I don't think Pochettino will be able to build a title-worthy team in such a short time. Chelsea were not in the top 10 of the points table last season. Their performance was poor. The state of the party was shaky. Such a team needs time to strengthen and bring stability in performance. Next season Chelsea will be aiming to possibly qualify for the Champions League. And qualifying for the Champions League will also be challenging for Chelsea. Because there are several teams better than Chelsea in the Premier League right now.

Qualifying for Champions league is already impossible for Chelsea because Arsenal, Manchester United, Liverpool and Newcastle United are active in the transfer window, unlike Chelsea where they let their good players joining other clubs. Chelsea performance in this season might be similar like the previous season where all of the players don't have connections. Chelsea's owner need to keep Pochettino for the next season, changing a new manager might affect the current players' chemistry.

I wouldn't say that qualifying for the Champions League is impossible for Chelsea. But it will be much more difficult for Chelsea. Chelsea is a Renowned team in the Premier League. And they have the potential to be in the top four of the points table if coach Poch is able to stabilize the team. But so far it looks like we won't see Chelsea in the top 5 of the table. Because Manchester City, United, Liverpool Arsenal and Newcastle are all stronger teams than Chelsea.

Since there is lack for qualified players and the demand is quite high from top teams then it is normal to see the price of some players like Osimhen or Joao Felix skyrocketing!
I doubt Atletico Madrid want to keep Joao Felix within the team rather than trying to collect as much money as possible from selling him, otherwise why they would let Griezmann take number 7 from him.
Felix seems to like moving to PSG, this would be possible if Neymar move out or Mbappe got sold.

Chelsea have already spent significant money on some transfers last season but there is no word yet on how much money Chelsea are willing to spend this season. I don't think most people would expect Arsenal to have something like this at the end of the season. They were strong in the competition for the top spot but they couldn't keep it going for long. The factor of players on the bench being one of the biggest problems in his journey, how could Arteta only rely on the same players for all matches so that he lost balance on the pitch towards the end of the Premier League. It doesn't matter which club the opponent is, weak or strong, if Arsenal lose most of their form then defeat is obvious. Now that Arteta has succeeded in bringing in Havertz from Chelsea, this will be new ammunition for the Gunners to further sharpen their line of attack. And I hope Arsenal will find a deal with West Ham for Declan Rice.

Arsenal having season of surprises because mostly were not expecting performance like this from them, but they have done good job and have surprising pole position for the rest of the season but sadly near the end they choke and have found themselves at the second spot due to poor results and injuries which hurt them and their fans badly but still this was good season for them because they have second spot in presence of teams like Manchester Untied and Liverpool which were not near Arsenal best.

Easy to guess, it is Lukaku attempt to be released to Inter he didn't think about what he did would have an impact on his career lol. Obviously Chelsea did not want to make a mistake for the second time, the first mistake is to bring Lukaku at a high price the second mistake is to release it at a low price? no, Chelsea will not do it IMO. Currently Lukaku's market value is down to 60% since it was first brought in from Inter.

Regarding Chelsea squad actually they can still bring new players in this transfer market because they still have a budget, their total income in the transfers market is around €220 million while their expenses so far have only €97 million this means Chelsea still has a budget of around 120 million and Chelsea can use it to replace players who have moved, as we know some players in midfield have moved so they have to find new ones.

Pochettino probably doesn't need to think too much about Lukaku's unprofessionalism because the situation he is in is very common and I think without Lukaku it's actually fine Chelsea because Pochettino will try to optimize the performance of each player's formation and if Lukaku doesn't want to follow Pochettino's rules it might be a little bad.
