At least there is still captain César Azpilicueta who was previously rumored to be joining Barcelona but in fact the transaction did not happen and also, there is an addition in attack like Raheem Sterling who has good pace too. But indeed, Chelsea really need an even better striker and unfortunately, the rumors about Ronaldo and Neymar did not come true. Hopefully Tuchel doesn't make a mistake because the competition is getting very tough and we know, previously both players were rumored to be playing for Chelsea but Tuchel turned it down while Todd Boehly could actually sign them or one of them.

This morning I watched Chelsea pre season match against with Club America and success win 2-1, in Chelsea line up on second half still have César Azpilicueta and he still as captain team for Chelsea. I think depending he has played for Cehlsea on pre season match will make César Azpilicueta keep extended with Chelsea or playing for Barcelona. Nowadays not have rumors or Barcelona official announcement to get César Azpilicueta from Chelsea, just Barcelona active in wo dow transfer with forward position.

I really don’t think that Barcelona is planning to make any more transfers this season because they have already spent a lot of money which they probably shouldn’t have. If Barcelona is looking to sign him, I am very concerned that the transfer might not work even if Barcelona wants it. Don’t get me wrong. Barcelona really needs defenders in the team, but Barcelona was so caught up in getting attackers in the team. They did not worry too much about the defense which was probably the weakest part of the Barcelona team right now.

Currently, this is also true. Azpilicueta is showing a little too much respect for the club. If he wants to move, he should just move.

Of course he does but what he wouldn't do is play for a team that will bring his career to new lows, who even watches the Arabian League, there is no way Ronaldo can go there, at least not now that he still feels he can compete at the highest stage/level possible, and not just Ronaldo, quite a lot of top footballers will reject that offer, unless they feel they are ready to retire very soon. Thus Ronaldo wants to earn money, play great football, win titles (individual ones too) and remain in the spotlight, and the only way he can do that is to stay in one of the top leagues in Europe, and play for one of the top clubs that are in the CL, and can compete for all titles they are involved in.

Ronaldo is the greatest. A player as ambitious as Ronaldo cannot be blamed for leaving Manchester United if they  are unable to improve the team and assure him of a shot at competing in Europe for Gold and silverwares. He has achieved everything he has by working very hard, that is his style, that is his discipline so if you want him and cannot support his dreams he will leave and he should not be blamed when he takes that decision.

Tottenham seem like interested in Memphis Depay currently. I've heard that they have made an offer worth 17 million euros already. Barcelona want an additional 3 million euros from them. I don't expect Tottenham to make it a problem now. Depay is like an unwanted player at Barcelona. After the Lewandowski addition to the team Barcelona might be more comfortable about selling Depay. Agree with what you said, Azpilicueta thinks too much about what will happen to Chelsea in the future even though if we look at it actually he has wanted to move clubs from the previous transfer but until now he still hasn't made any decisions.

The video to the errors in a pre season fixture was or has spread already. First touch was poor, trapping and also shooting but one should not put high all he's have in pre season. Darwin must have performed badly but will get better he seems to be nervous in the video.
The last player who came through also from benfica to Liverpool Lazer Markovic also performed badly.

in a team where there are 22 players and only 11 can play on the field, if an important player leaves the team, all other players who did not play are happy to know that there will be an open spot, they are not sad, regretting, on the contrary, they are seeing an open spot, in case of salah he is also happy because with that he will have more space in the team ie he will always be able to play 90 minutes. Liverpool will struggle to survive in the race next season to compete for the Premier League title without one of their greatest player, Sadio mane. It's disheartening not to witness the presence of the Senegalese in the team and one good thing is that he's a brilliant idea that Sadio Mané left and went for a better team which he earned approximately €250,000.00 unlike Liverpool where he was just earning a token of €100,00. Jurgen Klopp will still push harder as all eyes and concentration will be on Mohammed Salah and I trust him as I'm fully hopeful that he will fitin for the high expectations coming in from the fans and his teammates.
