I have read your case but without proper evidence that Evolution really scams you then it will be your words against their words, this time the weak connection of your internet weighs more convincing on the reader's end.

Looking at a factor where a player cannot commit an action in a live game was stated that it is possible if:

• there is a software bug
• server outages
• network connectivity problem

2 out of 3 is on the server end but I believe the provider made clear that there is no issue in their end.  So it goes down to the third factor which is your network connectivity problem (sadly there is no proof that there is no connection timeout on your end during those sessions).  Supposed to be the game should be paused in a normal game until you solve the problem on your end but some live-streaming game provider has a built-in time limit for each player's action and if the player exceeds that limit game will automatically take a decision for them which happened in your case.

Are you participating often times on Duelbits promotion boosted odds and win frequently? There’s same issue with our fellow user here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5279042.msg61566335#msg61566335 in regards to that promotion restriction. He received that same email after winning the boosted promotion but on his case he is always participating on it and en up winning frequently. Sadly the decision is irreversible since Duelbits have the rights to restrict any users for participating there promotion without giving a further explanation.
