Easy to promote UNO:

Please click the word "Survey" and then choose "Other" and key-in "Unobtanium" in this link for the new BTC/DOGE exchange Expresscoin (soon to rival Coinbase in the US):

http://expresscoin.com/faq

It's really simple.

Thank you.

this is the link to the survey: https://www.formstack.com/forms/?1719117-0lbiRIgZWM

everyone here should go there and write in Unobtanium

"Good things come to those who wait"

UNO dumpers have to run out of ammo sometime.  Should be interesting in the years to come for long term UNO holders.

In case no one can find it, I've uploaded the old OSX wallet to my drop box:  https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/12096071/Unobtanium-Qt-0.9.2.9-Mac.zip
that version is still running fine for me.

These are historic times. I am hopeful that some of my bottom-feeder orders will fill before the price snaps back.
For now, I'm just watching this and picking up bargains.

BTC goes up, UNO goes up.  BTC goes down, UNO goes up.   Grin

Someone was accumulating today on Cryptsy and Mintpal today, up to 0045.  Good to see the volume.

I wouldn't mind one final dump down to .0025 before the leg up though, just so I can get greedy hands on more cheap uno.

Bitcoin is also getting cheaper. That's a plus for bringing in new money.

I can understand investors getting impatient, but I cannot understand senseless dumping of coins. I mean selling hundreds of coins in one single swoop down to almost .002 is just plain stupid. No other word to describe it. UNO support in the .004 area is clearly still intact. Why take a pointless 50% loss? Want to sell your UNO? Fine, you've got many takers here! But be smart about it.

Hi, welcome.
Yes, it sure looks like it. They are down for me, too.

You can always checkout Multipool.us, who added UNO this week, or one of the several others listed in the OP.

Seems like our dumper has moved on.  I haven't seen much dumping for a few days now. Might be time to start moving the buy walls up again Smiley

I'm a little worried about the low volume on Mintpal.  Buyers & sellers are at a stalemate there.  Hopefully we get some more activity there and close the spread a bit. I want to keep Mintpal healthy. It's an important market for UNO, especially moving forward.

It's one thing to buy & hoard UNO... but we also have an interest in growing the community, making sure that the markets are healthy.  Nothing turns off a newcomer more than a huge spread on a coin and no volume. 1 BTC minimum daily volume on Mintpal is what I'd like to see. Help me play the spread a bit and lets see if we can close up this hole on Mintpal.

Me, too. I like both Cryptsy and Mintpal. Still, Mintpal has lower fees, and a ton of money flows through Mintpal every day. We want to be there.

Us long timers should have plenty of cheap UNO by now that we can use to close things up a bit on Mintpal. I know the impulse to hoard a good thing like uno is strong, but... my mom always said sharing was nice too.

i don't see how a huge spread turns off people. Maybe bigger players that want a lot, yes. But that spread is like an invitation for smaller players to trade their position up. In that spread is still room for some smaller fries  Wink

maybe just put a bot on it to close it? I don't have one. I am sure bots will come with higher price and more volume will  close the spread.

but on the other hand: uno is so rare that the big spread is warranted - price can shoot up real fast.
it's not doge where there are billions of coins traded for single satoshi - quite the opposite

i think that big spread comes from two things
1) dumpers that didn't see the value in the coin (should be out of ammo soon) and smart buyers that want to buy as cheap as possible from those people
2) coin is oversold and most sellers know it so the sellorders don't come down

i would recommend build strong support on this level and lower and then move only small buyorders up to test hights. If dumpers are out of ammo we will surely gain ground some in price. That's how it works. Price stays low until all the dumpers are done with it. Then, when uno is in strong hands and the dumpers are out and didn't get a chance to rebuy back lower we move up.
There is one nasty breed of trader 'the evil shortseller'. We don't want him. We bought him out i think.

Uno has been steady between 0.003 and 0.006 for months now. This is the bottom from which we will very likely rise.

what about bittrex-market btw? Is that still on the table?

i informed https://www.litebit.eu about uno just yesterday. They look at it. That platform gives people the option to buy crypto directly with fiat very fast and easy. Maybe they will add uno. They are looking into it right now. They are based in the netherlands and are aimed at Europe but working on handling usd too as far as i can see. Right now it's only Euro though.

Hi gustav,
I get your point.   A wide spread is just generally a warning flag in general to most traders. If you know UNO, you don't worry about it; but if you're new to uno & checking it out, it doesn't look too good.

I'm not a bot trader either. I'm way too dumb to write my own and haven't found one yet that can do what I want it to do.

I agree, this seems to be a bottom right now. I'm tempted to hold onto all of uno, but also like to see some healthy trading. MP doesn't want coins that don't trade (what exchange does, really).

Bittrex, Coinnext and our new rich list are all waiting for a fixed Linux wallet. They couldn't get it to work, which was really disappointing.
BW told me Friday he's working on it. Can't come soon enough as far I'm concerned.
