Greetings All, I've created another UNO faucet: http://cryptap.us/uno/faucetThis faucet pays 0.01% of it's balance (once per 24hr per address/IP). What this means is that as long as there are coins in the faucet to cover the transaction fee, it will pay out instantly. The goal is to perhaps help with increasing the transaction rate and maybe it will be a good way to increase liquidity... Feel free to drop coins in the faucet if you like, the address is on the site. Regards, That's great! Thanks. Added to OP!

FK - rich list? I messaged Fairglu with the new wallet info. He quickly replied to me June 20 - "I'm in vacations, so I can do it in early July (next sunday at the earliest)" Have not sent him any funds yet. Still have all donations for this project.

FK - rich list? I am working on a custom made block explorer that will include a real time rich list - but it is probably still at least 4 weeks away.

If you haven't been here in the past week, just a reminder to upgrade your UNO wallet to 0.9.5. If you haven't yet, please upgrade. KGW is coming at block 450,000, and UNO is returning to 3 minute blocks. About 20% of the peers my wallet is connected to are already running 0.9.5. I would like to get that up past 60% asap. If you HAVE already upgraded, you can help by leaving your UNO wallet connected, at least until the majority of the network is running 0.9.5. Newbies, if you want to see who you are connected to, go to UNO's Console, and type "getpeerinfo." The version of UNO wallet they are running is shown. Since 0.9.5 I have have more connections than ever! Currently have 42 connections!

I am leaving my new wallet turned on also, almost all peers i see are 0.9.5. Could you explain about these updates, is this called coin forking? I saw other coins do that. And what does it mean returning to 3 minute blocks, i thought now it is 3 minutes blocks, isn't it? and what happens if 0.9.5 wallets are not 51% of network on block 450 000?

Well you're touching upon a not exactly bright chapter in UNO's history. The previous dev team - which turned out to be more or less Wolong's crew - made some modifications to UNO, those resulted in faster block times. Bryce and Blazr are now restoring UNO to the way it was originally created and meant to be. I will leave the specifics of your other network related questions to people that actually know that stuff.

About 20% of the peers my wallet is connected to are already running 0.9.5. Maybe some of those are people cracking open their old wallets to move coin to the new.

and what happens if 0.9.5 wallets are not 51% of network on block 450 000? UNO won't come to a skreeching halt, don't worry about that. Older wallets will slowly lose the network until they upgrade. I've had a lot of feedback already from exchanges, miners & service providers that they have already upgraded or are in he process. The switchover is well underway. Keeping your 0.9.5 wallet online speeds the transition.

It's ok to say kgw added 'just because'. This update erases a huge part of un's personality to me.

It's ok to say kgw added 'just because'. This update erases a huge part of un's personality to me. You'd have to ask one of the devs for details. I'm basically just adding up clues here. Maybe I should have made that clear. Fact is UNO blocks have been running at faster than 3 minutes for quite a while now. Just looking at a block explorer will show that. Whenever I checked I was getting an average between 1-2 minutes, sometimes faster. That means UNO was actually mined and distributed much faster than originally intended. But that cannot be changed now. As for the blame. Bryce and Blazr2 said they'd "restore" the previous 3 minute block time. So I just came to the conclusion the developers that had control of the coin after Blazr2 handed it over and before he returned would be responsible for that. As for KGW - I have no real opinion on that. Was it needed? Bryce and Blazr2 seem to think so. Why? You'll have to ask them.

Another small update to the website is live. This one is for the traders among you. You could already easily check price of UNO in BTC across multiple exchanges, but now: * you can also see realtime prices for UNO in Dollar, NAUT and LTC! (powered by Cryptonator) * This should make it easier for everybody who might want to aquire some nice deals on UNO in some of the more excotic trading pairs that are available. If there are any additional currencies you'd like to see just let me know. Enjoy! Tips: uewrE9QWc54EXjCZehWDPkjqgsyRDpQmK8
