don't want to put fingers, but Hungary was relegated a moment draw put them into this group, but they played some great football and had a lot of luck in the process to avoid relegation, so other teams had to be relegated, and England showed nothing in all six matches together

what is Hungary capable of (not much obviously), could be seen last night against Italy, an easy defeat

Yeah.. they lost 0-2 to Italy yesterday. It was OK, after some good performances till now. A few days ago, they managed to defeat England by a margin of 0-4, and that too while playing in England (Molineux Stadium, Wolverhampton). Zsolt Nagy and Roland Sallai seems to be in good form. Anyway, they haven't qualified for the 2022 FIFA World Cup. The two teams that couldn't qualify for the world cup finished as the top two from this group, while the two that qualified finished at the bottom.

What do you mean by "worrying squad"? I wouldn't say that Germany looks more dangerous than Brazil or Argentina, France or England. They have severe problems in their offensive game.

Well, what I said from those quotes, that Germany is the most worrying team, in terms of their performance is not so convincing, and from some of the teams mentioned in the previous post which include, Brazil, France, Spain and Germany. and i'm not saying that germany looks more dangerous than brazil and argentina teams.
I see from their match statistics, from six matches in the UEFA Nations League they only have one win, four defeats, one draw.  and I doubt their performance later when they play in the world cup stage.

Performance in UEFA Nations Cup is surely having no impact on teams performance in World Cup because as we watch most of the teams were very slow in this event and few are not going with strength as they were looking for new strategy and trying to adjust few systems which help them in this World Cup, so hopefully they will learn from their mistakes which are happened in this event and as Germany play I am also worried about them but most chances they could be done quality performance because after Brazil they are one of the best teams in this event and their current squad is also in good shape even having most of the youths.

But, they are skilled players which can do good performance here most chances they could be good until last eight after this we can't talk about them because we have better teams which are having better performance and quality, so this could be tricky but most chances they could be in last eight without any doubt.

Sometimes they have some lucky door opener and then they keep the ball and kind of "dominate" the game, but it's not really convincing. And even now, it is not known whether Pogba will be able to participate in the world cup or not. At least compared to France, Germany seems to be in good shape. But then, their performance was pathetic during the UEFA nations league. They failed to finish in the top 2 in their group, and lost a match to Hungary.

From that perspective England and Germany also can't win the World Cup. As I said before that doesn't really mean too much although I do agree that some games were so badly disappointing that it is hard to believe these teams can step up their game by so much that they are then a favorite for the World Cup title.

Nevertheless, there is also the factor of individual strength. France has such a high quality in some positions that they are really able to score any single minute. One crazy Mbappe is enough to take the game home. The World Cup 2018 has shown that Mbappe is so explosive, he just needs a few minutes to make a difference and decide a game with one sprint or dribbling.

In my opinion France does count to the inner circle of the biggest favorites.

I think that the main favorites for the World Cup are Brazil, France, Spain and Germany.

I agree that Brazil is one of the most favourite nations to get the World Cup but for the others I have my doubts. Spain is ok, a good team and could go to the finals along with Argentina imo. For France, England and Germany, expectation >> reality especially if we talk about their horrible performance in Nations League. It is a shame although that league is almost friendly games but seeing their horrible performance send bad messages to their supporters and boost the confidence of their opponents.

Right now no one having any doubt about Brazil which is surely showing how strong they are for this world cup but as you also mentioning others are having some issues like I have feeling pulling out Argentina is also not good because they are also good and can do much better until reach into last four with France is not good even on papers they are currently the toughest side but on ground we have different realities about them same happening in case of Germany they are also good but not enough to be in last four this time for me most chances we are going to have two teams from South America and two European sides for last four, and they are Argentina, Brazil, Netherlands and Croatia this time hyped teams are not going into last four specially France and England.

Many actually underestimate Croatia, they even speculate whether Croatia will even pass the group stage at the World Cup and enter the knockout phase of the competition, but Croatia is playing better and better every day and wins away such national teams like France and Denmark.
This World Cup will be Messi's last, so I hope he will be able to reach the finals, and personally I think that Germany and Belgium also have a good chance for a big result at this World Cup.

at least, they have the confidence capital to carry out their match in the Qatar world cup.

I agree that we should not forget the Netherlands, just as we should not forget the very experienced  Belgium.
England and France played very badly in the League of Nations, but that doesn't mean much before their performance at the World Cup.
Both national teams have enough time to prepare well for the world championship, and the players will certainly play better and more seriously than in the League of Nations, a less important football competition.
It seems that there are some conflicts in the French team between the players but they have enough time to solve it until the World Cup and play at the highest level in the world cup.

The League of Nations is actually a good replacement for the friendly matches we used to have before. The matches now have much more significance, the earnings are much higher and the national teams play against much stronger teams.
However, the League of Nations is not a competition that the top national teams are too focused on. Most coaches gave new players a chance and prepared their teams for the World Cup.
As I said before, The Netherlands is a very strong team and can do a lot in the World Cup, but there are at least 5-6 teams from Europe who are also aiming for a good result in the World Cup, and small details and luck will decide the winners in the end.

The main issue is not with the League of Nations, but with the clubs. Already there were demands from some of the European clubs to shift the world cup schedule, as it overlaps with their league matches. There is no doubt FIFA is one of the most powerful sports organization around the world and no controlled by just 2 or 3 countries and their influence even we have too many corruption reports and other complaints but still they are doing good job for the development of soccer and about games between South America vs Europe here these two organizations can go through with mutual understanding because it's not hard job like they can start any competition which involved 6 or 8 teams from both continents, and they play against each other for the 2 or 3 weeks tourney which could be useful in many aspects like revenue and good healthy competition but here may be clubs can go with their objections but still a good idea if someone feel the positive side of this all.

Well.. I believe that it is OK to have the UEFA League of Nations at this time. After all, it gives some valuable match practice to the European teams ahead of the world cup. Most of the players are spending a majority of the time with their club sides. Nations league gives them an opportunity to build team bonding with the national players. The only issue is related to the overlap. Now UEFA needs to step in and draw a line for the clubs, and tell them not to create obstacles for the international matches.

Being powerful and doing a good job doesn't necessarily go hand in hand and nobody should forget that. Corruption is a huge issue for an organization like the FIFA.

First the FIFA gives the World Cup to Qatar and now the Olympic Winter games have been given to Saudi Arabia. While this seems to be off-topic, it kind of is not. Guess what, the city where the Olympic Winter games are going to take place must even be built first. It doesn't exist yet. Anyone wants to guess how many people are going to die building a brand new mega city for some Winter games?

The whole world is all about money. I can only give bad guesses as to how much money someone like Blatter might be bunkering in places nobody ever found about.

People dying for building the venues in order for the world to have a great experience in front of the TV is many steps too far.
