I just came across a UDemy course on Dota 2. I wonder if there are people who buy the courses in order to learn Dota 2 ?
The Complete DotA 2 Course for Beginners It is not so difficult to know about Dota 2 and even if someone is new can easily all the free information from YouTube or other free sources, isn't ?

Note: I am not affiliated with this course in any way nor i am asking anyone to buy it. It's just that i came across an Ad of this course browsing the internet and got my attention as to how people are making money by selling such courses.

It's the first time I heard about this. $12 it's not that bad. I didn't know there are courses for this type of games and I actually didn't play DOTA 2 although I did play DOTA 1 so I think I might need that. Still, I won't spend too much as I have a background on this type of games, it's practice that I needed to be better with it.
I have doubts though if it will be bought because many Streamers now do post tutorials and strategies just for views and anyone who doesn't want to spend money will just pick that path.

It's possible since i've seen a bunch of Dota players willing to pay to get coached or have their games reviewed by pro players.

I remember trying out their paid subscription once as I thought their guides would offer more that I didn't know, but it only served as a refresher for me since it mostly tackled the obvious parts.

Back then it was probably worth it for the lower-ranked players, but now not anymore since it's outdated and the price of the linked course is nearly the same as their subscription.

Talon vs Boom for SouthEast Asia, Nigma vs Zero Tenacity for Western Europe and M80 vs FUSIOn for the Americas.

While checking the scheduled game for that tournament's closed qualifier for next year 2025, noticed there was this event going on for Dota today aswell:

Talon vs Boom for SouthEast Asia, Nigma vs Zero Tenacity for Western Europe and M80 vs FUSIOn for the Americas.

Three regions have been conclude and qualified three teams too.

Western Europe ~> Avulus
SEA ~> Talon Esports
Americas ~> Apex Genesis

Two regions left for the closed qualifiers. China and Eastern Europe. Still 2 days left for both region to conclude.

This was a quick tournament and tier 3 type which is sponsored by the name itself. Chimera Esports won the grand finals. Composed of three known names but I am not familiar with the two. And speaking of 9pandas, they're no longer the strong roster that we used to know.

Although it is understandable that you are not familiar of these teams. Even I, their names are quite new. And you mean Spiky but they're already out of the tournament after being beaten by Toy. And BetBoom isn't from the China region but EEU and even if the list of direct invites aren't published yet, I believe that they're one of them. Betting on these regions, I'd probably only do when they're already in the grand finals but I think that Yakult brothers will do it.

The China Closed qualifiers are just getting underway again for today with Team Trust going up against Toy Cart who are the favorites in this match for Fissure Belgrade.

I am currently watching European Pro League Season 22 with Hydra vs Zero Tenacity.
As I am not familiar with either of these teams I am going in blind so not betting on either of these teams live.
So am rather learning what I can from watching them play instead. Then going to decide on which side to bet on in the future rounds.
That could be your best strategy for a winning bet on these dota2 tournaments.

There seems to be a low amount of games being played in both CS2 and Dota2 for this weekend.
While looking for something to bet on only seen a smaller tournament which had a team called WOPA esports playing.
Today they are playing aswell and playing against another team that I never heard of called the EYEBALLERS.

Same with Dota2, was watching a team called Chimera against another forgettable team. I think Chimera won as I did not finish watching the match.

I believe it is because we are in the time between two holidays so most of the team's players are in transit or their coaches are simply not available to manage the teams or their schedules until they are back to normal working timetables once the new year celebration is over.

For now, it's unlikely for the veterans to return, I heard Xinq and Dy were set on taking a step back from the scene and I also think it's not worth the effort to create another squad when everyone is fighting for that one spot in the qualifiers.

Maybe next year, once the next qualifiers of DreamLeague start there could be a possibility for them to run it back or even merge with Team Turtle (Fy's stack).

I have no idea when Yatoro will return, but he still has a contract with Team Spirit so I assume he'll stick with the squad just like Collapse's return and Satanic will return to the second team.

I guess that's it. We're on the year ended and they probably need to focus first with their families and that's why there's also a short break with the tournaments in dota 2. I cannot wait for the 2025 to come and see what will be the biggest tournaments coming. For sure most teams aren't going to play easy now and they'll be hungry for the qualification and points system for the TI again.

Their org has a bright future if they continue to nurture his talent and potentially promote him to the main roster. I'm jealous that the Dota scene doesn't have something similar because the other regions are starting to lose their dominance and firepower.

Also, the roster shuffles for CS2 are getting interesting as there were rumors about FaZe getting Elige since Ropz is about to move in with Vitality.

Being able to make his presence felt in a fun match with two top-tier players like Donk and m0nesy has opened a new page for Kyousuke. Even though it was a fun match.
Maybe he might receive a transfer offer from another team instead of the youth academy.
Let's see if it can show itself in real tournaments as entertainingly as it does in matches. I'm keeping this name in mind for now.
