s Ronaldo, there’s no way he’ll be on the bench. He’ll go straight into the team, he looks after himself better than pretty much any other player. He may have lost some pace as he’s 36 but he’ll play in Utd’s next game I think.
It is no tale that C.Ronaldo is a supergoal machine, in short Jose mourinho described him as a  nuclear weapon whilst he was still a playmaker at Juventus. Hopefully, there will be a turn around at old Trafford if C.Ronaldo is basically utilize to his fully capability. Him been a goal hungry striker will motivate upcoming players to level up their game. I don't see ole letting him relax on the bench after his beautiful comeback goals at world up qualifier and following the shambles game against wolves despite a lone goal win. Undermining Ronaldo effect will be detrimental to the team morale, the young lads needed a legend so active and there he is, put him to use before the games get tedious.

Ronaldo is still a very influential player in a team. He is still able to turn a boring game into a more attractive and interesting game for the team he plays for. I think he was not bought to sit on the bench, but he was bought to improve the quality of the team and win title. It is interesting and most valuable to have a player like Ronaldo in the team, he can benefit his team with his skill and pace and goal productivity.

Manchester United vs Newcastle United will be Ronaldo's debut match, will it happen?

As an Arsenal fan,we hope Arteta is sacked for the betterment of the team, because ever since he started managing Arsenal, they've been in shambles, there is no unity among the player, and they are all against Arteta's decision.

Arsenal football club is at a bridge of hitting low this season with the pattern of play they did portray after three games so far. Yes Arteta seems like a work in progress two seasons ago but it's now evident that things has changed in league following their defeat to Brentford at the opening game of the season. The availability of Conte is a big plus to arsenal if they can get him on board, I strongly believe things will change around London due to his previous title winning moments with Chelsea and intermilan, having Conte might take Arsenal to their glory days of contending and winning major titles but if they choose to stick to the whole Arteta work in progress scheme it could be a disaster at the latter end.

We've all agreed that Arteta needs to go out and say Conte become replacement, another major concern to me is, will the arsenal players be able to quickly adjust to a new managers style of play and still finish this season at a reasonable spot on the table? You know we've seen cases where it takes a while for players to adjust to a coach's new style of play and tactics.

In his debut match, I think that he can have a really big start. He is already accustomed to playing in the EPL and at Manchester United. Maybe the players are not the same now but Ronaldo played for Manchester United for six seasons. By the way, I wish Alex Ferguson was at Manchester United now. He has very awesome memories with Ronaldo. It would be very emotional to see these Manchester United legends at the same time.

They will definitely meet with Alex Ferguson. As far as I know, the news that Alex Ferguson convinced Ronaldo a few days ago has been confirmed. They are still very good and they continue to talk. It will be very enjoyable to see two legendary names together Smiley

It is really true, I agree. The game plan is very important for a team. If they don't have the most fitting game plan for the team, then whoever you have in your team, you won't be able to do much. We have seen many examples so far. With better management, you can help a team reach a title even if the team don't have the best players. Leicester are a good example for this. Ranieri did a great job and helped his team win the title. Leicester didn't have one of the best squads in the end.

So you believe that a coach who has penetrated the Premier League has no skills? at worst the coach in the Premier is one of the best in Europe
Many factors cause one of them is the player we will not see players with a price of hundreds of millions of dollars if the main key is in the coach

I don't think that he has no skills. Arteta is just not the right manager for Arsenal as it is seen very clearly now. I liked him when he was a footballer. He was a really decent player. However, I think that he should manage a team that are fitting him better.

@Kusman Sir Alex will be watching him from the stands, and post that he’ll definitely be meeting him on the training ground and off the pitch too. Further with incoming of Ronaldo pressure increases on Ole, and to be fair if we had added Rice to the team then the team would have been complete, hence I’m hoping that the absence of a better midfielder doesn’t come to bite us later.

He has more rest time after his yellow card in international match. It is good for an old player like Ronaldo and for Manchester United.

Will he has a debut for Manchester United when the Premier League return? I don't know all legal certificates are done for Ronaldo to play in Premier League.

They will definitely meet with Alex Ferguson. As far as I know, the news that Alex Ferguson convinced Ronaldo a few days ago has been confirmed. They are still very good and they continue to talk. It will be very enjoyable to see two legendary names together Smiley

I believe Sir. Alex will feel very happy with the reunite. I think he waited for this day very long and I guess he even did not think it might come in reality.

I read that news that said Sir Alex is the person who convinced Ronaldo to turn over his plan from Manchester City to Manchester United. I don't doubt the love he and Ronaldo have for Manchester United and this transfer is a great one for all.

and to be fair if we had added Rice to the team then the team would have been complete, hence I’m hoping that the absence of a better midfielder doesn’t come to bite us later.
Declan Rice has a good Euro and he is a very strong defensive midfielder. Manchester United need a midfielder like Rice to support Pogba and Bruno. Mc Tomminay, Fred and Matic are not good. Matic is old, Fred is a failure. Tomminay is unable to keep his performance as stable and well in a complete season.

I had a feeling that Arteta would not continue training Arsenal after the international break.
I expected a little quick reaction from an administration that spent millions for a stage where the Gunners became more than spending this summer all over the world!!
But it seems that they will not rush and have decided to renew confidence.
Perhaps the results will change over the course of the weeks.
The problem is that the Arsenal management was convinced of the team as long as it was in the Top4.
Then things changed and there was the term “Top6” in the Premier League.
After Wenger left and the managerial confusion, we reached a stage where Arsenal struggled for relegation.

As long as Arteta is their manager, they won't achieve anything as it is seen clearly now. And the problem is not only related to the manager of course. The players also seem like they don't even want to fight really hard for a win. They should also pull themselves together. And the most needed thing for Arsenal is bringing some qualified players. It will help the team a lot also.
I agree with you. As long as Arteta stays, Arsenal will not improve. He could not build the right bond between the players. Arsenal's players are capable of playing well enough. They need to change their match strategy and strengthen the bonding between the players. Only then can we expect a good performance from Arsenal.
Coming to the debut with Norwich must be hard work for Arteta because it is one of the most important points for Arsenal and Arteta too, it could be the first dismissal after losing in a row but indeed all of that will only be in vain and in the end will leave too.
Actually Arsenal already have good players, it's just that when they bought the wrong players they bought the right players for Arsenal's type so this wouldn't be a big contribution or even if Arteta was still around.
Arsenal should have made a quick decision for this.

From what I see Arsenal spending this season has focused on midfielders and defenders while in the striker position still rely on old players
In fact they failed to strengthen the defense even though they had already spent almost $100 million one of them is Ben White for 58.5 million euros
I see Arsenal are still using the old way of buying young players and hoping to be sold expensive.

Arsenal has spent a lot of money, but they have made the mistake of choosing the right players. Compared to them, other teams in the Premier League have been able to hire better players for less money. Arsenal should now spend less money to recruit young players. Form a team of young dependents. And of course changing coaches.

Leicester v Manchester City game could be one of the most delightful games of this week. Manchester City are the favourite team here even if they are the away team. Considering their head-to-head games here, Leicester defeated City 1-0 the last time. However, City won their last Premier League game here, 2-0. This time, I think that each side will score at least one goal. But City will be the winner at the end of the game.

Has anyone bet on Arsenal in its match against norwich.  Seeing the low-level team matches there is not so much hope for the result.  But overall the Arsenal vs Norwich match provides a greater opportunity for Arsenal.  But not at the odds in the match.  Arsenal doesn't seem to have big support.
