Manchester City going down unexpectedly and fighting back from a goal down to win 2-1.

Few weeks ago I was saying no matter what, City are over 2 goals down against any team then I will bet on City to win or draw. No need to discuss much my position in the pool as well, especially when I'm 3rd from bottom in EPL (I still refuse to think I'm that bad in a league I follow the majority of my time).

Unfortunately this will not change as this is a fiscal paradise for the petrodollars to clean some of the not so clean money they make.They are bringing good only to the city and the team they get,in this case PSG as Psg before in France was not some really great team like Juventus has been for many years in Italy,in France we had Marseille as the most well known one and then Lyon lately together with Saint Ettiene.

It makes me sad to admit it but even my own club are probably guilty of financial fraud, just that they have not yet been found out. It's terrible enough that the club owners do it, but to hear sometimes that even players themselves like in Neymar's case help the clubs pass around the restrictions. Exactly this,the football industry has so much inflated the price of a player that this is becoming a paradise even for people who do not care at all about football but they want to have somewhere to clean their dirty money.I think it should be mandatory to request from FIFA/UEFA to all clubs their source of income,in detail because I know they do something like this but it is standard procedure,they need to go thoroughly just like centralized exchanges are hitting on us normal ordinary users of cryptocurrencies.That would solve the problem or at least a major part of the problem.

Yup, this is why there's more and more talk of a salary cap of some sort. With FFP there will always be clubs that are actively searching for ways to break the rules, and the majority of these clubs succeed.

The penalties, even when caught, are far from being substantial so the clubs basically don't care. Now with Covid it's even worse and although I was against the salary cap at first, I can see why it's suddenly being considered as a valid option.

That's why there is the saying that most rules are for the common man, these big guys pay millions of dollars to find loopholes within almost every existence laws, if not why is Curacao about almost the country gambling sites can get their License from ? Yes, I read about that also, and countless articles about how Barca is buying up players, selling off their future permanently just so they can include some other player. It's going to be a huge problem next season already since they can't be selling more and more of their tv rights, just very sad to read, since nobody is going to pay for the consequence except the club itself.

That information is just not true. I remembered several talks about his contract extensions and even went googling a little to prove myself that memory still works. So here is the info, mostly taken from Wikipedia:
2009 - Benzema signed 6 year deal
2014 - New 5 year deal
2020 - 2 year deal
2021 - 2 year deal

I am quite sure I am missing info for 2018 or somewhere around that for one more extension. Did not have the will to spend more then 2 minutes searching Pattern is clear, he gets new contract every time he gets in the last year of previous one, as it should be.
