So I think Liverpool will really be stronger in the coming season.

Returning to competition is a must for Liverpool to become title contenders next season, even if talking about the Champion League place next season I think Jurgen Klopp for now can secure it after they bring in several players who are needed and it is clear that this will be more competitive in the Premier League with other teams that can currently be said to be the same in performance.

at least Liverpool have improved in terms of players and they want Liverpool to have the glory it used to have and I would agree if Liverpool bring in an attacking player to side with Nunez because it doesn't seem to be completely healthy after the injury he had so he needs a replacement player or is able to temporarily replace Nunez.

With comeback of Jota, Diaz, Klopp will have more options than only relying on Nunez. They have some good attacking players who can support and replace with each other in different matches. It is not their most weakest hole in their squad so they must prioritize to buy players at other areas like midfield and defensive areas.

Whether Nunez will be able to play better in a new season, we can not say about that now. He already have one season to familiarize with Liverpool style and a next season will be a decisive one for his future in Liverpool. If he succeeds to show his contribution, he will become an important part of Liverpool. If he repeats disappointed performance like in the past season, he will face with very bad future in Liverpool and might leave the club.

Just like i said before that front lines is not something urgent for Liverpool because they have at least 4 players on that position such as Moh Salah, Nunez, Gakpo and Diogo jota and about centre striker besides Nunez i think Jota also can be played on that position even so with Gakpo and Klopp has attempts to played these players as centre striker last seasob and the result is not quite bad so Liverpool has no lack of players for forward position

Yes, Arsenal have learnt their lesson from previous years and are getting their work in order. Negotiations for Rice have taken some time, but with the deal has now been completed, focus can now turn on other targets.

It depends on how they make moves in terms of player transfers and whether or not they can improve the club for next season.
To be honest, competing for the trophy is still possible, it's just that they need a lot of changes from Klopp's sometimes easy-to-read schemes and some players who have declined in terms of quality.
