During the 2018 Fifa World Cup, if I remembered correctly, Croatia did incredibly well when they managed to push their opponents into extra time or even penalty shootout, Croatia did somehow managed to reach the 2018 Fifa World Cup finals by beating their opponents either in extra time or penalty shootout. After watching how Croatia dominated Japan in the penalty shootout, I guess Brazil would surely try their best to beat Croatia in 90 minutes time and avoid going into extra time.

As previously predicted, the Game against South Korea was very easy for Brazil. When the match started, the direction of the match was visible, Brazil managed to get four goals in the first round. South Korea was like a small team against Brazil, the South Korean players couldn't get out of the pressure during the match, the only consolation goal came to the Korean players in the 76th minute.
Brazil has been awaited by Croatia in the quarter-finals, which previously managed to beat Japan through a penalty shoot-out.

Congratulations to Brazil, at last they made it to quarter final because many people thought the match will end up for the favour of south Korea but the match turned for the favour of Brazil. Brazil really prove to people that they really prepared for this FIFA world cup competition, because they were able to achieved many goals to defeated south Korea 4-1 to prepare the mind of their next match opponent that they have what it takes to achieve victory again. I think, Brazil next match will be more difficult for them to win easily because the two teams are very strong from the beginning of this tournament but Brazil will definitely achieve victory at the end of the match.

The quarterfinal match will be between Croatia and Brazil. It was so disappointing to see all the Asian teams going out of the world cup and failing to progress to the QF stage. Japan showed so much promise when they scored the first goal against Croatia. But in the end, the Europeans won during the penalty shootout. Australia and South Korea had much tougher opponents (Argentina and Brazil respectively) and no one really expected them to win. But this world cup showed how much progress the AFC and CAF teams have made. And it is quite encouraging for them, going towards the 2026 edition.

Disappointed but it's not a surprise that it has been predicted before, even though Japan beat two big teams, Germany and Spain but in this knockout round one mistake will not be able to fix it, the most disappointing thing is that Japanese players, especially penalty shooters, are not strong enough to bear great pressure in yesterday's match 3 penalty shots were saved by the Croatian goalkeeper, a bad record for Japan.

Asian teams have no representative anymore now that most of those teams has been failed to qualified but nothing they can do because Asian teams such as South Korea or Australia has been meet strong teams early which is on the paper and experience or the squad quality is above them and when Japan meet Croatia yesterday i was hoping this team can able to beat Croatia and qualified because from game sides Japan performance is not quite bad even they can able to score goals first before Croatia player Ivan Perisic can equalized the score but they have to lose from penalty kick and i have seen Japan players has lost their mentally when taking a penalty kick and this also caused Japan lost yesterday

Always there is a chance of an upset. And especially against a team such as Croatia, who have a reputation as giant-killers. Also, this is going to be the last world cup for Luka Modrić and he will be really desperate to end on a high note. But it will be tough. The match between Morocco and Spain will also be played today.  I expect the Portugal-Switzerland fight head-to-head, but I cannot say the same for Morocco and Spain.  We will probably see a comfortable win for Spain.  Just like Brazil's win against South Korea yesterday.  The real excitement starts after that.  So far, a surprise team has not passed the round.  Maybe Switzerland today can achieve this.

Between these two teams, England vs Senegal, we have seen that England won the match by scoring 3 goals. Although Senegal had a great performance in the previous matches, they did not score any goals in this match.  This match was won by 3 goals. England team is much stronger now. I thought the game would be better.

I am really feeling sad about Japan. Yesterday night their team looked physically very strong to me. And they didn't look unskilled at all. They competed well against Croatia. What a surprise when you consider they beat Spain and Germany and got draw against Croatia within 120 minutes!

Morocco cannot be completely underestimated because they demonstrate their strength in their group stage matches, as they are a team that no one expected to qualify and did so by topping their group with seven points more than Croatia, Belgium, and Canada.
Although we know how Spain's football team is, there is a good chance that they will beat Morocco's team because they have more world-class players than Morocco and this stage of the competition requires experience, which will be Spain's main hope today.
