I have heard that Chelsea have made their offer for Sevilla centre-back Jules Kounde already. It is 47 million pounds according to news. Barcelona have also been targeting to sign him actually so I'm wondering whether they will also make an offer soon. I think, Chelsea managements are well prepared to use any amount of money to sign in new young talented players that will have something good to offer to the team in next season. I agree that so far Tuchel has made Chelsea a stronger team than Lampard before. Tuchel has a good strategy and he understands how to make Chelsea play well all season. This season Chelsea have signed several players and that should make them stronger than ever.

Sterling and Koulibaly are good players to rely on this season, they are players who have proven their quality in previous teams and I believe these two players can help Chelsea do well this season. It's rather obvious that Blues fans really need Kounde in Stamford bridge this summer but it seems Barcelona are winning the race to sign the centre back. However, other big teams are also interested in signing the player. Therefore Chelsea have to act as fast as possible in order to avoid losing him to another club.

I'm actually happy with this but on the other hand I'm still quite optimistic about the offer made by Chelsea.

Liverpool will struggle to survive in the race next season to compete for the Premier League title without one of their greatest player, Sadio mane. It's disheartening not to witness the presence of the Senegalese in the team and one good thing is that he's a brilliant idea that Sadio Mané left and went for a better team which he earned approximately €250,000.00 unlike Liverpool where he was just earning a token of €100,00. I also agree with you, this season Chelsea has been very successful in the transfer market. The inclusion of Sterling and Kolibaly greatly affected the strength of the Team. Indeed they have been much more active in the transfer market this summer and maybe that is because Chelsea have changed ownership. There's a lot of money they spend on players and I don't think they're completely satisfied either. There is the possibility of new names being rumored for them and certainly not all players they have to buy in this situation.

Actually I don't think they have to be too ambitious to spend a lot of money in a season like this on player spending, that's probably not good because Tuchel has to be a bit more patient to see what the players actually need to improve on. There is still another transfer window so although they look ambitious for the title but I think they have to balance their financial too.
