Changing coaches at the start of the season after a few matches have been played sometimes happens often. but the results are sometimes always not good enough for most teams. But if the current coach is really monotonous and continues to make the team get bad results then I think keeping him will also make the season a waste. So it would be better to take the risk by looking for a replacement that is considered to be better. But Erik Ten Hag must also be given enough time this season to show his hard work in building this squad. If I recall correctly he has netted 97 balls in 102 matches for Guardiola’s side. So it literally does not make any sense if Pep Guardiola wants to get rid of him or if he wants to get out of Manchester City.

I mean of course it would make sense if he wanted to go to some club like Real Madrid or some club which is similar to that by leaving Manchester City. But as long as he is on good terms with the Cityzens, he really should not leave. He is also bringing in great numbers for the Cityzens. So in general it is a good idea for any player to not leave the current club if he is playing well and in good form. Because you never know what might be the situation in the new club.

Haaland is very close to signing new contract with Manchester City although his previous contract will be expired on 2027 but Manchester City has decide to extended his contract and since arrived to Manchester City Haaland has scores a lot of goals with this team and he always became an top scorer and this season Haaland can scores 7 goals from 3 matches which he is on fire

Haaland deserve to be the highest player in the Manchester City team because he's theirs best goal scorer and doesn't disappoint the team because he shows up for almost all their games and score goals. Another reason this contract extension is being negotiated this time could be because of the news of Pep Guardiola leaving soon and without him at the club, it could be difficult to get Haaland to stay. Real Madrid will want to come for him or other top clubs. Halland is the most natural standing attacker we have in the premier league. His body build up, hight and his ability to bullying defenders makes it tough to defend  against him. In addition to that, the squared in the man city team makes his work too easy because the other players are already covering up all the lapses for him and the only thing he does on the pitch is to make good runs and score goals of which he is doing it very well. All the teams they will go against this season already know that he's going to be a serious problem for them to handle but yet he's still gearing up on his goal scoring routine. Was a beast throughout the 2022/2023 season and for this season, his has regular hatrick already on his shoulder when some attackers haven't scored up to two goals so far.

In the case of Manchester United and their coach Ten hag, I don't think the coach is taking the blame for his inability to bring a change in the team otherwise i expect him to have taken some drastic decisions on some of the duck head players that is not willing to improve in their performance. The team has lost 2 games and won 1 this season but the next game now you won't see a better performance from them and the coach will still be cool with it.

No team in the English Premier League should be regarded as a small team this season not even when they play against a team that has lost her glory as a big team so I think Manchester United will find it difficult to defeat Southampton at home because they wouldn't want to lose in front of their fans but the performance of Manchester United will determine if they will make a difference in the game.

I'll say their taste in players is absolutely bad for the teams current situation.  What they need now, is a team of brilliant players, not developing players. Though some good signings are no more longer performing the way they used to, at their initial  stage with the team. The performance of casemiro has reduced greatly, he is no more longer the player he used to be, during his previous matches, its obvious his performance has dropped. Just as you mentioned, Antony is one of the worst signing man United made. €95m what a scam . I don't believe the team is going to get any better soon, it'll  take a while before they realize this and make the right changes. So it stands to reason if Man City offer Haaland a new contract (with the change in the release clause option) because they don't want to lose their goal machine. I think you might have missed things up but Halaand was bought by Manchester city from Dortmund for a fee around 50 million euros and I don’t think there was add ons or any clauses that much. So the 150 million euros is fake. The deal is actually a bargain by Manchester city and this new contract is just to increase his release clause or buyout clause more. The 175 million actually looks too small if you ask me considering that clubs could pay ridiculous amount this days. Imagine when PSG paid 220 million euros for Neymar and 180 million for Mbappe, this 175 million euros can be trigger and that’s why you see clubs like Madrid putting a billion euros clause on their star players just to fend up potential suitors.

In as much as this is good for the club it is bad for the player because whenever they want out it becomes hard for them due to their clauses and wages. It is difficult for Manchester United to be able to talk much this season, we can judge from several results of the matches that have been passed that they will stumble again.
