All games here are important and that's why these teams are not going to just waste and let the others take them down with a 2-0. I am excited to watch some of these games because obviously, they're a lot to watch and I can only watch a few of them.

I'm also excited because there's no bo2 format anymore, and all matches will end with one team winning, unlike before, where teams didn't mind forcing 1-1 draws.

Yeah, there is no bo2 at the group stage. This is a better kind of draw than of those with bo2. For them players, that's too pressuring although this is TI and all games are pressuring. And also to us bettors, it's also hard to get into bo2 games that's why it's hard to bet on the match winner.

Hopefully, we can see some contests in the games and rounds related to Dota 2 The International.

I mean even if Im not betting anything, its just dumb to watch bo2 games though. Normally when the game gets to 1-1 point, the 3rd game usually are more intense compared to the first two maps. Glad that they actually change that rubbish bo2 system

I see that there is another big tournament in CS2 is approaching us. It is FISSURE Playground 2 with a prize pool of $1,250,000.

They are distributing the same amount of money as the last Esports World Cup did. Teams will absolutely take it very serious.

By the way the difference between the 2 tournaments is that this one splits the prize money as player share ($500,000) and club share ($750,000).

Oh yes, that's them. I thought that they were just a dice site but it's been so long since they've been active in threads again. Maybe they're capitalizing the TI2025 and that's why they're active. Who's going to try there? looks like free bets.

Yeah, we don't like bo2 games. They really don't click that much and that's a points system but for eliminations and making the tournament quick, I guess that's how they do it. Best of 3 is still the best and we get to see who's got the best minds and IQs for longer games.

However , Valve decided to have 16 games in the opening day which kinda made teams confused as some of them called it " meat grinder day " and that's kinda right because a lot will be decided in first day ...like important bans/picks , new heroes etc as the meta will evolve as TI progresses.

Now the focus of all Dota players is scattered, because everyone watches the matches they like. I see that streamers from my country are scattered and switch between matches trying to catch as many bright moments as possible. I watch Spirit - WC and this already brings great pleasure. Bookmakers gave x14 to those who bet on WC to win. But these guys took FB and are now almost even with Spirits. I expect cool moments from Collapse on Shaker by the end of the match against Yamsun.

Despite the chunky prize money on the line, it's interesting that only two out of the top five teams (MongolZ and Furia) decided to participate in the event.

In summary: Ultrakill from Collapse, Rampage from Yatoro at the end of the game - a very good game for one of the first International games, which started quite evenly. And it's cool, because when the score was about 15:15 in deaths, then every bettor at that moment thinks "maybe I should have bet on the black horse?".
I hope if someone watched this or other games, then you also got a spectacular hour of Dota 2. Btw Aurora is a team that  can also belong to the region of RU. Navi from UA.

Yes, there are too many games and streams to watch but I am watching the games that I have bet for. It's okay, just watch the games that you are following and like to see. That Team Spirit and WC game is one sided. My bet for Team Nemesis against Team Falcons has ended with the 2nd map and TN forced it to a map 3.

As it usually happens, the professionals from Team Spirit were just testing their opponents, and the second game became a real rout of WC.
The final score of the second game was 23:1! And the throne fell after 23 minutes. Watching the last Internationals, I often saw similar examples. And often Asian teams are less susceptible to such dysmoral paralysis.

Commentators say that Team Spirit haven't found their form yet, they are "warming up". Well, it's not surprising, because Yatoro often wakes up 10 minutes before the game

Crazy first few series in TI!!

Falcons almost lost to nemesis, and should have lost map 3. they were like 1.02 odds prematch 

Aurora lost 0-2 to extreme pretty handidly, never even close

Liquid had a big lead against BOOM, but some crazy turnarounds and they barely won map1. now its 1-1, decent odds on boom map 3

That was a crazy Bristleback game of Ammar! I thought my bet on Nemesis would win me that @7.50 odds. That was so close and that only means that there is no weak team on this TI. All are strong and even my bet with Heroic, I've seen on how good they were but still lack on how to end the series. Crazy matches indeed.

Amazing opening day at TI for sure and unexpected China region is doing the best and also impressed my the most with both Xtreme Gaming who managed to take out Spirit in a fashion 2-0 and also TideBound who destroyed Team Liquid in a quick 2-0 series ...so it seems this new logo of Liquid isn't lucky at all  .

I also like Team Spirit and in fact, one of their players is part of my fantasy and that's yatoro. Anyway, they've lost against XG and it seems the festival of the strongest teams in the world is real right now. There is no weak/strong teams here and all of them have the twist that they can give on the opponents and we as fans, we're just happy to see quality dotes starting from the day 1. As for my 2 bets, I've got in a losing streak and maybe tomorrow I'll win some.

That will be the twist, what if Yakutou Brothers will be the one to make it farther when they're just a replacement for the invited. It's going to be one great twist of the history in the The International. I've watched XG and YB and they did really great. And ame is in TI form that we call because all of their games, I think he only died once. Yes, one dead only for him for all of the games they've played on the first day.

The meta clearly shows that the Dominator item is broken, we all see this item in almost every game. Even Anti-Mage built it yesterday. Now in the Spirit vs Tundra match, player 33 built a Dominator and shows miracles on Doom. Spirit looked very confused on the map.
