They did not have previous good seasons and they are surely not favorite candidate for Premier League trophy. If you knew about Leicester City case seasons ago, when they won Premier League, they will see Tottenham Hotspur are actually better than Leicester City. Better from their ability to end many previous seasons in top range of Premier League. They are not always in top four but usually have high position and they have better player resource, quality than Leicester City.

So I think Tottenham Hotspur can make very big surprise in this season, like Napoli did in Serie A last season. If Leicester City could do it, Tottenham Hotspur can do it as Arsenal are not actually stronger and better than Tottenham.
