I was shocked when I saw the end result. I watched the game live on TV until the 70th minute and City actually dominated completely and later I saw on  livescore that they lost. I lost my bet  today because of the game.

Not a complete lost, but they lost 2 points because they failed to keep the game after leading 2-0 in the first 55 minutes. It is obvious that many people lost their money if they placed a bet on City to win the game. Not really sure why but maybe missing Haaland give too much effect for the whole team. They created 19 goals attempts with 9 shots on goal but only 2 became goals. Something different may happen if there was Haaland in the field but unfortunately he is injured.

In any case, they still have a good chance of winning the title. Some people here said that the title would be difficult. I just want to remind you how Arsenal gave up the title in the last few weeks.

This season seems to be more interesting because there is no single team that looks dominating the league too much. The point difference between top 5 teams is not big so they have equal chance to win the title. The team with the most performance consistency will be the winner at the end of the season. Maybe one reason for the weak performances we saw from Manchester City was the absence of their player Kevin De Bruyne. However it's not good for any team to be dependent to a payer even if he is experienced and skilled like Kevin De Bruyne, but I think if Kevin De Bruyne returns to the squad in Manchester City we can see better performance from this team.

They must prepare for a day no longer has contribution from Kevin and this season can be a start of this. As a big and rich club, with abundant money for player transfer, they will have more advantage to find a replacement for Kevin. I don't say it is easy but they have to do it and will have to adapt to his absence.

In this match, it's very disappointed to lose the big advantage like this and even with Haaland, I am not sure they will score more goals because the striker has his own problems in this season too.

Manchester city seems to be somehow confused in some of their current past matches because I see no reason why an experienced team like Manchester city will take the lead in a match and at the end their opponents come from behind and equalized their goals like they weren't like this looking back at some weeks ago so I don't actually know what changed in their game but whatever it is I believe they will sort out themselves soon as it's really sad to see a team like Manchester city that has been dominating the Premier League to be facing challenges of winning some of their matches recently but however they will get back to form soon.

It looks like Man City will find it difficult to repeat their success last season. his current performance suddenly decreased. don't know for sure but it looks like it started when facing Chelsea with a score of 4-4. something is missing from Man City's midfield and defense. or maybe the opponent has started to easily anticipate Pep's strategy. they still dominate the match but they concede very often too.
There is still time to catch up on the points difference. but it depends on how quickly they wake up and give their best again.

Manchester City played out a draw against Palace is not really a big deal and I wonder why people are talking about the absence of KDB, I mean if City have been winning games without hitting on a draw or losing games nobody would have come up with the idea of bringing KDB into the mix.
The problem of Manchester City isn't about an injured player but all I noticed is that every team in the EPL are now taking it upon themselves that they have to humiliate City, they're not ready to lose all 3 point against City, highest it will end in a draw.
The Citizens are struggling at the moment in this campaign and nobody wants to go all season without paying City back in their coin. They have been the untouchable team in the EPL and there won't be a time in a season that you won't hear City are winning and dominating the EPL. I feel is time for other teams to start standing tall against City.

I didn't expect Manchester City to  be held to a draw when they were already 2 goals ahead. Crystal Palace  provided a surprise in the second half which should have been a crushing advantage for Manchester City. This result certainly presents a loss because this season Manchester City  have lost several  important matches. We see it in 4th place in the standings below Aston Villa which  continues to extend its positive trend. The top 3 clubs have 1 match which is the capital to give Manchester City  a place in 4th position for longer. Liverpool, Arsenal and Aston Villa will have the opportunity to continue to maintain their ranking well. And for Manchester City it is clear that without important  players there is inconsistent performance.

Man City's situation is not that bad. their game does look more open. it creates several gaps in the midfield and defense there are opportunities for the opponent to apply pressure. that made them finish the match with some pretty big scores. like when facing Tottenham also with a score of 3-3. and now facing Crystal Palace they have to be satisfied with a draw. something unexpected but it happened now.
Maybe this is also part of the decline in player performance due to the tight competition that Man City has to compete in. not only in the EPL and UCL. Manchester city needs to solve the main problem that has been occuring. The fact that if this is becoming the main problem that has been encountered by so many teams when they are facing difficulty in having a good defensive line.

As you can see manchester city always conceded so many goals and this is the main problem that needs to be solved soon. In fact, everything is going to happen anytime.

Is like injuries is really affecting the players in this season, because De Bruyne and Haaland was not on ground over two matches and they are the back bone of Manchester city, if I look at the attacking area very well because they know how to use their opportunity very well to ensure there is a goals that will give them victory at the end of the match. The first half show that Manchester city displayed more than crystal palace because Manchester city was able to scored a goal to reduced the strength of crystal palace in the first half but crystal palace use the second half to equalized the goals 2-2 to draw the match. I think, Manchester city manager need to find solution to what is happening in Manchester city not to be consistent in winning their matches in this period so that it will not make them to miss the premier league title.

They are not used to being without Haaland at the moment. Or you could say they were too dependent on Haaland from the start. As if when Haaland wasn't there their confidence fell. Even though in terms of player quality, Man City should still be the favorite. I would understand if draw result was a match at Crystal Palace. But this is a match taking place at the Etihad Stadium. I really find it hard to believe these results.

Supposedly this match will be the most profitable to bet on. But at least in the next match it looks like Haaland will return. Because the injury he suffered did not seem too serious. Manchester United against Liverpool is a game I can't predict. I be waiting for 90 Minutes already! Personally I feel like Manchester United have no hope. But, it's footbal, they show strength during them weak days.

Do you mean Arsenal? I think they have a good chance of lifting the trophy. But the problem is that the Premier League is very competitive and currently they are only 1 and 2 points apart in each ranking in the top 4. Arsenal are playing very well this season but I don't think they have a good chance in the Champions League. But their chances are quite good in the Premier League.

I know what you mean that the Liverpool vs Manchester United match is unpredictable. But you keep my words. If there are no injury problems or anything, I am 99% sure Liverpool will win the match. Let's wait and see.

That's really horrible performance from manchester city. The performance of city has been declining a lot since the previous matches. If we are seeing the stats against palace and i must say that if palace was playing so good.
Crystal palace was only making two goal attempts but all of these changes were becoming goals for the club. Manchester city played without a proper strategy. Manchester city was being so clueless and they don't know what they are doing.

I don't think this is the same Manchester City we saw at the start of the season. In their last six games, they have only managed to win one, draw four, and lose one to Aston Villa. I'm actually surprised by Manchester City's performance this time around; how are they going to lose to a team that is in 15th place in the league? I even thought they would score more goals than the two they did, but it seems like Haaland is really helping the team now that he's not playing. In addition, they refused to win Crystal Palace, performing better but still only managing to give up two points. Since craziest match against Chelsea, Manchester City has only won once, against Luton Town. Could this mean that Chelsea's poor performance has had an effect on Manchester City?

What are you really trying to say when you say Manchester City succumbed? Are they trying to give points to their opponents in this match. I can say that Crystal Palace were very lucky in this match, because they were able to create an equalizer in the final minutes before the game ended. With such control of the match, Manchester City are very worthy of victory, but they are very unlucky in this match so they have to swallow an unsatisfactory result for them. Guardiola should have been worried about this since Manchester City drew three times in a row. Since then I see that his attacking power doesn't look any better, even far from what he played last season since KDB and Gundogan were there. Manchester City always looks good with his attacking power. which is accurate and precise, apart from that the back line is quite easy to penetrate so Guardiola has to really improve that.

It is important to guard the goal and the back line should be stronger but instead it is a little weak and there are always gaps, even though against Crystal Palace it is not a difficult opponent but why are they able to get two goals back and balance the game, playing as the host but not being able to show their best game That's really questionable, I hope Guardiola finds another player in the winter transfer window. At least it can make the defense line stronger and the attack power be quite good and accurate without always relying on Haaland.
