Hold your unos. A lot of good things will come to this coin. We are working hard on it. Long term holders will be greatly rewarded.

Removed CoinEx from OP list of UNO exchanges and pools.

If you had coins there, I'm sorry for your loss.

I hope they sell us back their stolen UNO.  It saddens me to think of even one single rare KG of Un lost from the market.

i think that list looks really good and uno has a quite good distribution with no mega-whales wich is really good news. Biggest holders with around 5% of coins is brilliant compared to many other coins.

edit:
getting in on the top 100 for only 2.1 btc is also good outlooks for newcomers i think.

Im having some trouble using the Unobtanium vault v0.9.4.0. Trying to send 10 Kg/Un and keep receiving error "transaction too large" It shouldnt be from insufficient amount of Un in vault . I hope someone can show some insight into this problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Such a shame, for a while CoinEx was my favourite exchange. I was lucky my instincts told me to get out in time (I encountered a bug that caused me a significant loss due to their slow support). Could have been a lot worse. I feel for anybody who lost coins there.

And I am a little worried about the amount of UNO that went missing from there. IIRC Bryce Weiner once said CoinEx was quite popular among UNO miners. If that's true then several tons of UNO might have been stolen...

I don't think that's unrealistic at all. In early april they had a daily trade volume on UNO of well over 100 UNO most days (e.g. april 3rd is at ~120, 4th at ~117, 5th at ~139) and that's just the coins that were being traded, the order books are always much bigger than the trades taking place. For all we know trade volume might have been even higher BEFORE the hack and the re-opening of the site (which happened late march)

Even now that the exchange is dead/dying they got in their books, lets see ...
Code:
UNOs on sale:                               104.0
Trade volume last 24h:                        4.1
Ratio of UNOs in orderbook to UNOs traded:   25.4

Now lets apply that math to Coinex holdings from one month ago, lets take a conservative 100 UNO/day:
Code:
Trade volume last 24h:                      100.0
Ratio of UNOs in orderbook to UNOs traded:   25.4
Possible UNOs in CoinEx wallets:           2540.0

Of course those are VERY rough estimates, but keep in mind they don't even account for the fact that many people often store way more coins in an exchange wallet, than they are actively selling. So even if the orderbook/traded ratio was more like 5-10 instead of 25, you could probably easily double the amount UNOs actual in the exchange wallet compared to those in the orderbooks.

They way I see it 1k UNOs (1 ton) is the MINIMUM amount that was stolen from CoinEx. It could easily have been 5x that. [edit:] Making the thief one of the top10 UNO holders...

Way back when, you are talking during the launch of uno back in october, yeah the volume on coinex was decent then.

When it hit cryptsy it decimated the trade volume on coinex.

Coinex was "hacked" once before, like a month ago. The site came back up. My guess is the hacker left a nice entrance for him self that was never taken care of.

We can't grow when we won't criticize ourselves!

weren't people able to withdraw later as coinex came back on? Right now it's not more than 100 unos on their books. I for my part actually don't believe it was hacked at all given the fact that Siteowner tried to erase his online presence and only reopened after that failed and pictures of him were circulating in the forum and on twitter. So maybe that hack did never take place.
How to tell how much was stolen? Can you actually not withdraw right now from there? How about mailing them asking how much went missing? Site is still up.
Site is up but its a trap! DO NOT DEPOSIT COINS THERE! The devs are unresponsive, withdrawals are broken. You won't see any coins from there again. Actually from what's going on right now, it looks like a scam, a desaster...

Actually from what's going on right now, it looks like a scam, a desaster...

i wasn't aware of that. People should be warned a lot more about this. I hope not too many of you lost coins there. Really bad.
