There is an FA Cup finale ahead which is only two days later. Manchester City and Manchester United are going to be fighting over the title in Wembley. These teams both are teams that have achieved a title already. While Manchester City were winning the Premier League title, Manchester United won the EFL Cup. It is a big opportunity for each side to make double.

However Manchester City come a few steps forward in this game in my opinion. Because there is still going to be a week to go for the Champions League finale so they can start with all of their usual players. As we all know how prestigious cup the FA Cup is they would do their best to win this game. I don't think Manchester United can surprise them in this game.

It will be very challenging because both clubs are competing in the championship game, but just because Manchester City is competing in the Champions League doesn't mean they won't use their favorite players; they will use any of their favorite players because it is the championship game. Since Manchester City has talented players, they can still perform well the following day even if they play today. I am aware, though, that Manchester United is equally good this year and has a chance to capture the championship.
Although both clubs are from the same branch and can play each other, I'd like us to focus on Manchester City's performance instead because it appears that no team will be able to defeat them without much difficulty this season.

Pep will always want to choose his major priority, He might not want to risk his main stars to injury ahead of the Champions League finals he has laboured so hard for this season. All though his strategies are sometimes conceived till few hours to the competition, but even at that I doubt City will be using major players and even if he does he will make sure they don't get exhausted, it will be their shortest interval game, it might even be a rush game and if City succeeds in scoring during the early minutes of the game they will just return and play defensive till the end of the game since points don't count but win.

I think Guardiola knows already how important it is the game they are going to have against Inter Milan and that's why I think you are right Pep Guardiola will even save some players and give them rest in the final match against Manchester United to have a fresh team against Inter Milan since we saw a bad performance from Manchester United I think even if Guardiola give some rest to some players they can still easily win that game against Manchester United.

What you have suggested is good but I don't think Guardiola would so much pamper players because of the Champions League. These guys are used to playing multiple matches, not to talk of the UCL final that is a week after the match against Man U tomorrow. Both Inter Milan and Man U are not matches for the present Man City, Pep would manage his team well and they will just do their best as they mostly do.

I agree with you, man, and I don't think it will come as a surprise if Manchester United defeats Manchester City. However, Pep Guardiola is protecting his key players for the final against Inter, and I think that is to prevent injuries that could cause them to lose that game. In addition, even though Manchester City is the favorite team these days, that is why whenever they have match, people start anticipating that they will win, which is not the case.
But, even for that reason, I'm confident Manchester United can bring Manchester city down and defeat them, as has been indicated, if they also play a good defensive game.

UCL is a big achievement than FA and Pep will need to make his choice on the one he prefer most. I think Erik shouldn't repeat what happened in their match against Fulham when facing Manchester City, as they are even more challenging to defend against and can be quite frustrating.

Everton barely saved themselves from relegation you know and it isn't the first time we see it happening either. They still can't find a solution to their horrible performance during a season. They actually don't have very bad players to cause this thing to happen. It is all about management of the team in my opinion. They deserve to be managed much better than this.

I don't think Sean Dyche is the right person to manage this team. I know it is hard to convince big names for this job but they can still find some reputable manager to start over and fight for upper positions in the standings.

This is something that nobody can tell yet. I think it is easier for Manchester City to repeat or even improve upon this season than it is for Arsenal to play the same again and achieve the same result. Winning 26 games in the Premier League is not easy even if it looked as it should have been a few more wins, but still 26 are 26.

Manchester City is used to being challenged every year again as they are the benchmark in almost every season. 

Manchester City don't have to improve themselves. They are stronger than other clubs already and if they only succeed to maintain what they do in this season, they will still be one of best candidates for the trophy in a new season. It is true that no club want to stay silent while other clubs spend money to buy players and improve their strength.

We don't know will Manchester City play as same as this season next months in a new season or will even play better. Assume they will play the same in quality and get similar results, other clubs still have many things to do in order to improve enough to catch Manchester City. Isn't this exactly what I said? I assume that Manchester City will most likely score between 87 and 100 points again unless they really have a bad year, which can also happen. But for now they are well equipped with players and even people like De Bruyne have some years left. They also have the privilege that players want to be Manchester City players. When they have to replace someone they have less trouble than other clubs to sign new players. That's a big advantage over other clubs as well.

Getting points for Manchester City is something the city is capable of doing, and I don't believe they've had a bad year. Sean Dyche successfully saved Everton from the relegation zone, I think he is a suitable coach for Everton for next season, although I also want another coach which is more experienced. But Sean after all, is capable enough to manage Everton, and we have to give him more time. The reason is, also he is only half a season at Everton.

This is indeed neutral in all matches, and yes, Manchester United has enough strength to beat Manchester City in the FA Cup final, but if you look at the journey of the championship match, Manchester City faced their opponent, with a perfect victory without giving any goals to their opponent. while Manchaster united has many obstacles that are enough to reach the final, even if seen from the opposite side these two teams are in my view, Manchester City's opponent is a pretty strong opponent in the league, while Manchester United's opponent can be said to be a team whose level middle class.

Manchester city is proportionally more in terms of squad depth and they are still unbeaten so far in all competitions. So, if the match is played at a neutral place, will Manchester United have a big chance to win? Is it a sure win? For me personally, playing in a neutral venue or even though this final is played at Old Trafford, I personally still believe that Manchester City will still have a good chance to win. Even though, I also believe that Manchester City will not be easy to beat Manchester United in this final, but I will still believe that the end result is a victory for Manchester City because this season Manchester City is a very great team.

There is only one chance for the other teams that I see against Manchester City and that is when City wins everything this season and loses power and motivation next season. Even then I doubt that this is going to happen, but it did happen to other team who won it all before.

Regarding Manchester United being a serious competitor for Manchester City under normal circumstances sounds overly optimistic to me. I would never exclude the possibility, but when I see City playing and then see United I wouldn't know how United could be the better team after 38 games. But it is still unknown whether United will improve the squad and on how many positions.

It is good though that we have a first test between the teams in the FA Cup final. But this one game and doesn't really serve as reliable data to say whether United would be able to compete with City.
