November for me where it rains sometimes more often but even so the football match will still be interesting, because with the difference in weather at least the assessment will be very varied. I personally don't care what month the match will be in and what season, because if their schedule doesn't take up too much of the players' fitness at least it will be fine. Because in this case we are only spectators and not football players who compete in it, if we are a player then I think a schedule like this is natural to complain about.

I have heard with supercomputer that it will be possible to predict future disease that may occur in, maybe they can equally be used in football prediction.

I think it has got something to do with the weather in Qatar during the summers. It wouldn't be kind on players to play on the heat that there will be. November will be much much better time and a weather that'd be friendly to all nations competing.

November is winter in most part of the world while in Gulf countries its a moderate weather where heat is bearable by all teams. I think its a nice move by fifa to organise the tournament in this November. While most of strong teams are from Europe, it will be a good test that how they play in such weather. Brazil and Argentina are only teams apart from European teams that can win this title.

Everyone will be playing under the same weather conditions. So it doesn't matter if it's summer or winter. Because the conditions are the same for everyone.
