Just to add on this, if there are some rules and policies that you don't understand whether it's written in another language or even English.

We don't need to worry about this problem, friend, because if we use a cellphone, there is a default browser that is already stored on the cellphone, namely Chrome which has a translator feature in it when you access all existing sites.
