Man City wins Champions league for the first time and finally Pep Guardiola wins it not as manager of Barcelona. I think that score 1:0 shows went not exactly in the way as City planned, Inter was really good and didn't looked like underdogs.
That Lukaku moment, unbeleavable how he didn't scored, but it's nothing new for him. But it's important to mention how good was Ederson today, he was one of key players that let City to win.
3 Italian teams reached European finals this year and in the end - all of them lost.

Gentlemen, hope you're all prepared for the final. First and second places are confirmed, and I have the btc addresses. Once the score is finalised, I'll still need to wait for Superbru to also finalise their scoring, and then I'll check that all winners (1st to 10th place) are correct by posting the results here.

4th! But I must say 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th were very close to each others. KTChampion and bullrunbro made first two position completely boring though LOL.

Back in the match, Inter did not have luck today or it could be 3 - 1 for Inter. Or may be 3 - 2 but still it could be for Inter. Finally City are Champion of the Champions. I don't like it though LOL
 

Tbh, I thought Inter Milan were a better team tonight; they had several chances to win, but it was simply one of those evenings when nothing goes in no matter how hard you try; it was an unlucky night for them, but the players gave it their all. In the CL final, the second best team almost always wins the title.

Congratulations to everyone who took part, and thank you to betnomi and buwatress for organising such a fantastic pool. The semi-final round was the worst for me, as I dropped from 9th to last place.

This is the only pool I didn't win anything this season.

I didn't watch the final or even read the broadcast and it looks like it was the right choice. It seems that the game was hard and I would have spent a lot of nerves in the end to see how the club I hate won. But now I just have to forget it and get the prize

Regarding the final - I expected a lot more from City. They are too experienced to be dragged into the mud so easily.
Inter did the only thing they could and tactically the win goes to them - the whole game they had City exactly where they wanted.

City had a bit of luck (both with the deflection that put the ball in Rodri's path and with that missed Lukaku sitter), but overall they did deserve the trophy.

Congrats to all winners,I started this pool in the 35th place by having really bad results in the first couple of rounds but saw my place yesterday just 1 point behind the 10th place and was forced to try a very specific result for yesterday game in order to have a chance,I put 4-1 but it didn't work out,nevertheless I am happy with my overall performance and looking forward to this next pool which should start in near September,again congratulations to all winners and Betnomi for sponsoring this pool with a huge amount in prizes.
