All sounds VERY good to me! One question though - how do people rate CoinWarz.org? That site doesn't exactly rate Uno THAT highly... Just wondering what people's opinions were on that...?

it will be rated higher when price has moved where it should be. These are low prices we are trading at right now. Can be much more, so don't sell too early what you have mined.
Mining what is rated highest means also you have a lot of competition. You do that if you want to sell straight away. Mining what is rated lower and hold on to it until the price has matured to where it should be is probably a pretty good strategy and many have done well with that in the past. Most money is to be made for the intelligent miner who is also good in speculating. For maximum returns in crypto be a miner and a speculator at the same time Wink From my perspective Uno is underrated aswell as undervalued. That'll probably change at one point and everybody wishes they would have bought/mined before the increase. Right now is probably a very good point to accumulate and put away for later.

"What we will announce will mostly eliminate a major problem every alt coin suffers from, price drops otherwise known as dumps. This program will be scalable and adjusted daily with live reports on website for CAIx."

so what does it exactly mean? I don't see anything solid there, just some sort of announcement. We'll need to see what exactly they are talking about.
Uno has low inflation. That is key for reducing the dumps i think. With next halving in 2 months, who should dump? Uno is now mostly in the strong hands. I wouldn't expect a lot of dumping before a serious increase in price. This is pretty much rock bottom where we are now. The further we are going in time it will be dumped less and less. With uno it is just a matter of time. Dumpers can only dump once. There is no infinite amount to dump. Pretty sure the dumpers run out of uno at some point. Especially those dumping into low prices. Caix is pretty young coin and traded high right now. I personally would expect a drop in Caix at some point. It is just too new and hasn't prooven to be timetested. That coin could be pretty volatile. Investors need to look out in that one. (looking at the charts - it is a rollercoaster). If they can't live up to their promises they will be dumped hard. How is their inflation-rate compared to uno? Remember: on the free market price is purely driven by demand and supply, nothing else.

Thanks for that - makes sense! And right now, I've got everything pointed at a Uno pool... Bit of a score earlier - pure luck, I guess - one of my miners found a block on the first group of shares. Nobody else in the pool got a look in - 100% reward to me, thank you very much! Smiley

I have a few of my fiat currency tied up in BTC as well (not too much, though...) Been watching cryptsy today to try and gauge whether or not I should put it all in with Uno...

between us: Uno is a good investement but you should never go 'all in' on one coin no matter how good it looks. It is always better to own several different coins in case things don't pan out like you thought they would. Every experienced trader would tell you that. Never go 'all in' on one thing. Also: always good to have some liquidity on the side in case prices go lower or something comes up unexpected. How do they say? "Never put all eggs in one basket" Wink Some solid advice there for a newbe. These things are volatile.

Someone bought a load of UNO on MintPal, as high as .00847.

17 BTC of trades on MintPal today, which is good volume there.

someone seems to be hungry for uno. There were some larger dumps earlier on cryptsy too. Market is going in both directions today.

That was fun. Almost all my sell oders on Mintpal got hit, and all my low re-buy orders too. Its like I got 50 free UNO without doing anything. Nice.

Almost looks like one of those crazy "GOGOGO" pumps again, don't you think?

edit: 17BTC is way above average for UNO. But volume on Mintpal is getting mega crazy the past weeks. So many coins with 100+ BTC volume, sometimes more than one with 1000+. I read that Mintpal has been the highest volume exchange wordwide today, beating even all the established Bitcoin exchanges like Bitstamp etc.

Crazy considering they opened in February and only trade altcoins.

It was a pump from Cryptopumps.net.  Nice one -- they used about 15 btc.
I'm always glad to sell to those friendly pumpers at .008 and then buy it back seconds later for less than .004.  They can stop by MintPal and see me any time they want. Smiley

I bought about 40 of them, if that's what you mean... Unfortunately I bought them on Coinex, so I doubt I'll see them - withdrawal is 'queued'... :/

As I've found out... I only heard about them because they're listed on Unobtanium.io... If they've got such a bad reputation, why not delist from there, or at least take them off the home page?

it should actually be taken down ASAP in the state it is in now. I don't know, who controls that currently? Unobtanium.io is a pain right now.
Guys, please someone take that down if we can't get it updated! We can't have a page on referring to broken pools, broken explorer and  broken exchange! Linked to coinmarketcap! that's bs!
