A Champions League pool shouldn't miss in our nice Bitcointalk pool collection, so it's an amazing effort by buwaytress to organize it here on Bitcointalk and giving us an opportunity to join.
I'll try to get in but I can't say yet if I've enough time, especially in late 2023 / from 2024 on.

I really like your idea of odds-based prediction because it will make predictions much more exiting for sure. For most games, where a clear favorite is expected, it's a no-brainer to predict the favorite to win, now, it's getting really spicy.
Unfortunately, Chelsea doesn't play Champions League... 

However, I can't promise to submit each round in time, so splitting our pool 50/50 for normal predictions and for odds-based predictions is a very fair solution in my opinion. Participants can still get a very good deal to join here even if they only do Superbru predictions.
Yellow cap will be maintained as usually only for Superbru or will we get 2 yellow caps for each leaderboard?

Superbru doesn't offer that kind of risk taking, if you are down, you can guess a big surprise and get one point, if you don't guess exact score

Of course the time will be at least even few days after the first kick off and your three days means you are good enough to send the fund any time. Just don't worry. I saw some are waiting for sponsorship. Those of you who are not regular in the pool maybe don't have any idea that CL pool is one of the popular pool after EPL pool. Thanks god Superbru works fine both on PC and smartfone even without VPN. I have problem with fantasy site - they ban with accessing from my country and not every VPN connections is successful (because of TOR), also i have problems with accessing bookies to see quotes. This creates unpleasant difficulties.

Exactly the same situation. And taking into account the fact that in order to make a payment I need to turn off the VPN (which is sometimes very difficult to connect, so I value every session), the process is delayed.

How come I didn't have an idea about the F1 pool? The BSFL league has transformed the way I look at numerous sports, including Dota games. I would have sworn on my grandmother's boyfriend's brother's grave that I would never check or care about F1 or Dota games in my life, but now I do all thanks to the BSFL league. Being a one-sport person is tedious during the off season, but being a multi-sport person provides an advantage. Last season, I made x5 of what I paid to join three pools, ignoring freebet earnings.

These pools are a major gamble that allows us to earn money while learning more about teams. My duties and personal life off-forum were the only reasons I didn't join the whole pool.

Igebro, I don't know how I didn't not hear about F1 it was advertised I believe in ANN thread of SB but I bet a lot of people also don't know about this pool yet. The funniest thing is the other Champions League thread is so busy, more than all the paid pools etc, so we all know it never works to convince particular parties on this forum no matter the prize.

But that just means only active special people like us stay lol

Nope, not really. I think they're going through.

PSG are the obvious favorites, but I don't believe in that team at all and think that they can even get knocked out of this group.
Milan has started strongly, but I like Newcastle's team more. Dortmund is the weakest one on paper, but they are still a team that can complicate things.

I was curious how you guys forecast this F1 race - do you predict based just on driver positions? As F1 Singapore approaches, I'm still trying to figure out how the pool works. I'd appreciate it if you could offer the thread link (I'm too lazy to check).

Do you believe those spammers care about the competition? Nah, if you go there, you'll notice that 90% of the active posters are signature spammers looking to fill up their post quota. They are easily exposed, which is why they avoid discussing on self-moderated boards as much as possible.

The only guy who believes Newcastle United will survive the group, well, I admire your courage, but the Newcastle United I've seen this season will not even get an EL spot from that group. Milan is my favourite to win the group, with PSG coming in second then Dortmund for EL.

I don’t see quotes for qualification right now, but there are quotes for reaching the final and we can evaluate the team’s chances based on them:

As you can see outsiders Milan and Dortmund with equal chances, and Newcastle is not much different from PSG.
