Both Senegal and Morocco are in a rough spot but that's to be expected in the round of 16. I can't see either of them move to the last 8 but I'd be glad to be proven wrong.

Talking about Morocco, I think this country will hold Spain to a draw in the round of 16, because from the group stage, Morocco has played consistently and held several draws and even won important matches. This country cannot be underestimated by its opponents, because this World Cup can give us a surprise without us knowing it..

Indeed it should not be underestimated that Morocco surprisingly became the top Group F, also this country previously managed to draw Spain 2-2 in the previous matches in last 2018, and I think Spain will definitely be more vigilant in the match later. Right, I also have the same thoughts or opinions about Argentina because even if Argentina plays against a weak team or against a team that is clearly on a different level. But I often doubt that Argentina can win easily, for some reason the good squad that Argentina has is like a barrier for them to get good results.
But in the quarter-finals Argentina will play against the Netherlands, this match will certainly be a proof match for Argentina to play against a team that is always a favorite too.

If previously it was about the group stage, of course we can replace it with the round of 16, and so on. France - Poland is over. It was mostly a comfortable match for France just as expected. Giroud missed a 100% goal chance in the first half but he scored a goal not much time after it. Senegal have just being disqualified today, they played against England and they lose 3-0, England is a strong team and we all know it will be kind of difficult to win for Senegal, I was expecting a win from England but I was not really expecting a wide goal margin.
Morocco will be playing against Spain on 6th, I believe Spain is going to win the match, Morocco is not a strong team that can compete with Spain and they are currently in knock out stage, Spain won't want to take any chances, only luck can make Morocco win their match against Spain.

Argentina v Netherlands and England v France will both be very competitive matches. Every team is strong. However, I have considerable doubts about France winning against England. There is no doubt that the two teams are strong. However, England have only conceded two goals against Iran in four matches. And in three matches they did not concede any goal. Despite conceding two goals against Iran, they conceded 6 goals.
France, on the other hand, have conceded goals in every match. So it is easy to assume that England's defense is performing slightly better than France. The forward players of both teams are in good form. I think the team that can defend well will win.

In these both matches quality difference was too much between losers and winners with France and England having good quality and their players were also highly skilled specially France which is current champions and now also having third most favourite team for this event as well now having good chance to defend their title because they are at their best and now having quarterfinal against England which is also good but still not capable of handling French quality which is right now at his best.

I have feeling most chances France will win match against England in regular time they will never allow them to give resistance because they are having good attack with solid defence and their midfield is also much superior to England which is giving good support to their attack for having good results in crucial matches.

since the early minutes of the match Senegal played well but unfortunately when they conceded 2 goals at the end of the first half made their game in the second half go awry.
actually this is a natural defeat when you see the depth of the squad that these two teams have, England is superior in every line.
and Senegal's struggles have been pretty good so far.

maybe the factor of Sadio Mane's absence has a little effect on the strength of the Senegal team but I think even if he is there it will still be difficult against England who have great players on all fronts.

Therefore Southgate must still be comfortable about his choices for the starting eleven of this game.

Ben White has also left the team for personal reasons but Maguire has done good from the beginning to this point. I would have never thought that I would say positive things about Maguire.

I think no one would have predicted that Harry Maguire would play so well in this tournament because he rarely does so.
And the Raheem Sterling incident is really unfortunate because this is going to be a really shocking incident that a burglary takes place while his family is in the same home .

About Ben White, I don't think the England team will hold that much because of his absence.
As Phil Foden has done an exceptional job replacing him and I think Southgate might not be worried about it that much.
