Ecuadorian football had a great start to its World Cup. At least we should expect a winning mentality on the field from Qatar, even though we know it won't go anywhere. They're playing utterly meaningless football. Qatar will likely not win or draw any matches during this World Cup if they continue to play like they did against Ecuador. Neither Netherlands nor Senegal have yet played Qatar. To get better results in their upcoming matches, Qatar's manager needs to work on his strikers' ability to work together.

We all expected Ecuador to win the match and the country won it, the South American countries are just good and Ecuador can not be compared with Qatar at all, if they play again and again, Ecuador would win over and over, they have better players with more strength and accuracies. About Qatar, being with other countries like Netherlands would make it difficult, Senegal is the best in Africa now too, it would makes things not easy for Qatar too, I think Qatar should just have the fun of hosting the world cup and nothing more because they are going not far.

So far we have watched three matches, Ecuador and England have managed to win the match very easily, playing against easy opponents allows England to get points easily and even they can destroy Iran with a large enough score, as well as Ecuador who faced Qatar yesterday, even though facing Qatar which is the host but this did not frighten Ecuador and even Ecuador was excited to win its first win, I personally have watched the first three matches but from these three matches frankly the Senegal match against the Netherlands was really the most interesting because the two teams are equally great both in attack and defense in my opinion.

yes, Qatar will struggle in this group. Holland is stronger than Ecuador. Senegal is also a strong team, it will be difficult for the home team.
either Ecuador is not serious or what, if you see the game they should be able to add goals in the second half. but that didn't happen. seeing the statistics of the two teams is also somewhat strange. only 6 shots were made by Ecuador. this made me interested to see the match between Ecuador and the Netherlands.

Qatar will not struggle at all, they will just simply lose and get eliminated, it’s not even that weird. They were given an "easier" group to be fair, Ecuador, and a Senegal with no Mane, that was the chance to take and even from the very first game they failed, so it’s not going to be that much of an easy step. They will leave with zero points, and potentially even zero goals scored as well, and just rest of the cup they will just watch other teams, that’s all they can do at this point.

Many claim Qatar improved in the world of football, but to be fair it looks like they are not that much improved yet at all, they need a few more decades to reach up to other nations.

In any case for Qatar even if they host this event it is still difficult.
I personally predicted from the start that Ecuador and the Netherlands would be in this group and put Qatar in 4th place, so this seemed natural to me, especially since the 3 opponents Qatar faced were quite clearly above their level.

Still ... they are looking for more than just a good form but a miracle in case they continue perform bad till the end of the last match of the group , i know that mathematically qatar won't get a place to qualify ... still i insist they have to show something to the qatar supporter.

Meanwhile netherlands just won their first game , i was a bit worry on how netherlands scored goals in the very last 10 minutes of the game.

Usa team failed to get the three point in the first world cup game despite taking the lead as early as the 36th minutes, they had a good first half but then they backed down on the second one giving the opportunity for wales team to press them until they managed to get the penalty and secure the draw it seems USA players inexperience was a big factor in this result.

argentina will face Saudi Arabia tomorrow, with the argentina squad at this time I really believe they will win easily tomorrow, so you don't need to hesitate

while Denmark will face Tunisia, for this match I'm sure Denmark will win because Tunisia is not a team that is not so strong

Qatar is not a high-ranking team but as hosts, they definitely have some advantages. The crowd was definitely one of those advantages, and I think their fans must hope that their national team can achieve good results. Another advantage, Qatar National Team has been acclimatized to environmental conditions, where they are used to playing in sizzling weather. If you still remember, at the 2002 World Cup, South Korea as the host managed to surprise the world (though South Korea was not the favored team at that time).

They already had their advantages and blew it up by conceding to Ecuador because they skipped the qualification stage, they were automatically qualified by FIFA not to struggle for a slot and I think that contributed to why they weren't unable to score even a goal in the match yesterday.

The group A stage is already dominated by Ecuador and England, even though I expected more from England because being paired with Iran was one of the ways to finish this group stage with fair points, the players did a clean job but I'm amazed that Iran manages to have 2 goals unlike Qatar and Senegal, I doubt if Senegal would perform well without Manes present because this is not what they were during the qualification stage.
