Chelsea VS Liverpool

I am enjoying the FA Cup's final match of Chelsea vs Liverpool now. Neither team was able to score in 30 minutes. Liverpool are determined to win the FA Cup. On the other hand, Chelsea is playing somewhat defensively. Liverpool is stronger than Chelsea though. But the Chelsea team is very tactful. Liverpool has to perform very carefully today. If they make any mistake, Chelsea's player will took that advantage and try to score. So Liverpool must keep the defense strong. Otherwise Chelsea's players will score from the counter attack.

The first half has ended with the score 0-0, both teams are still playing pretty well so far although Liverpool managed to control the ball but they were not able to score a single goal in the first half, Chelsea players looked more solid in maintaining their defense so many chances from Liverpool were created it was in vain, liverpool managed to control the ball almost 61% by kicking 9 times but only 1 was on target, as well as chelsea who just created 3 kicks and 1 on target during the first half, if both teams continue to play solidly like in the first half , I think maybe we will see the champion determined in extra time later.

This one of the game Chelsea has tried to make a good defence,  Liverpool playing against Chelsea I expected some numbers of goals to enter the net of Chelsea. The both team had a good performance that was very interesting,  Liverpool was not lucky enough to score Chelsea a goal.  It is so good for Chelsea to control the game very well. I would have love Liverpool to win this game because they deserve to win.

Then we are off to penalties. The way it should end for an FA Cup final.

Yes they have to fight again after 2x45 minutes of normal time no one can score a goal followed by 2x15 minutes they are still struggling to score at least one goal. If it's a shootout their odds are 50/50 because it's a situation involving a lot of luck. Yes, who here will get the luck and make them bring home the trophy.

Isn't today FA final no different from the Carabao Cup final?
Both teams have tried to score goals but luck is not on anyone side, but both teams now still have time to try their luck, so whoever scores the first goal I think the club will be champhionship, but actually I hope if both the team will decide the fate with the  penalty kick later, so we will see a replay of the carabao cup taking place today between chelsea and liverpool.

it's quite a tense second and I'm confused by the result because both teams are kicking really well now. Mendy almost became a hero at 2 kicks he could barely hold but indeed it's still not over.
now it's just luck, mentally they have to strengthen because it's quite difficult if the players are not mentally ready to kick

Chelsea VS Liverpool

Liverpool won the FA Cup. I’m happy with Liverpool’s win, because they deserve it. Liverpool's performance in today's match was much better than Chelsea's. Despite playing well, the Premier League title is not yet certain for Liverpool. With Liverpool winning the FA Cup, their goal now will be to beat Real Madrid. However, Sadio Mane missed the penalty in today's match. It was unexpected.

Honestly Chelsea had fair amount of chances in the game. Arnold being high on the field makes him quite sloppy at times and Chelsea had very close chances from that area. Even after spending 100 million for Lukaku he was a flop show and didn't had much impact in the game and for Liverpool Luis Diaz (underrated signing) had massive impact. Love the way he put the pressure on Chelsea defenders. Chelsea fight hard but didn't made it in the end and now they have lost 3 FA Cup finals in a row.

If Tottenham manage to defeat Burnley tomorrow, it would be a big pressure over Arsenal for certain. Because Tottenham will be able to capture the fourth position in that case despite its being temporary. After having that pyschological advantage, Tottenham might keep the position too. Arsenal's opponent is quite tough and there isn't any guarantee for them to beat Newcastle there. But something inside tells me that they will make it too.

Congratulations to Liverpool for winning the FA Cup trophy after winning the match on penalties. Exciting play from both teams for 90 minutes and an additional 30 minutes. They managed to win after Chelsea's 7th kicker M Mount failed to score. One Liverpool job has been reduced, now they have to focus on 2 more competitions.

Yes, that's right, both teams give us an entertaining spectacle with 120 minutes which feels so fast in my opinion. But Liverpool's victory had to be paid for with a little problem with one of their mainstay players, Mohammed Salah. I hope it doesn't get too bad for him and doesn't hinder him in the next game.

If we come back to the Premier League, I see that this week could be the decider for the league title. Manchester City and Liverpool are going to be playing away games against West Ham and Southampton respectively. If Manchester City win this game, then I will be seeing it as a guaranteed title for them honestly. Because even if Liverpool win as well, the point gap is going to be still three. And I don't give any chance for Liverpool to win the title by equalizing the points and being better at goal average also.

Because Tottenham will be able to capture the fourth position in that case despite its being temporary. After having that pyschological advantage, Tottenham might keep the position too. Arsenal's opponent is quite tough and there isn't any guarantee for them to beat Newcastle there. But something inside tells me that they will make it too.

Won't be a big pressure for Arsenal, even though Spurs have beaten them without conceding in the previous game, but it will trigger this Squad to perform optimally in collecting points. Newcastle have indeed been quite compact lately and the match will be held at st.james' park, but Arsenal will certainly be very confident that they can steal points from them, considering that Arsenal were able to hold off Chelsea as well.

With a high degree of probability, we can assume that if Arsenal win against Newcastle, they will take 4th place. It's funny that the quotation for the victory of Arsenal practically coincides with the quotation for the 4th place - 1.85. But still, it is more profitable to bet on wins than on the final place - a multibet from two matches will give a much better odds.

The problem at Arsenal is not huge, but then it is massive; Arteta would rather play 3 individuals who were not a CB in the back 3 against Spurs ousting and disregarding Ben White who cost 50M. With Holding missing a tie, Gabriel injured; Would Arteta repeat the same? Newcastle United are a different team; difficult to crack down, Would Arsenal find it easy? i guess not. I am rooting Newcastle United for a win/draw. Arsenal cannot win this tie

I think Arsenal is a very uncomfortable opponent for Newcastle, most likely they just torture them with ball control. I think Arsenal will win, but the main reason for the victory will be simple - a motivated team will beat a less motivated team. Yes, all the considerations about the instability of Arsenal are valid, but Newcastle is also not as phenomenal as it was immediately after the transfers.

Unfortunately Salah and Van Djik were injured in this game just at a crucial time at the end of the season with key matches left in EPL and the CL final!
Salah injury seems to be worse than Van Djik and rest to know if they will miss Southampton game in 3 days..

I don't mean of course that Newcastle would just let go of the game early. But it depends on how Arsenal will perform. If they take control of the game early like they did against Leeds and find some goals too, then I think Arsenal wouldn't have much difficulty in winning. In the other case, it might be more challenging.

Is a very important game for both team, Burnley and Tottenham Hotspur, I think Burnley we play to win because there rivals for the relegation battle Leeds United and Everton are both playing at home so they are likely to win there opponent respectively so Burnley will be coming for the whole point even if is difficult to do, in the other hand Tottenham will see this game as the match of the season because is the only thing that will give them hope for the top four especially when arsenal have a tough game against Newcastle on Monday Evening.

Thats pretty much the price that they had to pay for the trophy, Chelsea would be playing as intense as it can gets because this is pretty much the only trophy that they could get. It might not be the best trophy the team could get but atleast its something to end the season with but aside from that, the EPL race is pretty much over already as I dont see how City will lose their remaining games. As for the CL final, there are still two weeks to go and its enough time for the players to recover ( hopefully )

Newcastle is really in a state that is still unstable on the pitch. It seems they have not been able to match Arsenal at this time. Arsenal's target after being slaughtered by Tottenham makes them have many tasks to complete. Therefore, targeting a victory against Newcastle must be at stake in the match later.

I expect Liverpool to experience this injuries problems because Jürgen Klopp hardly rotates he only changes players that he he think are replaceable but he don't touch some players in the team, players like Robertson, Alex Arnold, van Dirk, Fabinho, Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane these players can play for three months without missing a single game and is not good, he has been lucky with it in previous season, it will be a dissaster and a big disadvantage if Mohamed Salah miss the champions League final through injury.
