Another blank gameweek for Isak, I guess I'll be tossing him out of my squad for now, the 0.3m I'd be losing on him If I do bring him back is something I think I can live with at the stage of the game, my only concern is that even I take Isak, I still can't fit in Haaland whom I would have been fine with for the next few game weeks, except I want do away with Palmer already too, and I don't have the luxury of transfers or bench to fill in for Palmer.

I sure would need a lot of combination and permutation drafts before the deadline, this is definitely going to be one of the gameweeks to either flop or hit in terms of closing gaps.

Isak is in bad form plus lately injured so i might remove him aswell. Too many people have him and i need someone else who can maybe score or do something in attack. Palmer is in bad form but i think it cannot last forever. I was thinking of getting him into my team in the next rounds. He cannot be bad forever

I like the chip, gives a lot of variety to use it and it is not OP considering that it costs some budget to use and blocks you from action in 3 consecutive rounds. I hope it stays.

Recovery points for DM's make sense, and also the AM chip still needs some work to make it better; they have to put into account situations where the coach gets a card or even suspended.

It cannot be useable immediately though - would create crazy value opportunities for the bonus points.

DM's should maybe be a separate category, still count as a mid but have bigger clean sheet bonuses and recovery bonus for sure. CB's should have extra bonuses too (clearances?).

I think the BPS (bonus points system) works that way already for MDs they get more bonus points for passes, and DFs get for ball recoveries, it's just that the BPS reward goals way too high that it's doesn't matter how other player performs a goal scorer will get more bonus points more often than not.

Doesn't matter how you spin it, but a guy like Rodri is useless in Fantasy whereas a guy like Iwobi isn't. VVD is so-so, Munoz is must have.
It is bizarre, every team has 5 fullbacks and 5 wingers, totally unrealistic.

Maybe a system in which players would be assigned into 'roles', so you'd have to play some central midfielders would work better - but that would change the whole gameplay.

I like Fantasy in its current form, but WC fantasy definitely rated player performances more realistically.

The captaincy change always goes wrong most of the time, and that's the type of upset we want in the FPL. I can't remember how many times I lost a good captaincy points chasing a bigger one in EURO fantasy.

I have 3 free transfers, but I still cannot fit Haaland it my team, except I have sell Palmer who also is playing, meaning I’ll need an extra transfer for that, Palmer best chance of leaving my team is going to be on WC, or for less favorable GW(using a free transfer) where I’ll have the luxury of playing a full team.

TAA could also probably help factor a Haaland switch for now, but I’m waiting for updates on the extent of his injury, it would make sense if he’s going to miss at least the Everton game, but in time for my potential wildcard depending on the state of my team by then.

Watched Palmer and all I could see is someone who needs to sit on the bench and have some self-reflection.

1. I have 5(6, if I count Greaves) players without a fixture for this week, so my free transfers just only about cover it, so I don’t want to use a free transfer on playing player for any playing one.
2. Palmer + Isak is too costly a price to play for only Haaland, I’m not going near Nwaneri or Dango.
3. If I would want to force a Haaland move, I believe the best fixture to target should be Leicester as such, I’d need all the points I can get from this one and if possible save a FT, to do probably Mbeumo and Haaland to Sarr and Haaland.

Seeing Manchester United humbling Real sociedad should be crowd puller for their assets against Leicester..

Chelsea against Arsenal   Chelsea love to be clowns but nice to see them win in the ended midweek games.

A rested Manchester City will be nice to watch , just not sure which assets will bring their A game.

I will do literally just fine, I’m super sure of that and I had plans about this gameweek, hence why I have 3 free transfers without doing bad over the past 3 weeks, Burn had equal points with my best DF last game week, Arnold did 2 weeks ago, I just can’t take player is good fixture out this week simply because he doesn’t get to play next gameweek, in FPL while planning for the few weeks, the utmost priority is also getting the most you can/available in the current GW, nothing is guaranteed.

You're in the same shitty situation as Harkerode - how can you not have 9 players available for this GW, not that the blank GW was a secret to anyone, It was announced weeks ago.

If you're still hoping to keep your current position, FH is your best bet. One step at a time.

5 transfers made this week, Haaland is back in, Gvardiol as well so I am hoping for the old City performance. Than good result from Forrest since I took a player in each line there and we are cooking
