The Brazil-Switzerland match ended as expected. Most people expected Brazil to win. Brazil has a good squad and is one of the favorites. The goal may have come late but I think they still have the potential to be better. Switzerland didn't have a shot on target throughout the match.

It was funny how Ronaldo was delighted as if he had scored the goal instead of Bruno Fernandes. Fifa first wrote the goal to Ronaldo, but then corrected it. We watched the replay over and over and I couldn't see a touch by him. I couldn't understand why Ronaldo was celebrated as if he scored the goal himself. Anyway as a result, Portugal found the goal they were looking for and managed to win a difficult match. It was expected of them to come out of such a relatively easy group. He has always been a desperate man trying to capitalize on every goal opportunity, he clearly knew he had no contact with the ball and trying to take credit for it didn't make sense, it was funny how he celebrated the goal. There was a similar situation with Harry Kane and Erickson some seasons ago, when Harry Kane tried to claim Erickson's goal to fuel his golden ball agenda and was furious when VAR awarded Erickson the goal. Having said that, Bruno has been fantastic for Portugal, and it's a shame he didn't get more credit.

The ball didn't really touch the head of Ronaldo but because of the the acceleration (speed) of the ball, Ronaldo slidely touch the ball and the ball entered the net. Most people are confused whether the ball was scored by Ronaldo or the player who shot the ball the corner area. But yes the ball was scored by Ronaldo because the ball touched his head, you can even clearly see how the ball entered. The ball entered from the right goal post while the keeper jumped to left side of the post.

lol, funny analysis, maybe you should go back and watch the goal incident, you'd see that Ronaldo had no contact with the ball, he only interfered with the GK's vision, which led to the goal, it was 100% Bruno's goal without a doubt.

Portugal vs Uruguay will always be an interested match watch. The first half was very tough, everywhere was tight for portugal to penetrate. Portugal was lucky to create 2 goals in the second half. Fernando's performance in the game was impressive,  he tried his best not win the penalty  .

Yeah, although Uruguay lost 2 - 0 to Portugal, we admit that the match between the two was very exciting. There were some fierce fights and tough resistance from Uruguay. Bruno Fernandes deserves MOTM in this match. I see him being very competitive to help attack and help the team defend. By scoring 2 goals made him even more excited in the next game. This is the real Bruno, very far from his performance when he was at Man United.

What I saw in this Portugal and Uruguay match was only being able to take advantage of the slightest opportunity, only Portugal was better. What I saw was Uruguay, which was not like this before. I thought maybe physicality and age could not cover it. it's just Nunez in my opinion. if for the chance to qualify to stay in the game in the end, you have to win with a big score, and Portugal must be able to beat South Korea.

Netherlands won't let Qatar get a single point. They are basically the weakest team in World Cup along with Canada in number of points only since Canadian are playing good mostly for a nation without history here but they were unlikely to have a hard group like that.
Ecuador - Senegal is the real challenge. Ecuador will play comfortably since they only need a draw to qualify while Senegal will try to attack and score.
Otherwise the other two games would suit more in Command and Conquer rather than FIFA 2022

Senegal match will surely be one of the greatest matches in this rounds because Senegal will surely not make it easy for equator and i believe they will score at least one goal in this match, i expect BTTS but it's really hard to predict the winner

I really enjoyed the Portugal vs Uruguay game.

The only issue that I had with it was the use of VAR again. I mean, that was an accidental hand to be honest, the referee and everyone saw it and continued to play. Then when watching in slow motion it might look different, but where can the player put his hand as he was falling?, a bit absurd to get a penalty like that.

And that was the end of the game really, after that penalty there was nothing for Uruguay to do.

Not a big fan of the overuse of VAR in this tournament to be honest...

I don't know whether we can call Saudi Arabia as "lucky". They were placed in one of the toughest groups this time, alongside Argentina, Mexico and Poland. Qatar on the other hand was placed in a relatively easy group with Ecuador, Senegal and Netherlands. To their credit, they managed to score one goal against Senegal, although they lost that match. Playing in the world cup itself is such an achievement and Qatar should be happy about it. Now I don't know whether they will get any points against Netherlands. If they do, then even better.
