Everything is going well for Arsenal for now. Whether they become the champions or finish the season at the second position, the expectation level by their supporters will increase highly. People will expect Arsenal to be consistent in every season from now on. Because Arteta has built a really solid team finally and they are benefiting from this a lot this season. There is a huge difference with this one and the previous one. I know that we are still nearly in the middle of the season.

But Arsenal couldn't perform this much consistent in these times of the previous season. After new additions to the team they have become a much more reliable team. Although Jesus hasn't been scoring in the league for around one and a half months this still doesn't affect their productivity badly. This is a great example of how you can play strongly as a team.

After so many years this is the team and the coach I believe in would make us see Gunners winning trophy. I think they are doing great. They have beaten almost everybody except for United who did played well and had a good plan in that fixture. I think we are gonna do well and will be consistent but it's the big games like game against City about which I am worried about.

I would comfortably bet on Arsenal though against City. I do realize that City is better than Arsenal but there is a good chance that Arsenal could be pulling an upset against City and at this rate, they can pretty much win most of their games against all the other teams. If Manchester United cant win the EPL then Im going for Arsenal to win it this season

Maybe for the current season, Arsenal and Manchester City are equal in winning every game and this is superior to Arsenal, when they play later there is a possibility that Arsenal can win I see that potential because their squad is indeed solid and that is what makes the Gunners only have 1 defeat compared to Manchester City.
This season has great potential for Arsenal and Arteta is credited with doing this if they can get to the end, hopefully, that happens to give Arsenal the dream of lifting a trophy again.

We don't find any weakness in Arsenal, the only way this could mess up their plans for the title is player injuries if this happens they cannot do much because the substitutes are unable to take on a role.

I understand what you're saying, I also watch Arsenal every season they have a bad habit mid-season between the start of the season or the last season this habit still happened last season when Arsenal was perched in the relegation zone. We will wait this season whether Arsenal will repeat the same mistake.

Arsenal has improved tremendously this season. I don't think what happened to them last season, will repeat itself this season. Arsenal is in for lifting the EPL trophy. Their win against Chelsea has made me know that Arsenal is no longer like an elephant sitting on a tree that will soon fall, they are standing strong with no hope of falling on top of the tree.

Complete mess, what really has he offered to Liverpool this season, has he win any game as the manof the match where you see him as the most outstanding player in that game? No will be the response, he needs to be laid off the club once he gets done with that one year contract. Jurgen Klopp should change strategies this young players need to do more to he added to the squad. One year extension means they don't have long plans for him

Newcastle are already this much strong with their current squad. This is a huge achievement for them to be honest. Their performance reminds me of the season Leicester played incredibly well with Ranieri and became even the champions. Of course Newcastle are not in such situation for now but they are very consistent with an average level of squad being at the third position in the league standings at the same time.

They still have an enormous transfer budget as well. This time their hand is much stronger than the beginning of the season. Because they are fighting for top 4 to join the Champions League from now on and they are already in this area. This might be enough to attract some big players here in January maybe. But the summer can be incredible for this team if they stay at a similar level in the second half of the season as well.

The problem is people actually think Arsenal can't do it. All they keep focusing on is Manchester City. Just like the way it is in Champion's League, until Real Madrid showed them who's boss last season.

Newcastle are already this much strong with their current squad. This is a huge achievement for them to be honest. But I don't agree with your opinion, which says that the only candidates for the EPL championship this season are only Arsenal and Manchester City. Haven't you seen Newcastle, who are currently 2 points behind Manchester City? Of course they have to face big challenges to make it a reality, but I think it is still something that is very possible.

Newcastle has played 15 matches, Man City played 14 matches. If Man City won the next match (Leeds vs Man City), Man City points will be 35 and the point gap becomes 5 points. Anyway, it is actually not only about the point gap, it is also about the squad depth and players' quality. I don't underestimate Newcastle squad, but I am not sure Newcastle can always give their best the whole season with their current squad. If some of their key players got injured or decrease their performance, Newcastle probably gets difficulty maintaining their best performance. Especially, when they are against strong teams like Man City, Arsenal, or Tottenham. It is very possible that they will miss points.

The problem is always facing by arsenal since a long time ago is when the team will always go bad during the end of season. The mid - end of season will always become the key for arsenal to win the trophy but since the performance will always be dropping and im doubt that arsenal can win the trophy. CIty can become even more consistent during the mid until end of season. The history has been telling us about the truth if arsenal is always having difficult situation from mid season.
It seems like that arsenal has been trying so hard to be consistent until the end of season.

At this stage, Arsenal is a balanced team and they have ability to beat any team. They have some young players who can change the game result any time.

Liverpool secured one but they have few other players that have their contracts expire by the end of the season! The team is focusing now on extending Firmino's contract and to sign new players, mainly midfielders.

I agree with you as, I am beginning to have the same thoughts too. Manchester City is good, we all know that but, don't we think they are loosing there magic in the EPL? Like, they've come by some disappointing performance with Pep not taking the critical chances he has to close in on Arteta and somehow, Manchester City still remains most of the EPL fan's best choice. We would he watching and Arsenal is slowly but surely getting the point gaps they need for some assurances.
Manchester City might disappoint most persons this season, they just might after coming up as a runner up for the league title.

Liverpool's position is now completely unstable. Now we are not sure whether they will extend the contracts of the old players or form a completely new squad. Because the performance of the players in the team is not good enough. Even star players are not able to perform well. So it would not be surprising if the Liverpool management now wants to build a new squad and prioritize young players.

Arsenal's hard work so far has really paid off. They have really struggled so far, trying to fix the various problems they had in the last season. And their hard work has paid off, so far they are at the top of the EPL standings with pretty good processes and results.

At least from 14 matches, they only lost 1 time and drew 1 time, the rest were wins. Isn't this a very good result? In fact, Man City has not been this consistent. If they continue like this, it is possible they will become the holder of the trophy this season. Unless they make 2 mistakes, that might give Man City a bigger chance to overtake their ranking.

I don't have high hopes for any club in the English Premier League including Manchester City. What really happened in English Premier League is a rapid improvement of all the clubs. They all want to do well at the same time they are buying good players and they are replacing coaches that are underperforming. This really means that anybody will be able to win or lose any match.
That five points gap that Arsenal have, is quite difficult close up because the team that wants to close up the five points
does not have the guarantee that they will not lose their own match

It is still nice to see the people who are voting for even Liverpool to become the champions. But if we become more realistic then we can see that it is really difficult for Liverpool to enter the title race this season. After that bad run the gap with the teams at top has got much bigger. There is a 15-point gap with Arsenal now.

I know that the season is still long but Liverpool just need to be very consistent and hope for Arsenal - Manchester City duo to make mistakes more often. But I just think that the biggest thing Liverpool can do this season is to finish at the 3rd position in the standings. Even this would be nice for them considering that they are having an average season now.

Before the league started Liverpool is the champion candidate because last season Liverpool performance was outstanding and can reach to 3 final matches from different competitions so that's why most of them has been voted for Liverpool because they hoping Liverpool will continue their good performance but apparently the reality is beyond out of people expectation that Liverpool was playing poor even they have to hard struggle to reach european zone and 15 difference points looks impossible to chased by Liverpool although premier league still have 24 matches remaining and let's be realistic that the current race title it's only belongs to Arsenal and Manchester City and for Liverpool champion league zone is the most realistic target for them but it can be reached by Liverpool if they can more to playing consistent after world cup

Liverpool were one of the most consistent sides in previous seasons, it is a surprise that they are struggling this season but despite their poor form in the league they still manage to keep up in the champions league this season. The race for the epl trophy now belongs to Arsenal and Manchester City, they are the favourites in the league this season and imo Liverpool can only settle for top four position.

Actually this depends on every viewpoint because if you look at the statistics for last season and now and look at the points that are currently owned, it is clear that Newcastle is better. but in terms of mentality and player strength in terms of individual skills, it is clear that Liverpool is still above Newcastle.
At the moment Liverpool's condition is not very good and that is a fact that cannot be taken for granted so it is fair to say that for this half of the season Newcastle is better.

Either way highlighted a point I hadn't noticed. Newcastle at this stage of the season have 20 points more than they had last year. So yeah, they've made a lot of progress over that time and they're much better.
Liverpool, on the other hand, have 10 points less than they had last season, at this point in the league.
