I think Group C is a very easy group for Argentina which I consider one of the big favorites to win the tournament if not the biggest one.Saudi Arabia is the worst team here so most probably it will be eliminated,Poland maybe a good team in Europe but against Argentina they definitely stand no chance at all,if they get a draw I would be extremely surprised.The clash with Mexico I think may offer a level of surprise but I highly doubt Mexico to be a threat for Argentina after Argentina will win the two games against Saudi Arabia and Poland.

Right now there is many friendlies being played. Of course they don't reflect the right skills of each team but give an idea. For example Brazil chose to play vs Ghana and Tunisia to get an indirect idea about Cameroon. They won with 3 goals to 0 against Ghana and the odds for Tunisia is @16

Argentina should be easy as you said, but I think Poland and Mexico is probably a match at eye level. Given the whole situation and how much is on the line, I don't remember Mexico as a team that is easy to beat at all. It is not like they are getting obliterated 3:0 each game. If Mexico has a good day and a decent portion of luck I think that's a game that might very well end in a draw. It is more likely that Poland could have the better goal statistics at the end of the group stage because of the game against Saudi Arabia, but Mexico against Poland will be a close call.

Sure Poland could always have a head start against Mexico, but if Mexico can keep a clean sheet for quite a while into the game it might be tougher than we might think. Usually Mexico had a stronger offender in the past, but now I must confess I am not really into the Mexican team too much. That might be a weapon they lack in order for them to even win against teams like Poland or score lots of goals against Saudi Arabia.

As Qatar is going to host the best World Cup in history. So they made various rules. I don't know how much these rules will affect the audience. Only time will tell if they will be able to implement these rules properly.

There is no doubt about Argentina quality and chances in this world cup, but as we all know things are not easy for any team with too many are having enough quality and skilled players which are capable of having enough quality for changing games same can happen here I believe most chances they have good chance until last four after this they need good luck as well without this it is not easy ride for them in this event.

Even any top rank team can go through until last four, but as many are posting different teams which are good and can go through until end are Brazil, Argentina, England and Croatia these are special for me as few are overrated specially France and Netherlands.

I personally see Brazil is the most formidable team of all the contestants who will participate in the world cup later. they are a team that has the most complete players both from strikers, midfielders, and defense. However, I still favor Argentina in this year's World Cup.
I see Argentina is different now, Messi can play as a playmaker to serve Lautaro Martines and Paulo Dybala.
messi can be placed anywhere according to the needs of the team during the match later.

As for Germany, Germany is the most worrying squad of all the squads you mentioned. how they played in the UEFA Nations League, in their five games, three draws, one win and one loss. obviously it's not in their best form, I don't think that in that game they didn't play seriously.

But for now whether they are ready or not, they still have to be ready, not because in this case we know that they have made preparations and about how technical they are, whatever happens, they must be ready because they have nominated themselves and have been chosen to be the venue for this most prestigious competition.
It would be a shame if they volunteered but they weren't prepared of course.

What do you mean by "worrying squad"? I wouldn't say that Germany looks more dangerous than Brazil or Argentina, France or England. They have severe problems in their offensive game.

For Argentina I think it will again be the same problem to find the right balance between a very strong offense and an at times shaky defense. Dybala can play an important role, but for him it all comes down to his condition on a specific day. He isn't the one who constantly delivers throughout a whole season or tournament.

Brazil's squad is pretty strong. No need to talk about the offense and I think even the defense is pretty safe. What is quite rare though is that the midfield might be their weakest points? Or am I wrong?

Brazil is definitely strong, but we will need to see how they perform against serious competitors at the World Cup. Now it is not like they are winning games by a huge advantage even against the allegedly weaker teams.

What I just noticed though and that kind of surprised me, was that Neymar isn't playing in the front offensive line. Last game he was positioned as a left midfielder. Did I miss something? The central offender is Richarlison and I guess Raphael and Vinicius Junior are seeded on the wings? I am not sure whether I'd really let Neymar play on the left midfield position. The biggest issue I see with that experiment is that a midfielder has to work a lot defensively as well and Neymar isn't really known for doing that. I wonder whether that will be changed back to the old formation with Neymar in the very front.

I see from their match statistics, from six matches in the UEFA Nations League they only have one win, four defeats, one draw.  and I doubt their performance later when they play in the world cup stage.

To be fair to Germany, they were placed in an extremely tough group in the 2022–23 UEFA Nations League A, along with Italy, Hungary and England. Both Italy and Hungary were in splendid form, and finished on top two positions. Germany had a consolation win (5-2) against Italy and therefore managed to finish ahead of England. don't want to put fingers, but Hungary was relegated a moment draw put them into this group, but they played some great football and had a lot of luck in the process to avoid relegation, so other teams had to be relegated, and England showed nothing in all six matches together

The world cup this year will truly be exciting to watch lot of great team and is also unique because is a winter world cup Two teams am gunning for are Argentina and Brazil, two south American team with great history in the tournament, for Argentina am supporting them because I would love Lionel Messi to cap this extraordinary career with this gold cup but the issue he would have is the same every team Lionel Messi play for has, they always rely on him unlike Brazil they have so many options upfront to look for Neymar,vinicius junior,richarlison, Gabriel jesus, Anthony name it and that's why I love them.
