I'm having mixed feelings about a couple of games this week, the odds look quite generous, but you really can't overlook how those teams are in their respective league and how the supposedly favourites are having a difficult time too, Chelsea odds vs Zagreb looks very valuable, but Chelsea have not had anything easy this season, they're going through a patch, while Real Madrid are doing okay-ish but you also don't want to dismiss Celtics performance lately.

I can't understand what's going on in the Celtic-Real pair - initially the chances of Real to win were estimated at 1.59, but now they are already estimated at 1.71. The bookmaker's valuation has changed by 4% in just a couple of days with no news of injury or anything like that. Are bettors really ready to bet money against Real Madrid based on internal successful games of Celtic (and even at such a modest odds)?

I think they are just trying to scare us but I got ahead and place a bet on Real Madrid.They are much stronger than Celtic and I find it normal for the odd to fluctuate for the upside or downside when the game begins.We have seen the opposite with Chelsea game from 1.60 to 1.42 it was their latest odds.

I don't think the statement that the bookies are only trying scare us with these odds are valid, from my experience with in gambling, it's the exact opposite I'd say that people are actually going to place much more bets on Real Madrid because of this odds than they'd have if there odds were around 1.20-esque, and It will cost the bookies more if people should win on the current odds, I believe. The odds is just a reflection of a number of criteria that considered to be of significant impact on the match, the team's form is always the first thing consider in those criteria.

I have to admit that they succeed - I'm already scared  The last few times my multibets have been destroyed in much the same way - the odds on the favorites have grown and in the end they have not won. However, I've used only my free bet so far, and I'm still unsure how to proceed. I'll probably wait for the odds in live mode.

Maybe but whatever the team form is we have an abysmal difference in quality between these two teams and the odd of 1.70 for me has only one meaning,trying to tell me that it won't be that easy to win for Real Madrid as if it were to have the odd in the 1.20-1.30 range and of course I don't believe this.Real is from another planet compared to Celtic players where even in their local league they were not as brilliant as they normally are,this to me tells a lot.

It also maybe is like you say but it does not make much sense comparing the two teams quality.

Probably, but if they were active they'd have heard of it by now, and I have been pinging people and reminding and mentioning in other threads. The only thing I feel slightly concerned about is people who might be making picks now, and if they have a good round, they'll say, ok, I'm in, just to get the advantage of not committing.

Small chance, but for the sake of taking care of everyone else who actually cared to join, they're just going to have to be more prepared next season =)

Chelsea started the game very brilliantly but couldn't convert any of their chances, which they got a really decent amount of within the opening, but they've fall behind to terrific counter attack from Dinamo Zagreb, and a very cool finish from the Zagreb player.

Chelsea does still seem like the better side imo, and it could be much more valuable to pull the trigger on a Chelsea to win bet right now, that should be a decent odd, I'd say given that they were slightly over 1.5 Odds before the game started.

I had a feeling they are going to score so my prediction was for them to lose with 1:2 result.

It was scary to bet on Zagreb, it was hard to believe that they could beat Chelsea today. Leipzig, wtf? Season start isn't good for them, but it was difficult to expect that they will lose against Shakhtar who lost almost all key players and now have Ukrainians mainly. Especially to lose 4:1 at home.
As I predicted, betting on over in City game is easy money. Same can be said about Real win. Even Hazard scored, when did it happened last time? Salzburg draw is surprise, but not that big.

We're nowhere near good right now, with our attack looking so average without a single creative midfielder, I. Switch off my TV the moment we went 1-nill down after only one counter chance from Dinamo Zagreb, we spent about €300m on that defense line and yet we can't keep a clean sheet against Danamo Zagreb, it's ridiculous. At the moment, it appears to me that the players are not fully buying Tuchel's football philosophy, which is affecting them as players as well; they are acting like players who want the coach fired. We play one of the most boring football in Europe, we are too slow on the ball. Zagreb played well and earned their victory.

How did I get 13 points from this terrible game week? I was on the verge of getting four exact scorelines, but Real Madrid and Dortmund ruined it. Champions league I love

Well when i think the most shocking result was the Dinamo Zagreb Chelsea, Shaktar comes with this super win in away against RB leipzig, i think not the most optimistic fan of Shaktar put a 4-1 to win. really unpredictable.

I really feel good with the Salsburg 1-1 against AC Milan, i said that was my bold one on this round, and for luck happen.

I cant see any match i was really busy with work, so i dont have any clue for the next round of this teams.

I got a bad start but as a first time in the Champions League I am not that worried,I never expected Chelsea to lose to Dinamo Zagreb and I watched the game,Chelsea lacked quality in this game and played poorly hence the bad result.I only got 6.5 points in the pool being in the last places of the standings but I am happy to have won my bet on Real Madrid,in the end it was the bookies trying to scare us with the increase of the odds of such a great team.

You know that there isn't a Premier League defense that can hold Oršić. Spurs, Arsenal and Chelsea all lost here, it can't be just a coincidence. Probably a case of a it will be easy for us and then panicking a bit after Dinamo scores a goal.

^ I know I said I had Chelsea and Real in my acca yesterday but for some reason my brain remembered wrong and I actually had Bayern on it instead, so my acca is very much alive, WHILE actually enjoying Chelsea's loss (notblox1 seriously, how could you think no one bet on Dinamo Zagreb?). If I hit this acca, I could lose all my bets for next 4 or 5 group stage upsets and still be in profit heh.

Also, I checked my Fairlay to cry over other bets and saw I placed this 12/1 bet on Shakhtar 4 days ago! Now I recall, this was after Leipzig's most recent Bundesliga game losing 4-0 to Frankfurt and registering shitty xGs their entire season. Terrible team!

So I'm already very happy with my season, despite ending almost bottom of the leaderboard (man I suck in pools this season).

Yesterday was really good for me honestly. It could have been much better too but I also missed predicting the exact score of more matches by only one goal. For example I thought that Celtic would score at least one goal against Real Madrid. Before the match started I saw that Real Madrid's odd was on the rise and reached even 1.70. This made me really nervous but I still thought that they would win this comfortably. But it was like a sign for both teams to score also.

Benfica, Milan and Manchester City are the other ones I missed it barely. Benfica needed to score one more goal. I wish Manchester City didn't score the 4th goal in the last moments.    I thought that Milan would defeat Salzburg by 2-1 but somehow they couldn't make a comeback. They are still not too powerful in the CL as it seems.

The most disappointing matches were Chelsea and Leipzig's of course. I still don't understand how both of them can lose like this.

I wish you win your bet but is going to be extremely difficult for Bayern Munchen to get a win in Milan this time.They are coming after a really bad result,a draw against Union Berlin in the Bundesliga and they are also without the goal machine Lewandoski this time which means against a team like Inter which has some really great players is going to be difficult.I think you should defend this game as for Liverpool I think Napoli despite being high in the standings in the Serie A it will not be a difficult opponent tonight and I think Liverpool would want to win this to cancel a bit the mind from all the Premier League failures they had so far.

You can also add West Ham to the list of London team that have lost at home to Dinamo Zagreb, that's quite a feat to achieve yeah ?

Chelsea look really lost and playing out of sync, Tuchel doesn't seem to know what he really wants with some players, Chelsea were better in the first than they were in the 2nd half imo, I really didn't see the essence of those panic substitutions very early into the second half, except for Jorginho, I'd rather the players that played the first half on the pitch for close to 90 mins, as they end up being better off with them.
