One issue with Argentine players is that they don't care where they end up as long as they're having fun and representing their country.  Alvarez is a first-team starter at A. Madrid and an important player; I'm not sure he'll give that up to start a fresh uncertain life at Liverpool, where Nunez and Jota are available.

A.Madrid has nothing to offer him in terms of titles, but he has completed football and simply wants to play every week.  Is that something that Liverpool can provide him?

I don't think Alvarez would have though time securing first team spot in Liverpool side. I’m super exhausted from overthinking this too, and for the fact it’s just supposed to be a one game week change for me, since I’m more likely to Wildcard next game week.

And I think the premium midfielders are actually the most shitty ones right now, the likes of Sarr, Kluivert and Rogers are still decent options imo, especially if they’re just alternatives for easier fixtures.

I don’t take much of him, his not on my team neither was I considering bringing him on. His being out of form and his penalty miss just proves it. Even while on international duties, he didn’t come up with much goal either and this slight injury situation could as well make things a lot more worse for him. Maybe he gets to spend a few weeks out, I can’t say but, he ought to miss their next fixture . The fatigue from international duty is what is materializing in this game.

He knows the league, he has played at the highest level for the league's current best club in the league.  Liverpool is not a desirable destination for someone like him or anyone leaving Manchester City in their prime. Honestly.

The only probable future transfer I can imagine is him moving to Barcelona or Real Madrid, not returning to the Premier League, where he has already won everything. PSG maybe...

Bukayo Saka is probably the next player on my radar as a potential Palmer replacement, Arteta had a lot to say positively that he's ready to start that they've already taken all possible precautions and even held him back for a while, although I still believe it might be too early to bring him in, and that his minutes would still currently be managed, maybe over the next two game weeks I'll know where I stand with him.

He barely get any rest when available- he's going to play more than 60mins but if you don't have him already don't buy except you're hitting a WC or getting him for Palmer with FT.

I really would have loved to WC this week too so as to profit properly from this coming game week and bring in players that I would bring in next game week any but my main problem is about how unsure I am of when the postponed fixtures would be rescheduled, I only have a guess which I think would is pretty likely, but you just never know.

Its a really big headache. My team aswell has 3 injured players and i used free hit in the previous round so now dont even have transfers to get new fresh players. I have Allison Wood and TAA that are injured.  So need to bench all 3 and if someone else dosent play in my squad will be serious problem.

I was set on WC GW31 but with all these injuries I am thinking of moving it one week forward and get some points. If only PL would be kind enough to let us know the doubles before the deadline Not gonna happen I know.
