Tomorrow then Croatia will start against Brazil. It is nice for the Brazilians that Neymar is completely fit again. Without Neymar you usually see a completely different Brazil playing football. I don't know if Brazil will win as easily as most bookmakers think. Croatia has a strong team, with some great players individually. The defender is very strong and only 22 years old. He kept Lukaku from scoring a few times in the last group game. Croatia had a very difficult time against Japan, what does that say? I don't think much. I think Croatia will play at its best against Brazil tomorrow.

I believe Spain is not the favorite for the 2022 World Cup, they lack players who can be relied on in attack even though they currently have several new names in their squad.

They certainly weren't the favourites for the world cup. At most, it's always been between Brazil, France, Argentina, Portugal and Germany but, Germany is out due to the fact that, they had a rough start and that's some real shame. Now, Spain wasn't the favourites but, you still wouldn't have expected them to leave the tournament in the round of 16 but, they just couldn't end Morocco's chances in normal time or added time and Morocco very much took the chance of an equal time platform with the penalty shootout and with some great goalkeeping, they managed it through. Now, they've got to do the same with Portugal as, its mot a very tough side in this tournament and this is a very determined Morocco with a of Africas backings.

As I said before, they are quite good and have some really good players but when compared to Brazil at the moment it's clear the difference will be a bit obvious.
Maximizing draws and trying to take chances in Penalties is a good thing, but the problem is whether they can survive the onslaught from Brazil or not, especially with the fast play that Brazil always does on both sides, this is clearly a little more difficult than one might imagine.
It would be better if they continue to survive and maximize draws at normal times because playing all out while keeping pace with Brazil's game will obviously be very difficult for them in my opinion.

I agree with you because when Croatia faced Japan in the round of 16 they seemed to find a problem on the front lines because when they had a golden opportunity they failed to score a goal. but if we look at their defense in the previous match they were quite strong because they only conceded 2 goals. whatever strategy they will play when facing Brazil, of course they will be a little pressured by Brazil. These two teams are equally strong, but the quality of their players is different because Brazil players are very strong in every position, especially on the front line, the presence of Neymar and Vinicius will be able to cause a big mess in the opponent's defense.

First of all, this is still a great achievement for Morocco even if they are eliminated by Portugal in this stage. Not many people were giving them a chance against Spain but they really did it. Spain can struggle really a lot with this game plan against some smaller teams. There have been many such times that Spain couldn't find the winner despite dominating the match.

However Morocco should get prepared for a much bigger problem which is Portugal. Because Portugal don't prefer to play a boring game. They just love to hunt their opponents down by fast and dangerous attacks. Ramos is in a great shape and Morocco might have a big problem on defending him. I assume Ronaldo would be in the subs again.

LOL, Switzerland losing 6:1 to Portugal is a indeed a surprise to me as well, I am participating in a world cup voting game hosted by one of this crypto exchanges, when the vote for who would win between Portugal and Switzerland came up, I intended voting for Switzerland but mistaken clicked on Portugal and that was it, vote was recorded, I was regretting the mistake but was indeed surprised when I later came online and discovered that Portugal won by a whole 6 to 1 goal, it was amazing indeed.

And speaking of Croatia verses Brazil tomorrow, I am also predicting that Brazil would win, except fate decide to give us another thing to be surprised about, 2022 World Cup has been full of surprises anyway.

It's interesting to see now the world cup because the previous champions and runners up are still France and Croatia.

Yes the odds can increase and i will choose team brazil for that game. I missed a moment of great opportunity in this world cup even at 100 odds in the first match of the world cup. I hope that in this match I have a small odds betting opportunity, although the other side is something that can make me change my mind.

indeed the team that can goal early will have a great chance of winning the match but in a knockout every minute is precious time for each team so 90 minutes is a very crucial time for both teams if they lead only 1-0 and it can change in 1 minute. therefore I think Brazil should be able to play an aggressive tempo of the game because if they lead 2-0 in the first half then their chances are already 70% to win the match.

This happened because there was indeed an unfortunate incident that befell his family in England because it was reported that his house was burglarized.
But now Sterling has also tried to contact the FA so he can return to Qatar and the decision is likely to be announced tomorrow. I think this can be minimized and Sterling can still go back because it will be a big loss if England don't bring Sterling back when they face France in the top 8 later.

Going to be a tall order for anyone to slow down Mbappe at this point, dude is playing as strong as I've ever seen him play.

With that being said I'm all in on Morocco!  Outside of people from Portugal I think the rest of the world is rooting for Morocco as well.  It's almost a road game against them at this point.  Wonder how the crowd will be.  Excited to see that game more than probably any other game at this point.

Many times in sports it is not only good performance can bring  win for the match but also has to have good luck too. And in the Morocco vs Spain match, luck went to Morocco . In a few World Cups before, Spain had to leave the World Cup after facing this tie-breaker, so their coach made their players take 1000 penalty tries.  Although it was not entirely possible for the national team, they had to do this exercise in the club level practice as well. However, their players were unlucky not to score in this tiebreaker. But I don't think that unexpected things will happen all the time, in the next match I think Portugal will win.

I think the Moroccans understand that Portugal is a very strong team. Their chance is not to let Portugal's leaders play to their full potential. Morocco will draw the match to go into the penalty shoot-out. The penalty shootout is a lottery, but Portugal will pull out the lucky ticket. My bet is on Fernando Santos' team to win.

Sterling is surely a boost for The Southgate side but I doubt if he will have any game time. Southgate will like to give him time to rest. Moreover the wing position is filled up, even players like Rashford who are on form find it hard to break through into the starting line up.

Morocco are in for a more serious game. The Atlas Lions did it against Spain even when no one saw it coming. If  the get eliminated by Portugal the should come home with full prestige. We saw Morocco despite lacking the possession the had more shots on target than Spain.  Morocco are doing great with their defence I hope the deploy that against Portugal.

Portugal defeat against Switzerland speaks so much on what Morocco should expect but I am still counting on Morocco to bring out their best defence. I know for sure their attack is not matchable to that of Portugal but taking the game to Penalty shoot out can give them a chance to try another luck. Morocco performance have really being nice in this world cup, I don't think anyone can predict how far they can go in this world cup, they will be playing against Portugal in quarter final, I know it will be a difficult match for the both team but I believe Portugal is having higher chances of winning.

The chances of Croatia wining Brazil is very very slim. Very slim because Brazilian squad is so rich and also experienced and are also younger than Croatia squad and as such they will have more energy to run the whole time. Injury is trying to destabilise the Brazilian team but the squad is so rich that injury cannot affect it.
I am happy that by tomorrow world cup will continue and the show will continue together with the excitement.
